Background

An electronic display whiteboard belongs to one type of display devices, and is generally installed on a wall at present. In order to facilitate carrying of the electronic display whiteboard, two handles are usually arranged on the electronic display whiteboard, and each handle needs at least two screws and is installed inside an appearance aluminum frame on the back of the electronic display whiteboard through manual work, so that the installation cost is increased; the electronic display white board is often hung on a wall, so that the space between the electronic display white board and the wall is limited, and the operation such as directly disassembling a handle by using a screwdriver and the like cannot be realized; in addition, the back plate of the electronic display whiteboard is usually provided with an external port, the external port is connected with a connecting wire, and the connecting wire is usually interfered due to the fact that the handle occupies space.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present application clearer, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, a display device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described. The display device 100 includes: base plate 10, hanging buckle 20 and handle body 30. The substrate 10 may be a place on the display device 100 where the strength is high so as not to be easily deformed.

Specifically, the hanging buckle 20 is riveted and fixed on the substrate 10, a hanging hole 21 is formed between the hanging buckle 20 and the substrate 10, the handle body 30 includes a hanging hook portion 31 and a force applying portion 32, the force applying portion 32 is connected to one end of the hanging hook portion 31, the hanging hook portion 31 can penetrate through the hanging hole 21 and be abutted against the inner side of the hanging buckle 20, and the hanging buckle portion 31 can be separated from the hanging buckle 20.

It should be noted that, during manufacturing, the hanging buckle 20 is riveted and fixed on the substrate 10, and compared with the conventional screw fixing structure, the riveting fixing structure can save the installation cost and the installation space, and realize accurate positioning and installation. By separating the hanging buckle 20 from the handle body 30, when the substrate 10 needs to be transported, the hanging hook 31 of the handle body 30 is hooked on the hanging hole 21 of the substrate 10, and the force applying part 32 is held by hand, so that the force can be applied to the substrate 10; after the carrying is finished, the handle body 30 can be taken down, so that the space is further saved, and the appearance is enhanced. In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the substrate 10 is provided with a pre-punched hole 11, the hanging buckle 20 is provided with a connector 22, and the hanging buckle 20 is riveted and fixed at the pre-punched hole 11 of the substrate 10 through the connector 22. By arranging the pre-punched holes 11 in advance, the hanging buckle 20 can be accurately installed and fixed on the substrate 10. Here, only one preferable caulking method is exemplified, but other caulking methods may be used to caulk and fix the hook 20 to the base plate 10.

In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the hanging buckle 20 is a square buckle, and the square buckle is riveted and fixed on the substrate 10. The square buckle is adopted as the hanging buckle 20, the production cost is low, and when the hook part 31 of the handle body 30 hooks the square buckle, the square buckle can better limit the moving space of the hook part 31 so as to prevent the hook part 31 from falling off.

In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the hanging buckle 20 is vertically disposed on the substrate 10, such that the hanging hole 21 on the hanging buckle 20 is transversely disposed. It is understood that the vertical and horizontal directions are relative to the horizontal plane, that is, when the hanging buckle 20 is vertically arranged, the hook portion 31 of the handle body 30 can more easily enter the hanging hole 21, and the external force applied to the handle body 30 is mainly upward, so that the falling off of the hook portion 31 can be reduced.

In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4, the end of the hook portion 31 is further provided with an anti-falling structure 33. When the hook 31 of the handle body 30 hooks the hook 20, the hook 31 can be further prevented from falling off by the anti-falling structure 33. Preferably, the anti-falling structure 33 may be a barb at the end of the hook portion 31, and the hook portion 31 is prevented from falling off by the barb.

In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 5, the force application portion 32 is provided with an anti-slip pattern 34. The friction coefficient of the force application part 32 can be increased by the anti-slip threads 34, and slip is avoided when the display device 100 is carried manually.

In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 6, a protective sleeve 35 is disposed on the force application portion 32, and the protective sleeve 35 is sleeved on the force application portion 32. When the hand is carried manually, the hand can be better protected by the protective sleeve 35, and scratching is avoided.

In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 3 to fig. 6, the handle body 30 is further provided with a hook portion 36, and the hook portion 36 is located at an end of the handle body 30 away from the hook portion 31. When the object connected with the substrate 10 is heavy, the hook part 36 can be connected with a hook of a lifting device, so that the object can be conveniently carried by the lifting device. Further, the hook portion 36 can also prevent slipping when carried manually.

In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 7 to 8, the substrate 10 is a back plate of the display device 100. It can be understood that the back plate of the display device 100 is usually provided with the external port 201, and the external port 201 is provided with the connecting wire 202, so that the handle body 30 can be detached, thereby avoiding interference with the connecting wire 202 on the external port 201.

In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 7 to 8, the display device 100 includes at least two hanging buckles 20 and at least two handle bodies 30; at least two hanging buckles 20 are distributed on both sides of the back plate. By distributing at least two hanging buckles 20 on two sides of the back plate, the gravity borne by a single hanging buckle 20 can be reduced, and the display device 100 can be kept balanced when being carried manually or mechanically.

1. A display device, comprising: the handle comprises a base plate, a hanging buckle and a handle body;

2. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base plate is provided with a pre-punched hole, and the hanging buckle is provided with a connector, and the hanging buckle is riveted and fixed at the pre-punched hole of the base plate through the connector.

3. The display device of claim 1, wherein the hanging fastener is a square fastener riveted to the substrate.

4. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the hanging buckle is vertically disposed on the substrate such that the hanging hole on the hanging buckle is laterally disposed.

5. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hook portion is further provided at a distal end thereof with an anti-falling structure.

6. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the force application portion is provided with an anti-slip pattern.

7. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the force application portion is provided with a protective cover, and the protective cover is sleeved on the force application portion.

8. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the handle body is further provided with a hook portion at an end of the handle body remote from the hook portion.

9. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the substrate is a back plate of the display device.

10. The display device of claim 9, wherein the display device comprises at least two of the clasps and at least two of the handle bodies; the at least two hanging buckles are distributed on two sides of the back plate.
