It will be appreciated that the orientation of the bus device 1 may also vary depending on the specific application.
Fig. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of an electrical equipment cabinet 1 according to the present invention. The electrical equipment cabinet 1 comprises a frame 10, the frame 10 comprising a top made up of at least three top beams 11, the top beams 11 extending substantially horizontally and enclosing a closed shape. In the preferred construction shown in fig. 1, the frame 10 comprises four top beams 11, the four top beams 11 forming a rectangular shape. The frame 10 further comprises struts 12, four struts 12 as shown in fig. 1, the struts 12 extending substantially vertically and having their upper ends connected to the roof rail 11. The lower end of the pillar 12 is connected to a bottom consisting of at least three bottom beams 13, for example four bottom beams 13 as shown in fig. 1, the bottom beams 13 extending substantially horizontally.
An equipment mounting bracket 21 is provided in the electrical equipment cabinet 1, and the equipment mounting bracket 21 is used for mounting and supporting electrical equipment. The equipment mounting frame 21 will be mounted to the intermediate beam 14 between the top beam 11 and the bottom beam 13 in a manner which will be further disclosed below. The center sill 14 is connected at both ends thereof to the adjacent two columns 12. In the exemplary configuration shown in fig. 1, four equipment mounting brackets 21 are included, two of which are mounted at a position between two adjacent stanchions 12, and the other two of which are disposed adjacent to or overlapping the stanchions 12 (one of which is obscured by one of the stanchions 12 in fig. 1). In addition, more or fewer equipment mounting brackets 21 may be provided as desired and are within the scope of the present invention.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, at least one, and typically several board PDU mounts 22 for mounting Power Distribution Units (PDUs) mounted on the PDU mounts 22 for distributing and managing the power supply to the electrical equipment in the electrical equipment cabinet 1 may also be provided on the posts 12.
A front door 31 is mounted on the front side of the frame 10, and the front door 31 can be opened to allow an operator to perform operations such as inspection and maintenance of the electrical equipment in the electrical equipment cabinet 1. The rear side of the frame 10 may preferably be provided with a rear door 32, which rear door 32 may be in the form of a split door. Or the frame 10 may include only any one of the front door 31 and the rear door 32 while one of the front and rear sides of the frame 10 is closed by a panel. The rear door 32 may also be in the form of a single door.
The left and right sides of the frame 10 are covered with side plates 50, respectively. Each of the side plates 50 covering the left and right sides of the frame 10 may be one side plate or may be composed of two upper and lower plates as shown in fig. 1.
Disposed on top of the frame 10 is a top plate 40, the top plate 40 being provided with an opening through which cables can enter the interior of the electrical equipment cabinet 1 and be connected to electrical equipment disposed within the electrical equipment cabinet 1.
Referring now to fig. 2, there is shown a partial perspective view of the frame 10 of the electrical equipment cabinet 1 of fig. 1. The equipment mount 21 may be fixedly attached to the equipment mount support bracket 23 by screws, welding, etc., and the equipment mount support bracket 23 may be attached to the center sill 14 by screws, etc. A plurality of mounting holes 18 are provided in the center sill 14 along the extending direction thereof, and an equipment-mount support bracket 23 is mountable at any desired position in the extending direction of the center sill 14 by means of fasteners 25 such as screws, rivets, or the like. It is thus clear that in the utility model discloses an electrical equipment rack 1, can set up electrical equipment's the position of arranging as required in a flexible way. In addition, additional support strength may be provided for the equipment mount 21 by the provision of the equipment mount support brackets 23, thereby eliminating the need to provide the required support strength along the entire length of the center sill 14. In other words, the intermediate beam 14 can be made thinner and lighter than that in the frame 10 of the existing electrical equipment cabinet 1, and thus the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, at least one M5 self-tapping hole 24 is provided on the equipment mount 21. The M5 self-tapping holes 24 allow an operator to manually mount the electrical equipment to the equipment-mounting bracket 21, for example, by screwing self-tapping screws into the M5 self-tapping holes 24 to fixedly mount the electrical equipment to the equipment-mounting bracket 21.
Fig. 4 shows the top plate 40 of the electrical equipment cabinet 1 in fig. 1. The top plate 40 has a rectangular shape, and openings for allowing cables to pass through into the interior of the electrical equipment cabinet 1 are formed on edge portions of the top plate 40, respectively, preferably in the form of brush holes 41 shown in the drawings. The brush hole 41 allows the cable to pass therethrough while preventing contaminants such as dust in the environment from entering the electrical equipment cabinet 1. Preferably, in the utility model discloses in, on the basis of setting up the brush hole 41 on the front side and the rear side variable-distance side of roof 40 usually, two brush holes 41 have still further been added on the left side and the right side of roof 40 for the cable can enter into electrical equipment rack 1 in more positions department, has improved the flexibility of inlet wire.
Turning to fig. 5, there is shown a perspective view of the top beam 11 of the electrical equipment cabinet 1. As shown in fig. 5, a cable tie hole 17 is further provided on the roof rail 11, and a cable tie (not shown) may pass through the cable tie hole 17 for fixing a cable to the roof rail 11, thereby forming a cable passage on the roof rail 11. The additional cable tie holes 1 of the top beam 11 in combination with the above-described brush holes 41 provided on the four edge portions of the top plate 40 may contribute to more convenient and flexible arrangement and management of the cables.
The brush hole 41 is shown as a substantially rectangular shape, but the brush hole 41 may have other shapes such as an oval shape, a racetrack shape, and the like.
Fig. 6a and 6b show schematic views of a side plate 50 of the electrical equipment cabinet 1 in fig. 1, wherein fig. 6a shows a view of the outside of the side plate 50 and fig. 6b shows a view of the inside of the side plate 50. It can be seen that the side plate 50 of the electrical equipment cabinet 1 of the present invention is provided with a fastener 51 for fixing the side plate 50 to the frame 10. The latch 51 is preferably a plastic latch to replace the metal locking member that is conventionally used. The plastic latch 51 allows for easier attachment of the latch 51 to the frame 10 and is less costly than the metal latches currently used.
Fig. 7 shows a pillar 12 of the frame 10 of the electrical equipment cabinet 1 of the present invention. As shown in the enlarged partial view on the right side of the figure, the column 12 is provided with round holes 16 and square holes 15 alternately. The circular aperture 16 and the square aperture 15 may each be adapted to different types of electrical equipment, thereby allowing for a wider versatility of the frame 10.
