Fig. 1-3 are schematic diagrams of a speaker module according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1-3, the speaker module includes a diaphragm 11, a voice coil 13, a magnetic circuit system 2, and a frame 31, where the diaphragm 11 and the voice coil 13 form a vibration system, and cooperate with the magnetic circuit system 2 to vibrate and generate sound, and the frame 31 is located outside the diaphragm 11, the voice coil 13, and the magnetic circuit system 2 and is used to support and protect internal structures.
The magnetic circuit system 2 generates a magnetic field, which covers the space in which the voice coil 13 is located. A connection line 131 is led out from the voice coil 13 and electrically connected to a control terminal (not shown in the figure) through the connection line 131, and the control terminal inputs a predetermined alternating current signal to the voice coil 13 so that the voice coil 13 vibrates based on electromagnetic induction in a magnetic field generated by the magnetic circuit system 2, and drives the diaphragm 11 to synchronously vibrate and make a sound.
The speaker module described in this embodiment can be applied to equipment such as cell-phone, panel computer or intelligent wrist-watch. For example, when being applied to intelligent wrist-watch, the inside cavity of holding the speaker module group of wrist-watch, and the cavity communicates the inner chamber and the back of the body chamber that the speaker module group constitutes the gap of speaker module group. If the back cavity is completely closed, the vibrating diaphragm can cause unbalance of internal and external air pressure after long-term work, and the vibration performance of the vibrating diaphragm is influenced. As shown in fig. 1, the diaphragm 11 of this embodiment is provided with a first through hole 111, and the first through hole 111 connects the back cavity of the speaker module and the outside of the speaker module, and serves as a sole air passage inside and outside the speaker module. Therefore, the air pressure inside and outside the loudspeaker can be balanced, and the vibration output characteristic is prevented from being influenced by the position deviation of the diaphragm 11 under the large air pressure difference inside and outside the loudspeaker.
The first through hole 111 is covered with a waterproof breathable film 1111. The waterproof breathable film 1111 can directly or indirectly cover the first through hole 111. The waterproof breathable film 1111 is a film material that allows only gas molecules to permeate therethrough but not water molecules, and may be a polytetrafluoroethylene film, a polyethylene polymer film, a polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven fabric (PP spun-bonded nonwoven fabric), or the like. Set up waterproof ventilated membrane 1111 and make the speaker module possess waterproof characteristic to avoid water or steam to get into the inner chamber and influence the function of electromagnetic component wherein.
If the first through hole 111 is not provided, there is no other air passage between the inner cavity of the speaker module and the outside of the speaker module, which will cause the air pressure in the cavity to be unbalanced. When the speaker module is used in an area with higher or lower air pressure, the difference between the air pressure inside and outside the speaker module is too large, and the vibrating diaphragm 11 will shift to the side with lower air pressure, so that the vibration characteristics of the vibrating diaphragm 11 are changed, and the performance of the speaker is changed. And set up waterproof ventilated membrane 1111 and make speaker module still have waterproof characteristic simultaneously under possessing the above-mentioned characteristics of inside and outside balanced atmospheric pressure.
In some other optional implementations, a plurality of first through holes 111 may be disposed on the diaphragm 11, and each first through hole 111 is covered by a waterproof breathable film 1111. In this embodiment, the waterproof breathable film 1111 directly covers the upper surface of the diaphragm 11, and the middle sticker 12 is connected to the lower surface of the diaphragm 11. The middle sticker 12 is provided with a second through hole 121 corresponding to the first through hole 111, and at least a part of the first through hole 111 is communicated with the second through hole 121, so that the inside and the outside of the speaker module can still balance air pressure through the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121.
The voice coil 13 is fixedly connected with the middle sticker 12 and is located below the diaphragm 11. The voice coil 13 is a winding in a ring shape, which naturally escapes from the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121 without affecting the air pressure balance characteristic of the speaker module. The voice coil 13 and the middle paste 12, and the middle paste 12 and the diaphragm 11 can be connected by gluing.
In another optional implementation manner, the middle sticker 12 may also be connected to the upper surface of the diaphragm 11, the voice coil 13 is connected to the lower surface of the diaphragm 11 and may further drive the diaphragm 11 to vibrate, and the waterproof breathable film 1111 covers the second through hole 121 of the middle sticker 12 and further indirectly covers the first through hole 111.
In yet another alternative implementation, the speaker module may not have the middle sticker 12, and the waterproof breathable film 1111 is connected to the upper surface of the diaphragm 11, and the voice coil 13 is connected to the lower surface of the diaphragm 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the magnetic circuit system 2 includes a middle magnet 21, a side magnet 22, a yoke 23, a middle pole piece 24, and a side pole piece 25. Wherein the yoke 23 is disposed in the tub frame 31, since fig. 3 is a sectional view, the part outside the sectional view is not shown, and the yoke 23 is located at the bottom of the tub frame 31 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2. And at least one middle magnet 21 arranged on the yoke 23, wherein the middle magnet 21 at least partially extends into the voice coil 13. And at least one side magnet 22 disposed on the yoke 23, wherein the side magnet 22 is located outside the voice coil 13. A magnetic gap is formed between the middle magnet 21 and the side magnet 22, and the voice coil 13 is at least partially located in the magnetic gap. The middle magnet 21 and the side magnet 22 generate a magnetic field in the magnetic gap, the magnetic field can apply electromagnetic force to the voice coil 13 in the magnetic gap, and when alternating current is applied to the voice coil 13, the voice coil 13 will vibrate up and down based on the electromagnetic induction. The yoke 23 is provided below the middle magnet 21 and the side magnet 22 to enclose magnetic lines of force. The middle pole piece 24 is arranged on the middle magnet 21 and located in the voice coil 13, the side pole piece 25 is arranged on the side magnet 22 and located outside the voice coil 13, and both the middle pole piece 24 and the side pole piece 25 are used for magnetic conduction. Wherein, the middle pole piece 24 and the middle magnet 21 can be connected by gluing.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, two side magnets 22 are provided, one on each side of the middle magnet 21. Thereby, the magnetic field is more uniform. The side pole piece 25 is an annular pole piece, is molded in the basin frame 31, and is integrally formed with the basin frame 31, and after the loudspeaker module assembly is completed, the side pole piece 25 is located on the side magnet 22.
