The connection pipe and the pressure regulating member in the pressure regulating mechanism in the above embodiment are separate structures, and as an alternative to the above embodiment, in some cases, the pressure regulating mechanism may also be integrated. Specifically, the pressure adjusting mechanism may include: a connecting pipe 30 with the inner end connected with the sealing ring body 2, and a pressure regulator connected with the outer end of the connecting pipe 30, wherein the pressure regulator is used for regulating the pressure of the fluid in the elastic sealing ring body 2. In this embodiment, the pressure regulator and the connecting pipe are integrated. the elastic sealing ring body of the sealing device is arranged at the near end of the sheath tube body.
