Also, the respiration analysis module 222 is preset with respiration data of a healthy person in different states, such as but not limited to respiration data of a person in a sleep or awake state. The breath analysis module 222 analyzes the breath data of the vital signs in real time after the user leans against the pillow core 10 according to a logic algorithm, and generates a breath analysis data, which includes but is not limited to the real-time breath frequency of the user, the maximum breath frequency, the minimum breath frequency and the average frequency within the preset time period, what state the user is in, and the like.
The data processing unit 220 further comprises an action analysis module 223, wherein the action analysis module 223 is communicatively connected to the data obtaining unit 210, and the action analysis module 223 is capable of obtaining the vital sign data. The motion analysis module 223 is preset with motion data of healthy human body in different states, such as but not limited to a normal turn-over frequency of the human body in a sleeping or waking state. The motion analysis module 223 analyzes real-time motion data of the user resting on the pillow core 10 to generate a motion analysis data, which includes but is not limited to whether the user is lying on the back or on the side, the time of lying on the back, the time of lying on the side, the frequency of turning over, what state the user is in, and the like.
The health management system 200 further comprises a management policy generation unit 240, wherein the management policy generation unit 240 is communicatively connected to the cardiac analysis module 221, the respiratory analysis module 222 and the motion analysis module 223 of the data processing unit 220. The management policy generation unit 240 generates the health management policy based on one or a combination of the cardiac analysis data, the respiratory analysis data, and the motion analysis data. Further, the management policy generating unit 240 is communicably connected to the executing unit 230, and when the health management policy is executed, the executing unit 230 selects the chinese medicine module 20 suitable for the user's physique to be in the volatile state through the control device 40, and keeps the other non-selected chinese medicine modules 20 in the closed state.

The health report generating module 253 generates a health report according to the analysis result of the health analysis module 252, and sends the health report to a user end, such as but not limited to a mobile phone, an iPad, a computer, and other communication devices of the user, so that the user can not only know the sleep quality, but also master the data of the physical health change or the post-operation physical recovery status, and the like.
According to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a health management method of the health management system 200, the health management method comprising the steps of:
(a) acquiring the vital sign data in real time by the data acquisition unit 210; and
(b) when the health management policy is executed, the execution unit 230 selects the corresponding chinese medicine module 20 of the health care pillow 100 to be in the volatile state.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, before the step (b), the method further comprises a step (c): the heart analysis unit 221 analyzes the heart data in the vital sign data in real time to generate a piece of heart analysis data, and the management policy generation unit 240 generates the corresponding health management policy according to the heart analysis data.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, before the step (b), the method further comprises a step (d) in which the breath analysis unit 222 analyzes the breath data in the vital sign data in real time to generate a breath analysis data, and the management policy generation unit 240 generates the corresponding health management policy according to the breath analysis data.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, before the step (b), the method further comprises a step (e): the action analysis unit 223 analyzes the action data in the vital sign data in real time to generate an action analysis data, and the management policy generation unit 240 generates the corresponding health management policy according to the action analysis data.
Preferably, the management policy generation unit 240 adjusts the content of the health management policy in real time according to the cardiac analysis data, the respiratory analysis data or the motion analysis data.

Claims (10)

1. A health care pillow is characterized by comprising:
a pillow core, wherein the pillow core is provided with at least one accommodating space; and
at least one traditional Chinese medicine module, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine module is operatively arranged in the accommodating space of the pillow inner, and the height and radian of the pillow inner can be adjusted by adjusting the traditional Chinese medicine module.
2. The health pillow of claim 1, wherein the pillow core comprises a supine portion and two lateral lying portions extending outward from both sides of the supine portion, wherein the receiving space is formed at the supine portion and/or the lateral lying portions, the chinese medicine module is disposed at the supine portion and/or the lateral lying portions, and the height and curvature of the supine portion and/or the lateral lying portions are adjustable by adjusting the chinese medicine module.
3. The health care pillow according to claim 2, wherein the receiving spaces are formed in the supine portion and the lateral portion, and the receiving spaces are communicated with each other.
4. The health care pillow according to claim 2, wherein the receiving spaces are formed in the supine portion and the lateral portion, and each of the receiving spaces is independent of each other.

The health care pillow according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine module comprises a volatilization housing and a Chinese herbal medicine material, wherein the volatilization housing has a containing cavity, the Chinese herbal medicine material is contained in the containing cavity, the volatilization housing can be switched between a volatilization state and a closed state, when the volatilization housing is in the volatilization state, the Chinese herbal medicine material in the containing cavity can be volatilized to the outside rapidly, and when the volatilization housing is in the closed state, the volatilization speed of the Chinese herbal medicine material in the containing cavity is limited.

A health care pillow as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the supine portion of the pillow core includes a pillow neck portion, a pillow portion and an extension portion, wherein the pillow neck portion and the extension portion extend forward and backward from both sides of the pillow portion, respectively, the pillow neck portion having an arc-shaped supporting surface.
7. The health care pillow of claim 6, wherein the pillow portion of the supine portion is recessed inwardly to form a recessed groove that fits the shape of a human head.
8. A health care pillow as recited in claim 7, wherein said side portions include a high pillow portion extending rearward from said high pillow portion, wherein said high pillow portions of two of said side portions extend outward from respective sides of said pillow portion of said supine portion, said low pillow portions of two of said side portions extend outward from respective sides of said extension portion of said supine portion, said high pillow portion having a height greater than said low pillow portion, said high pillow portion having an arc matching a shoulder curve of the human body.
9. The health pillow of claim 8, wherein the hardness of the upper portion of the pillow core is less than the hardness of the lower portion of the pillow core.
10. The health pillow of claim 8, wherein the health pillow further comprises at least one monitoring device, wherein the monitoring device is mounted to the pillow core at a location selected from the group consisting of: the occipital neck, the occipital head, the high occipital portion and the low occipital portion.
