Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a small food processor includes a glass cup 1, a shell assembly 2 positioned below the glass cup 1. The shell component 2 is fixed at the lower end of the glass cup body 1 and forms an integral piece with the glass cup body 1, namely the glass cup body 1 and the shell component 2 are fixed into a whole. In normal use, the shell component 2 and the glass cup body 1 are not detached.
The shell component 2 is provided with a driving motor 21, and a power output shaft of the driving motor 21 penetrates through the bottom wall of the glass cup body 1 and extends into the glass cup body 1. The power output shaft of the driving motor 21 extending into the glass cup body 1 is provided with a crushing blade for crushing the material in the glass cup body 1.
The outer wall of the glass cup body 1 is integrally formed with a bulge 11, and the bulge 11 is made of glass material as the glass cup body 1. The handle component 3 is sleeved outside the bulge 11 and is fixedly connected with the bulge 11. Handle subassembly 3 realizes through cup jointing fixed bulge 11 with glass cup 1 fixed connection, compares and bores the screw hole at glass cup 1, and this kind of glass cup 1 shaping degree of difficulty is lower. After the handle component 3 is fixed on the glass cup body 1, the bulge 11 is wrapped by the handle component 3, the appearance is invisible, and the consistency of the appearance of the glass cup body 1 is guaranteed. In addition, the bulge 11 is equivalent to increase the wall thickness of the glass cup body 1, which is beneficial to enhancing the structural strength of the glass cup body 1 at the bulge 11, and further ensures that the handle assembly 3 is stably connected with the bulge 11.
The handle assembly 3 comprises a first handle member 31 and a second handle member 32, wherein the first handle member 31 and the second handle member 32 are fixedly connected and clamp the protrusion 11 to realize the fixed connection of the handle assembly 3 and the glass cup body 1. The handle assembly 3 is divided into two pieces to clamp the boss 11, which not only facilitates the fixing of the boss 11, but also reduces the damage and structural requirements of the boss 11.
A positioning structure 4 for limiting the handle assembly 3 to be separated from the bulge 11 is arranged between the handle assembly 3 and the bulge 11. When the handle assembly 3 is applied with force, friction force generated by clamping is generated between the protrusion 11 and the handle assembly 3 to limit the handle assembly 3 to be separated, and the positioning structure 4 is further used for limiting the protrusion 11 to be separated from the handle assembly 3, so that the reliability of fixing the handle assembly 3 and the glass cup body 1 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, specifically, the two sides of the protrusion 11 are recessed to form a groove 42, a positioning column 41 is fixed on the handle assembly 3, and the positioning column 41 and the groove 42 can cooperate with each other to form the positioning structure 4. When the handle assembly 3 is fixed on the protrusion 11, the positioning column 41 is inserted into the groove 42 and is abutted against the inner wall of the groove 42 to limit the handle assembly 3 to move away from the protrusion 11, so as to ensure that the handle assembly 3 is stably installed on the glass cup body 1.
In other embodiments, the positioning post 41 may be integrally formed on the protrusion 11, and the groove 42 is formed on the handle assembly 3 for cooperating with the positioning post 41.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in other embodiments, the positioning structure 4 includes a positioning column 41 fixed to the handle assembly 3, and a positioning hole 43 opened on the protrusion 11. When the handle assembly 3 is fixed on the protrusion 11, the positioning post 41 is inserted into the positioning hole 43 to limit the movement of the handle assembly 3 away from the protrusion 11. The positioning column 41 is integrally formed on one of the first handle member 31 and the second handle member 32.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the positioning column 41 is integrally formed on the first handle member 31, the second handle member 32 is fixedly connected with the positioning column 41 through the fastening member 7, and the protrusion 11 is clamped and fixed therein when the first handle member 31 and the second handle member 32 are fixed. The positioning post 41 is not only used for forming the positioning structure 4 together with the recess 42, but also for fixing the second handle part 32, so that the first handle part 31 and the second handle part 32 are fixedly connected to clamp the protrusion 11. Specifically, the fastener 7 is a screw or a stud. In other embodiments, the positioning post 41 may also be glued to the second handle member 32.
In other embodiments, the positioning post 41 is integrally formed on the second handle member 32, and the first handle member 31 is fixedly connected to the positioning post 41 by the fastening member 7.
In this embodiment, the first handle member 31 is located above the second handle member 32, the second handle member 32 is fixedly connected to the first handle member 31 by the fastening member 7, and the fastening member 7 is hidden at the bottom surface of the second handle member 32. When the first handle member 31 and the second handle member 32 are to be fixed, the fastening member 7 is inserted through the bottom surface of the second handle member 32 and then fixedly connected to the first handle member 31 to press-fix the second handle member 32 to the first handle member 31. The fastener 7 is shielded by the second handle member 32, and when a user normally overlooks the handle assembly 3, the appearance of the fastener 7 is not visible, so that the user experience is better.
In other embodiments, the first handle member 31 and the second handle member 32 are snap-fitted and clamp the boss 11. The first and second handle members 31 and 32 are more conveniently fixed and detachable.
In this embodiment, the protrusions 11 are provided in two pieces, and are integrally formed on both sides of the glass cup body 1. The handle component 3 is in a block shape, the number of the handle component is the same as that of the bulges 11, and the handle component is respectively sleeved and fixed on the two bulges 11. The user lifts the glass cup body 1 by lifting the handle assembly 3.
In other embodiments, the handle assembly 3 is long, the upper end of the handle assembly 3 is fixed on the protrusion 11, and the lower end of the handle assembly 3 is suspended.
In other embodiments, the handle assembly 3 is long, the upper end of the handle assembly 3 is fixed on the protrusion 11, and the lower end of the handle assembly 3 is fixed on the housing assembly 2, so that the handle assembly 3 is more stably fixed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the upper end of the glass cup body 1 is covered with the cup lid 5, the handle assembly 3 is located at the outer periphery of the upper end of the glass cup body 1, and the top surface of the handle assembly 3 is provided with an avoiding groove 6 avoiding the outer edge of the cup lid 5, so as to prevent the handle assembly 3 from jacking up the cup lid 5, and ensure that the cup lid 5 and the glass cup body 1 are stably sealed and covered. In addition, the handle assembly 3 is positioned at the outer periphery of the upper port of the glass cup body 1, and when a user lifts the glass cup body 1 through the handle assembly 3, the glass cup body 1 is not easy to be inclined.
In other embodiments, the handle assembly 3 is fixed to the protrusions 11 by gluing, the fixing is simple and the glue is hidden inside the handle assembly 3 and is not visible in appearance.
The above description is only an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
