Abstract

本实用新型公开一种灵活方便的根灌装置,主要用在干旱、半干旱地区的人工生态林和经济林的节水灌溉工程中。其结构特征是毛管上的滴头通过接头与导水软管对接,接头为卡口圆圈,卡口圆圈叠合部有孔,螺钉穿过卡口上的孔,导水软管的另一端插入导水硬管中,导水硬管下半端部设有渗水微孔,垂直埋设在土壤中,直接把水导灌到一定深度的土壤中,能够起到抑制地面土壤水分蒸发损失、提高灌水效率、提高水肥利用效率、起到给植物根系灌溉的作用广泛应用于滴灌工程、植物防沙、园林绿化、生态经济林建设、节水灌溉等工程中使用,并且能够发挥良好的灌溉效果和节水效益。

技术领域
本实用新型属于地下滴灌节水技术领域,主要应用于干旱地区、半干旱地区的滴灌节水工程中,可以直接给植物根系土壤层进行滴灌。
背景技术
常规的地面滴灌技术,灌溉水分由地表逐渐向下渗透。在渗透的过程中,总有一部分水由于蒸腾会损失掉,需要进一步挖掘潜力,节约浇地用水。
发明内容
针对我国西北干旱地区的环境特点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种灵活方便的根灌装置,根灌,使原有的地面滴灌,变为对植物根系层土壤进行灌溉,能够把水分直接灌溉到30~50cm深度的植物根系土壤层中,起到比地面滴灌还要节水的灌溉效果。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种灵活方便的根灌装置,是由毛管、滴头、接头、导水软管、导水硬管、渗水微孔和管堵组成。滴头含倾斜进水孔、内腔、膜片和出水孔,倾斜进水孔、内腔和出水口结为一体,膜片设置在内腔中,出水口孔径为1-2毫米;接头为卡口圆圈,卡口圆圈叠合部有孔,孔中有丝扣,螺钉为圆锥形,螺钉穿过卡口上的孔;紧箍在滴头和导水软管一端的结合部,导水软管的另一端插入导水硬管中,导水硬管下半端部设有渗水微孔,孔径为1-2毫米,导水硬管底部设有管堵。
本实用新型的优点和产生的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型通过接头把滴头和导水软管连接,螺钉穿过圆圈叠合部的孔,旋转螺钉,卡口紧固滴头与导水软管结合部,防止此处漏水。
2、导水软管直接插入导水硬管中,对植物根系层土壤进行根灌,送进抽出,灵活方便;
3、本实用新型能够在毛管滴头附近可以灵活选择灌溉安装点,中途还可以变易灌溉安装点,克服了以往根灌技术中导水硬管只能安装在滴头正下方,不能移动的缺点,是一项比地面滴灌还要节水的技术。
4、本实用新型用于干旱、半干旱地区,能够灵活安装在地下进行滴灌,防止土壤表面水分蒸发损失、提高灌水效率、是节约水资源的一种节水灌溉方式。

具体实施方式
一种灵活方便的根灌装置,是由毛管1、滴头2、接头3、导水软管4和导水硬管5组成。导水软管的内径为4mm,壁厚为1mm,管长为10~50cm;导水硬管内径为6mm,壁厚为1.2mm。管长为30~50cm。滴头2置入毛管1内。滴头2含倾斜进水孔、内腔、膜片和出水孔,倾斜进水孔、内腔和出水口结为一体,膜片设置在内腔中,出水口孔径为1-2毫米;接头3为卡口圆圈,卡口圆圈叠合部有孔,螺钉穿过卡口上的孔,孔中有丝扣,螺钉为圆锥形,螺钉穿过卡口上的孔。导水软管4一端绷在出水口上,出水口与导水软管4一端对接,然后,再套入接头3卡口圆圈处,旋转螺钉,卡口紧箍出水口和导水软管4结合部,防止漏水。导水软管4的另一端插入导水硬管5中,导水硬管5下半端部设有渗水微孔6,孔径为1-2毫米,导水硬管底部设有管堵7。
实施过程中,在毛管1滴头2周围10~50cm的半径范围,根据植物灌溉需要可以灵活选择地点,在滴头2下方的土壤中用特制钢钎打一孔,孔深与导水硬管5的长度相当,孔径略大于导水硬管外径,将导水硬管5插入土壤中,插入土壤深度30~50cm。滴头(2)的倾斜进水孔置入毛管1内,吸收毛管1不同高度的流水,进入内腔,与内腔相连的出水口与导水软管4一端连接,通过接头3,导水软管4的另一端伸入导水硬管5中,与导水硬管5连接。导水硬管5垂直插在土壤中,将毛管1流入滴头2内腔的水分由导水软管4导引到导水硬管5中,导水硬管5下半端部设有渗水微孔6,孔径为1-2毫米,导水硬管5从渗水微孔6将水引灌到土壤中,能够抑制土壤表面水分蒸发损失、节省灌溉用水量,降低灌溉能源消耗;提高水肥利用效率。
导水硬管底部设有管堵7,防止杂物进入导水硬管5中。
