Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a driving member 8 for transmitting power to the first and second embossing members 11 and 12 is installed at one end of the driving lever 75 near the frame 1. The transmission member 8 comprises a first transmission gear 81 which is connected with the driving rod 75 in a key mode, a second transmission gear 82 is connected with the second pressing roller 121 in a key mode, and a transmission chain 83 is sleeved on the first transmission gear 81 and the second transmission gear 82.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a second tensioning member 9 is further installed on the inner wall of the frame 1 between the driving rod 75 and the third embossing roller 122, the second tensioning member 9 includes a second tensioning block 91, a second waist-shaped hole 92 is formed in the second tensioning block 91 along the length direction, a second fixing bolt 93 connected with the frame 1 through a thread is arranged in the second waist-shaped hole 92, and the second tensioning block 91 is fixedly installed on the frame 1 through the second fixing bolt 93. A second tensioning rod 94 is fixedly mounted on the second tensioning block 91, a second tensioning gear 95 is rotatably mounted on the second tensioning rod 94 through a bearing, and the second tensioning gear 95 is meshed with the transmission chain 83.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
when the reduction motor 71 is started, the first drive gear 72 rotates the second drive gear 76 via the first internally toothed belt 77, and the second drive gear 76 rotates the drive lever 75. The driving rod 75 transmits power to the transmission chain 83 through the first transmission gear 81, and transmits power to the second transmission gear 82 through the transmission chain 83, and the second transmission gear 82 can drive the second pressing roller 121 to rotate.
At this time, the second tension member 9 reduces the run-out and swing of the drive chain 83 by the engagement of the second tension gear 95 with the drive chain 83. And the second kidney-shaped hole 92 and the second fixing bolt 93 are arranged to enable the position of the second tensioning block 91 on the frame 1 to be adjustable, so that the position of the second tensioning gear 95 is also adjustable to be adjusted according to the tightness of the transmission chain 83, so as to further improve the transmission stability of the transmission chain 83.
The rotation of the second press roller 121 can drive the first press roller 111 and the second press roller 121 to rotate synchronously through the cooperation of the first synchronous transmission chain wheel 21, the second synchronous transmission chain wheel 22 and the synchronous transmission chain 23. While the two first synchronizing gears 115 can rotate the first embossing roller 112 and the first pressure roller 111 or the second embossing roller 114 and the first pressure roller 111 synchronously, and the two second synchronizing gears 125 can rotate the second pressure roller 121 and the third embossing roller 122 or the second pressure roller 121 and the fourth embossing roller 124 synchronously. That is, the first embossing member 11 and the second embossing member 12 are finally rotated in synchronization to emboss a roll of paper towel, respectively.
In this process, the first tensioning gear 35 can tension the synchronous transmission chain 23 to reduce the jumping and swinging of the synchronous transmission chain 23, and improve the transmission stability of the synchronous transmission chain 23. And the position of the first tensioning block 31 on the frame 1 is adjustable by the cooperation of the first kidney-shaped hole 32 and the first fixing bolt 33, and correspondingly, the position of the first tensioning gear 35 is also adjustable, so that the adjustment can be performed according to the tightness of the synchronous transmission chain 23, and the stability of the synchronous transmission chain 23 is further improved.
While the first embossing member 11 and the second embossing member 12 are embossing rotationally, the first synchronizing member 51 synchronously transmits the power of the first press roller 111 to the first speed-adjusting reducer 511 through the cooperation of the first paper-feeding gear 512, the second paper-feeding gear 513 and the first synchronizing internal-tooth belt 514, and the first speed-adjusting reducer 511 transmits the power to the first drive roller 412 to drive the first paper-feeding member 41. The second synchronizing member 52 synchronously transmits the power of the first pressing roller 111 to the second speed-adjusting reducer 521 through the cooperation of the third paper-feeding gear 522, the fourth paper-feeding gear 523 and the second synchronous internal toothed belt 524, and the second speed-adjusting reducer 521 transmits the power to the second driving roller 422 to drive the second paper-feeding member 42. And since the first embossing roller 112 and the first pressing roller 111 are rotated in synchronization, the first paper feeding member 41 and the second paper feeding member 42 are also fed in synchronization.
When the paper towel passes through the first paper feeder 41 and the second paper feeder 42, the first driving roller 412 and the first driven roller 413, the second driving roller 422 and the second driven roller 423 can improve the flatness of the paper towel, so that the paper towel is more smoothly conveyed into the first embossing member 11 and the second embossing member 12 to improve the embossing quality.
