The salt dispenser can dispense salt or brine into the water tank chamber b901 through the salt dispensing port b 10. In this embodiment, the specific structure of the salt dispenser is the containing groove a1, the containing groove a1 is disposed on the salt dispensing opening b10, the containing groove a1 can contain salt, and after the water tank is filled with water, the water contacts with the salt to dissolve the salt in the water tank cavity b901 to form salt water, so that the electrolytic component c0 can prepare sterilized water. As an alternative embodiment, the salt dispenser is a pipe structure having one end connected to the water tank b0 and the other end extending to the outside of the dishwasher, so that a user can conveniently dispense salt into the water tank b0 from the outside of the dishwasher.
The position of the accommodating groove a1 is not particularly limited, and the accommodating groove a1 is disposed on the first tank sidewall b904 as shown in fig. 1 as a further limited embodiment on the basis that the accommodating groove a1 is located inside the water tank b 0. As an alternative embodiment, the container a1 is provided on the second tank sidewall b 905. As another alternative, the container a1 is provided on the other inner wall of the water tank chamber b 901.
In order to facilitate the addition of salt into the container a1, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the container a1 is detachably connected to the tank body b9, so that the user can take out the container a1 from the tank b0 and add salt into the container a1 from the outside of the dishwasher. Since the first tank sidewall b904 of the tank b0 is close to the outer wall of the inner container d5, an opening channel is formed on the tank sidewall and the inner container d5 to facilitate the container a1 to pass through, wherein the opening channel forms a salt feeding opening b10 on the first tank sidewall b 904. Sealing structures are arranged among the water tank, the inner container and the accommodating groove a1 to ensure that the accommodating groove a1 sequentially penetrates through the side wall of the inner container d5 and the first water tank side wall b904 from the inside of the inner container d5 to enter the water tank. When the brine generating device is used for supplying brine, the brine can be directly introduced into the water tank chamber b901 through the brine inlet b 10. As an alternative embodiment, the container a1 may also be provided on the second tank sidewall b 905. The corresponding dishwasher shell is provided with a channel or an opening structure for the containing groove a1 to facilitate a user to directly install the containing groove on the water tank body b9 from the outside of the dishwasher, thereby supplementing salt into the water tank chamber b 901. As another alternative, the container may be disposed on other sidewalls of the water tank chamber b 901.
In order to facilitate the dissolution efficiency of salt and water, the accommodating groove a1 can be rotatably clamped with the water tank body b9, after a user adds salt into the accommodating groove a1, the opening of the accommodating groove a1 is upwards inserted into the water tank chamber b901, and when the accommodating groove a1 is inserted into a rotating position, the rotating position is rotated and clamped. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, at this time, the opening direction of the container with the upward opening is inclined or the opening is downward, so that the surface of the salt pile in the container is spread out to a larger area, when the inclined angle is relatively large, part of the salt directly falls into the water tank chamber b901, and when the opening of the container a1 completely faces downward, most of the salt falls into the water tank chamber b 901. When the water tank chamber b901 is filled with water through the water tank inlet b7, water gradually accumulates in the water tank, and the flowing water comes into contact with salt falling in the water tank chamber b901 to dissolve the salt.
The position where the container a1 is disposed is not particularly limited, and on the basis of the above-described embodiments, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the container a1 is disposed at the upper half portion of the tank chamber b 901. As an alternative embodiment, the container a1 is disposed at the lower half of the water tank chamber b901, and the container a1 may be disposed near the inner wall of the water tank chamber b901, and further, the container a1 may share the same side wall structure with the water tank chamber b 901.
In this embodiment, the water tank inlet b7 is used for the water feeding function of the water tank b0, and the water tank outlet b8 is used for communicating the inner container d 5. The dishwasher of the embodiment further comprises a water cup, wherein the water cup is used for supplying water to the inner container d5, the water outlet b8 of the water tank is used for supplying water to the water cup, and the water outlet b8 of the water tank is communicated with the water cup through a pipeline structure. In order to meet the temperature requirements of various washing modes, a heating device may be provided in the water tank b0, the water cup, or the pipe structure between the water tank and the water cup.
The position where the tank outlet b8 is provided is not particularly limited, and on the basis of the above-described embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the tank outlet b8 is provided at the bottom of the tank. In this embodiment, even if the pump body is not installed, after the valve is opened, the water in the tank chamber b901 can be automatically discharged by gravity through the discharge pipe d42 connected to the tank outlet b 8. As an alternative embodiment, the water tank outlet b8 is arranged at any position on the inner wall of the water tank chamber b901, and the water discharge can be realized by the water discharge pipe d42 matched with the pump body structure.
The position where the water tank inlet b7 is provided is not particularly limited, and on the basis of the above-described embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a water tank inlet b7 is provided at the bottom of the water tank chamber b 901. Specifically, the water tank inlet b7 is disposed adjacent to the water tank outlet b 8. Because the water tank water inlet b7 and the water tank water outlet b8 all need to be connected with the pipeline structure for use, the water tank water inlet b7 and the water tank water outlet b8 which are adjacently arranged are convenient to uniformly reserve space and set the pipeline structure at the corresponding position of the dishwasher. As an alternative embodiment, the tank water inlet b7 is provided at any position on the inner wall of the tank chamber b 901.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, since the water tank chamber b901 has the container a1 therein, the container a1 has the salt to be dissolved therein, and in order to improve the dissolving efficiency of the salt, the water channel b5 is provided in the water tank b 0. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a drain opening b501 is formed in the waterway b5, and an opening of the drain opening b501 is disposed toward the opening of the accommodating groove a 1. As shown in fig. 1, when the water tank b0 is filled, water is introduced into the waterway b5 through the water tank inlet b7 and then discharged through the water outlet b501, and the water flow directly rushes into the receiving groove a 1. Therefore, in the process of supplying water, the accommodating groove a1 always flushes the accommodating groove a1 to enable salt to be always in full contact with flowing water, and the dissolving efficiency of the salt is improved. On the other hand, if some of the salt in the container a1 is coagulated into salt lumps, the salt can be broken by the direct impact of the water flow, thereby further accelerating the dissolution of the salt.
A plurality of water outlets b501 may be formed on the waterway b5 in the above embodiments. Drain port b501 may be opened, or a valve may be provided to switch between opening and closing of drain port b 501. The inner diameters of the plurality of water outlets b501 may be the same or different, and the water outlets with different inner diameters may form water flow columns with different strengths correspondingly for users to switch.
The shape of the drain opening b501 is not particularly limited, but in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner wall of the drain opening is straight to form a linear waterway. The friction force applied when water flows along the inner wall of the water outlet can be reduced, and when the water flows in the water outlet b501, the water can be continuously pushed by subsequent water flows in the water channel, so that the water is accelerated in the water outlet b501, and the impact force of the water outlet is improved. As an alternative embodiment, drain opening b501 is parabolic or circular arc shaped, and the inner wall of the drain opening is smooth. As another alternative, drain opening b501 is a dogleg shape.
The shape of the waterway b5 is not particularly limited, and in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the waterway b5 includes a flow-inducing section b502 and a flow-rectifying section b503, and at least one of the flow-inducing section b502 and the flow-rectifying section forms the water discharge opening b 501. The drainage section b502 can lead water flow into the water tank chamber b901 from the water inlet, and the rectifying section b503 can guide and adjust the direction of the water flow, so as to output columnar water flow. When the water tank b0 is internally provided with a structure containing salt such as a containing groove, the salt can be more fully contacted with water through the water column which is directionally impacted and formed by the water channel drainage section b502 or the rectifying section, and the salt is dissolved in the water. As an alternative embodiment, the water tank b0 does not have the containing groove a1, salt is directly sprinkled into the water tank chamber b901 through the salt input opening b10, and is accumulated at the bottom of the water tank chamber b901, at this time, the water outlet b501 sprays water towards the accumulated salt, so that the water is contacted with the salt for dissolution, and local water flow is vigorously flowed under the impact action, thereby accelerating the dissolution of the salt. When water is injected into the water tank b0 to impact salt to form salt solution, or salt solution is directly injected through the water outlet b501, water in the water tank is electrolyzed in the water tank or is fed into the electrolysis assembly to form sterilized water. When the sterilizing water is used for sterilizing tableware in the dish washer, the pipeline through which the sterilizing water flows is also sterilized and disinfected. Therefore, even if the disinfectant participates in the disinfection solution, bacteria cannot grow.
In addition to the above embodiments, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the water discharge port is provided on the rectifying section b 503. The integral shape of the rectifying section b503 enables water to flow from the direction with higher gravitational potential energy to the direction with lower gravitational potential energy, on one hand, the water in the drainage section forms thrust on the water in the rectifying section b503, on the other hand, the gravitational potential energy is converted into kinetic energy, and therefore the water flowing out of the rectifying section b503 has higher salt impact capacity. When the salt has coagulated salt blocks, the salt can be more easily dispersed and dissolved in water to form a salt solution. As an alternative embodiment, the drain opening is provided on the flow guiding section b 502. As another alternative, a plurality of water discharge openings may be distributed on the flow guiding section b502 and the flow rectifying section b 503.
The position relationship between the flow guiding section b502 and the rectifying section b503 is not particularly limited, and on the basis of the above embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the included angle between the flow guiding section b502 and the rectifying section b503 is less than 180 °, and a functional area b903 is defined between the flow guiding section b502 and the rectifying section b 503. As an alternative embodiment, the angle between the flow-directing segment b502 and said flow-straightening segment b503 is equal to 180 °, or greater than 180 °.
The shape of the rectifying section b503 is not particularly limited, and in addition to the above embodiments, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the rectifying section b503 has a circular arc shape. As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the rectifying section b503 is a straight line or a zigzag line, and the zigzag shape may refer to "M" shape, "N" shape, "V" shape, and the like, which is not described in detail in this embodiment, and a person skilled in the art may change the shape of the rectifying section b503 on the basis of the above example to optimize the water path and improve the water injection efficiency and the salt dissolution efficiency. As another alternative, the rectifying section b503 is wavy.
Specifically, the functional area b903 is located at a position where the horizontal position of the inner space of the water tank chamber b901 is relatively high, and an overflow port b6 is arranged in the functional area b 903. When the water yield inside the water tank is too much, the operation of leading out unnecessary water from the water tank can be carried out through overflow port b6, the water yield inside the water tank can be detected through setting up overflow port b6 simultaneously, and then water tank water inlet b7 can be controlled and the operation of intaking stops. The functional area is relatively arranged on the top of the water tank chamber b901, so that on the premise that the water tank chamber b901 can meet the capacity of water, saline water and disinfectant, a part of space is reserved on the top of the water tank, and after the liquid level of the water, the saline water and the disinfectant reaches the set capacity, the liquid level is positioned below the functional area, so that the overflow port can fully play the roles of overflowing and exhausting. When the water tank is internally subjected to electrolytic reaction, inflammable gases such as hydrogen can be generated inside the water tank, and the hydrogen can be rapidly led out to the outside from the inside of the water tank through the overflow port b6, so that the safety of the water tank is ensured. For the dish washer, an air exhaust structure can be arranged inside the dish washer to be matched with the overflow port to complete the air exhaust function.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the drain port b501 and the overflow port b6 are arranged side by side, the drain port b501 can function as a functional area b903 divided in the tank chamber b901, and the overflow port b6 is arranged side by side with the drain port b501 adjacent to the side wall of the drain port b501 so that the level of the overflow port is not lower than the height of the outlet of the drain port b501, thereby preventing the water discharged from the drain port b501 from overflowing through the overflow port b 6.
Since the dissolution of the salt takes some time, the portion of the salt carried out by the water flow from the holding tank is present as salt lumps. The rate of dissolution of the salt cake in the water is slower than that of the small particles of salt, resulting in the salt cake being easily deposited toward the bottom of the tank. Since the tank outlet b8 is located at the bottom of the tank chamber b901, salt cake can easily accumulate at the tank outlet b8, which can cause the tank outlet b8 to become blocked.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the water tank b0 is further provided with a rectifying structure, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the rectifying structure is provided on the inner wall of the water tank chamber b901, specifically, the first water tank side wall b904 in this embodiment. The rectifying structure comprises at least one rib, the rib is positioned on a flow path of salt and positioned at the upstream of the water outlet of the water tank, and water flows detour at the rectifying structure and form at least one detour path. When the water tank puts salt into the water tank cavity b901 through the salt input port b10, the ribs of the rectifying structure form a path for salt and water to bypass, so that the salt blocks can be intercepted on the path from the salt flow to the water outlet, and the salt blocks are impacted and dispersed or the time for the salt to reach the water outlet is prolonged. When the salt lumps are impacted and dispersed, the contact area of the salt lumps and the solution is increased, and the dissolution of the salt lumps is accelerated. When the time of the salt block reaching the water outlet is increased, the flowing time of the salt in the solution is increased, so that the salt block can be more fully dissolved before reaching the water outlet, and the problem that the water outlet is easily blocked by the salt block is further solved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the rectifying structure includes: and the first rib b1 is arranged close to the water outlet b8 of the water tank. The first ribs b1 are arranged close to the water outlet b8 of the water tank, and can intercept and break away salt blocks flowing to the water outlet at the water outlet and force the salt blocks to bypass for full dissolution.
The arrangement of the first ribs b1 is not particularly limited, and on the basis of the above-described embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the first ribs b1 are arranged horizontally. As an alternative embodiment, the first ribs b1 are arranged obliquely.
In addition to the above-described embodiments, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the rectifying structure further includes: and the second ribs b2 are arranged between the downstream of the salt feeding port b10 and the upstream of the first ribs b 1. The second ribs b2 can break away and intercept the salt block before the salt block reaches the first ribs b1, and the salt block can be more fully contacted and dissolved with the solution while bypassing the second ribs b2, so that the effects of blocking and breaking away the salt block and promoting dissolution of the rectifying structure are further increased.
The number of the second ribs b2 is not particularly limited, and on the basis of the above embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there are two second ribs b2, and there is a space between the two second ribs b2, and the space forms a deflection channel between the two second ribs b 2. The deflecting channel formed by the two second ribs b2 can guide the salt cake on the one hand and can be temporarily intercepted at the opening of the deflecting channel for the salt cake with larger size on the other hand. When the salt block is clamped at the opening of the baffling channel, along with the inflow of water or the outflow of a salt solution, the solution in the water tank cavity is still in a flowing state, and the salt block can be dissolved or broken up in an accelerating way under the impact of water flow.
The positional relationship of the second ribs b2 is not particularly limited, and on the basis of the above-described embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, at least one of the second ribs b2 is provided obliquely toward the salt addition port as shown in fig. 1. When putting in salt through salt input mouth, because second muscle b2 sets up towards salt input mouth b10, the in-process that drops of salt in water tank cavity b901 can strike on second muscle b2, and the salt piece easily scatters and is difficult for forming the caking. When the salt solution is injected through the salt feeding port b10, the salt solution falls on the second ribs b2, the second ribs b2 have flow guiding and buffering functions, the salt solution is prevented from directly falling at the bottom of the water tank chamber b901, and impact sputtering is formed in the water tank due to large fall.
There is no particular limitation on the positional relationship between the second rib b2 and the first rib b1, and on the basis of the above embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the second rib b2 at least partially covers the gap upstream between the first rib b1 and the inner wall of the tank chamber. At least part of the second ribs b2 are distributed above the first ribs b1, so that the falling of the salt blocks or the falling of the salt blocks along with the flowing of water flow can be hindered layer by layer, and the blocking and dissolution accelerating effects of the salt blocks by the rectifying assembly are further enhanced. On the other hand, the setting mode that hinders layer upon layer can constantly promote rivers flow direction and form the baffling to form local torrent in water inside, further promote the dissolution of salt piece.
The structure of the ribs in the rectifying structure, such as the first rib b1 and the second rib b2, is not particularly limited, and on the basis of the above embodiments, as a further limited embodiment, a plurality of protruding structures are provided on the ribs. The protruding structure can make the salt piece receive the pressure increase when touching the arch in-process with the salt piece contact, promotes the broken decomposition of salt piece. Meanwhile, the bulges can intercept the salt blocks, so that the salt blocks are intercepted in the gaps among the bulges. As an alternative embodiment, the ribs are a bar array structure made up of a plurality of columnar cells. Gaps for intercepting the salt blocks are reserved between the adjacent columnar units. As another alternative, the ribs are of a mesh panel construction.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a further limited embodiment, the first rib b1 and the second rib b2 may extend from the first tank sidewall b904 to the second tank sidewall b905, so that after the second tank sidewall b905 is installed in cooperation with the first tank sidewall b904, the first rib b1 and the second rib b2 support the first tank sidewall b904 and the second tank sidewall b905, thereby improving the strength of the tank body b 9.
In this embodiment, in order to achieve sufficient dissolution of the salt in the accommodating groove a1, a plurality of overflowing holes a103 are disposed at the bottom of the accommodating groove a 1. The overflowing hole is arranged at the bottom of the groove, so that the solution generated in the accommodating groove a1 can be ensured to completely flow out, and the situation that the subsequent disinfectant concentration does not reach the standard due to the residual bottom solution in the accommodating groove is prevented.
The number, arrangement and shape of the overflowing holes themselves are not limited to a large number, and as for the arrangement, other arrangements may be adopted, such as an annular arrangement, a triangular arrangement, etc., and as a preferred embodiment, a plurality of the overflowing holes a103 are linearly arranged side by side at the bottom of the accommodating groove a 1. Meanwhile, in terms of shape, the overflowing hole itself may take a regular shape such as a rectangle, an ellipse, etc., or may take an irregular shape as long as the leakage effect can be achieved, and as a preferred embodiment, the overflowing hole itself takes a circular shape. Meanwhile, the aperture range of the circular hole is more than or equal to 0.5mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the salt particles are prevented from directly falling out of the containing groove through the overflowing hole by the size setting mode.
In a preferred embodiment, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a projection of the drain opening 501 coincides with the overflowing hole a 103. Specifically, the drain port 501 is provided at a position directly above the overflowing hole. Through the arrangement mode, water flowing out of the water outlet b501 can be directly applied to the position of the overflowing hole a103, and the water has larger kinetic energy under the action of weight, so that saline water can be directly discharged from the overflowing hole a103 after salt is washed, and the preparation efficiency of the saline water can be improved.
In order to facilitate the drainage function of the water tank b0 and prevent the water outlet from being blocked, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a spout portion b902 with a gradually narrowing width is provided at the bottom of the water tank.
The position of the spout portion b902 is not particularly limited, and as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the spout portion b902 is correspondingly disposed below the salt feeding port b10 and/or the salt dispenser, and when water, an electrolyte solution, or sterilized water is directly fed into the water tank chamber through the salt feeding port, the water flow does not directly impact the spout portion, but is buffered by the first ribs to prevent the formation of foam during water feeding. The first rib b1 may be provided near the opening of the kettle mouth or inside the kettle mouth. The first ribs can be multiple, and the multiple first ribs are distributed in the kettle mouth part and on the part, close to the kettle mouth part, in the water tank cavity b 901.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the spout portion b902 includes a spout inclined surface b9021, the spout inclined surface b9021 is disposed at an end of the spout portion b902 away from the tank outlet b8, and the width of the spout portion b902 gradually decreases along the extending direction of the spout inclined surface b 9021. The spout inclined plane b9021 is positioned at the opening end of the spout part, can play a role in guiding water or sterilized water on two sides of the opening area of the spout part b902 to flow into the spout part b 902.
As for the structure of the spout inclined surface b9021, in addition to the above-described embodiments, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the spout inclined surface b9021 is provided with: the spout convex part b9022 is arranged on the spout inclined plane b9021, and the spout convex part b9022 protrudes inwards the spout part. Because the spout inclined plane b9021 plays a guiding role, water or disinfectant firstly impacts the spout inclined plane b9021 and then flows along the inclined surface of the spout inclined plane b 9021. Therefore, the spout convex part b9022 can be fully impacted with water flow or sterilized water flowing along the spout inclined plane b9021, when undissolved salt blocks exist in the water or the sterilized water, the salt blocks are impacted on the spout convex part b9022 along with the water flow to be broken away so as to be fully dissolved, and the salt blocks of solution are prevented from entering the spout part b902 to block the water outlet b8 of the water tank. On the other hand, the part adjacent to the kettle mouth is a local structure where the water tank inlet b7 is located, and a flow meter i is arranged at the water tank inlet b7 to monitor the water inflow of the water tank cavity. The mounting structure of the flowmeter can be correspondingly arranged on the back of the spout convex part when the structures such as the groove body and the like are arranged, the position where the spout convex part b9022 is located is relatively thick, the mechanical strength is good, and the mounting reliability of other parts such as the flowmeter can be improved. The inclined plane can provide an installation foundation for other parts of the whole machine besides guiding water flow, and the compactness of the whole mechanical structure is improved.
As for the specific structure of the spout inclined surface b9021, as a further limited embodiment in addition to the above-described embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the spout portion b902 includes: the kettle mouth reinforcing rib structure at least comprises a first kettle mouth reinforcing rib b9023 and a second kettle mouth reinforcing rib b9024, and a kettle mouth channel b9025 is formed between the first kettle mouth reinforcing rib and the second kettle mouth reinforcing rib. The kettle opening channel can further tighten the cross section area through which water or sterilized water flows, and the water or the sterilized water is rectified in advance before entering the water outlet b8 of the water tank. On the other hand, the spout reinforcing rib has a certain height, and the spout reinforcing rib can be supported between the first water tank side wall and the second water tank side wall of the water tank, so that the strength of the water tank cavity is improved.
In addition to the above embodiments, as a further limited embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first spout reinforcing rib b9023 is in a zigzag shape, and a triangular reinforcing structure is enclosed between the first spout reinforcing rib b9023 and the spout inclined surface, so that the mechanical strength of the spout inclined surface b9021 can be further improved. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a spout reducing portion b9026 is disposed at one end of the spout passage b9025 close to the tank water outlet b8, and a width of the spout passage b9025 gradually increases toward the tank water outlet b8 at the spout reducing portion b 9026.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
