The heating plate 141 is used, so that the safety is high. Of course, in other embodiments, heating wires, tubes, etc. may be used for the heater 14.
In an embodiment, the main body 10 further includes an air guiding window 16, and the air guiding window 16 is installed in the air outlet 114 and used for guiding the air flow to diffuse, that is, when the air flow blown by the fan 15 passes through the air guiding window 16, the air flow is guided by the air guiding window 16 to diffuse, so as to better heat and dry the cloth.
In one embodiment, the louvers 16 may be louvers. In some embodiments, the air guiding window 16 may also use a guide plate to guide the air flow to diffuse.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the host 10 further includes a reflector 13, and the reflector 13 is installed in the housing 11. The reflector 13 covers the lamp holder 121, and further when the ultraviolet light source 122 is installed on the lamp holder 121, the reflector 13 can cover the ultraviolet light source 122, so as to reflect the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet light source 122 to a specified direction, so as to improve the utilization rate of the ultraviolet light, so as to save more energy, and prevent the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet light source 122 from irradiating other parts in the housing 11 and aging the corresponding parts.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the uv light source 122 may be a uv lamp, and the corresponding lamp holder 121 is a lamp holder for supporting the uv lamp. The ultraviolet lamp tube is used, so that the emitted ultraviolet light can more uniformly cover a larger area. Of course, in some embodiments, the uv light source 122 may be a uv light bulb and the corresponding lamp holder 121 may be a lamp holder. Of course, a plurality of lamp sockets 121 may be provided in the cabinet, and an ultraviolet light bulb may be mounted on each lamp socket 122, respectively.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, a hanging buckle 1121 is disposed on a rear side surface of the housing 11, so that the housing 11 can be mounted on the wall 900 by hanging, and the mounting and fixing are convenient. Of course, in other embodiments, screws may be used to mount the housing 11 to the wall 900.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, a wire-hiding groove 1122 is formed on the rear side of the housing 11 so that a power line can be placed in the wire-hiding groove 1122.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the housing 11 includes a bottom plate 111 and a cover 112 covering the bottom plate 111, and the window 113 and the air outlet 114 are disposed on the bottom plate 111. The machine shell 11 is convenient to process and manufacture, and is also convenient for the lamp holder 121, the ultraviolet light source 122, the reflecting cover 13, the heater 14 and the fan 15, and the lamp holder 121, the reflecting cover 13, the heater 14 and the fan 15 are arranged in the machine shell 11. In one embodiment, the bottom panel 111 forms the bottom of the cabinet 11. Of course, in other embodiments, when the lower end of the cover 112 is disposed around the bottom plate 111, the lower end of the peripheral side of the cover 112 and the bottom plate 111 together constitute the bottom of the cabinet 11. In some embodiments, the housing 11 may be formed by a plurality of plate bodies.
In one embodiment, the front side of the housing 11 is provided with a control panel 110, and the control panel 110 is inclined from top to bottom toward the inside of the housing 11 for the convenience of user operation and the convenience of user to determine the position of the control panel 110. In one embodiment, the control panel 110 is provided on the housing 112 to facilitate manufacturing.
In one embodiment, the window 113 is located at a position corresponding to the rear side of the bottom of the casing 11, so that when in use, the window 113 is closer to the wall 900, and thus the ultraviolet light source 122 is also closer to the wall 900, so as to better limit the range of ultraviolet light and improve safety.
In one embodiment, the reflector 13 is located on an air intake path of the fan 15, and the airflow hole 133 is formed in the reflector 13, so that air can enter the reflector 13 through the window 113 and then enter the fan 15 through the airflow hole 133, and thus the lamp holder 121 and the ultraviolet light source 122 in the reflector 13 can be cooled, so as to prolong the service life of the ultraviolet light source 122 and the lamp holder 121, and after the air enters the reflector 13, the air can be heated by the ultraviolet light source 122, so that the heat generated by the ultraviolet light source 122 can be utilized, the energy utilization rate is further improved, and the power consumption is reduced. Through setting up the reflector 13, with the utilization ratio that promotes ultraviolet source 122 and send light, establish reflector 13 on the route of admitting air of fan 15, and set up airflow hole 133 on reflector 13, then the air current can get into fan 15 through reflector 13, blown off again, thereby can dispel the heat the cooling to ultraviolet source 122, promote ultraviolet source 122's life, and can utilize the heat that ultraviolet source 122 produced, heat fan 15 entry air current, with the lifting energy utilization ratio, reduce the energy consumption.
In one embodiment, the reflector 13 is provided with an airflow hole 133 on a side thereof close to the fan 15, so that air can more easily enter the fan 15 from the airflow hole 133 after entering the reflector 13, thereby reducing air resistance. Of course, in other embodiments, the airflow holes 133 may be respectively opened on both sides of the reflector 13. In still other embodiments, airflow openings 133 may be provided in the reflector 13 on a side thereof remote from the fan 15.
In one embodiment, the reflector 13 includes two reflective side panels 132 and a support plate 131, and the airflow holes 133 are provided on the reflective side panels 132. The support plate 131 is connected to the upper sides of the two reflective side plates 132, and when the lamp holder 121 is used, the two reflective side plates 132 are located at two sides of the lamp holder 121, and further when the ultraviolet light source 122 is mounted on the lamp holder 121, the two reflective side plates 132 are located at two sides of the ultraviolet light source 122 to reflect light. The distance between the two reflective side plates 132 is gradually increased from the support plate 131 to the direction away from the support plate 131, so that on one hand, the light emitted by the ultraviolet light source 122 can be reflected, and in addition, the reflected light can be ensured to cover a larger area.
In one embodiment, when the uv light source 122 is a uv lamp, the two reflective side plates 132 are respectively disposed at two sides of the uv lamp. In other embodiments, when the uv light source 122 is a uv bulb, a plurality of lamp holders may be disposed between the two reflective side plates 132, and a plurality of uv bulbs may be disposed between the two reflective side plates 132. Of course, in some embodiments, the reflector 13 may be a cup structure when the uv light source 122 is a uv bulb.
In one embodiment, the reflector 13 may be stamped from a metal plate to facilitate manufacturing, and the reflector 13 may also be used to dissipate heat from the uv light source 122. Of course, in some embodiments, the reflector 13 may also be a plastic cover, with a reflective coating provided on the inner surface of the plastic cover.
In one embodiment, the lower end of the light reflecting side plate 132 may be fixed to the bottom of the cabinet 11 to mount the light reflecting shade 13 in the cabinet 11.
In one embodiment, the support 131 of the reflector 13 may be fixedly connected to the lamp holder 121, and the lamp holder 121 is fixed in the housing 11 to support the reflector 13 by the lamp holder 121.
In some embodiments, the lower end of the reflecting side plate 132 may be fixed to the bottom of the casing 11, and the support plate 131 of the reflector 13 is fixedly connected to the lamp holder 121, so as to ensure the installation stability of the reflector 13.
In one embodiment, the heater 14 is disposed between the fan 15 and the reflector 13, and the heater 14 is disposed at the inlet of the fan 15, so that the air preheated by the reflector 13 enters the heater 14 to be heated, and then enters the fan 15, which can better heat the air, improve the energy utilization rate, and make the power of the heater 14 smaller.
In one embodiment, main body 10 further includes a grill window 123, and grill window 123 is detachably mounted on the bottom of housing 11 and grill window 123 covers window 113 to protect uv light source 122 in reflector 13 and to transmit and ventilate light through grill window 123.
In one embodiment, a light transmissive material may be used for grating window 123, so that light emitted from uv light source 122 can be emitted through grating window 123, thereby improving the utilization of light.
The towel sterilizer 100 of the embodiment of the application has the advantages of small volume, large air volume, low energy consumption, high energy utilization rate, long service life, low cost, light weight, high strength and convenient use.

Claims (10)

1. Towel sterilizing apparatus, including host computer and the stores pylon that is used for hanging cloth spare, the host computer includes the casing, install in lamp stand in the casing and demountable installation in ultraviolet source in the lamp stand, the bottom of casing has been seted up and has been exposed ultraviolet source's windowing, its characterized in that: the hanger comprises a hanging rod arranged below the window and two supports respectively supporting two ends of the hanging rod, and the hanging rod is detachably mounted on the supports.

The towel sterilizer of claim 1, wherein: one support is provided with a support groove for accommodating the end part of the hanging rod, and the other support is provided with a mounting hole for inserting the end part of the hanging rod; or, two of the supports are respectively provided with a supporting groove for accommodating the end part of the hanging rod.
3. The towel sterilizer of claim 2, wherein: the hanger further comprises a locking mechanism for positioning the end of the hanging rod in the corresponding support slot, the locking mechanism being mounted on the support.

The towel sterilizer of claim 3, wherein: the locking mechanism comprises an insertion block which is inserted into the supporting groove in a matching mode and a positioning component which elastically abuts against the insertion block, the end portion of the hanging rod is fixedly connected with the insertion block, and the positioning component is installed in the support.

The towel sterilizer of claim 4, wherein: the support is characterized in that the insert is provided with a clamping groove, the positioning assembly comprises a top protrusion which is used for extending into the clamping groove in a matching manner, a supporting block for supporting the top protrusion, an elastic piece which elastically abuts against the supporting block towards the insert and a button which is used for pushing the supporting block to move towards the direction far away from the insert, the supporting block and the elastic piece are installed in the support, the support is provided with an opening for exposing the button, and the top protrusion extends into the supporting groove.

The towel sterilizer of claim 5, wherein: the elastic part is a spring, a positioning shaft is further arranged on the supporting block, the spring is sleeved on the positioning shaft, and the positioning shaft and the top protrusions are respectively located on two opposite sides of the supporting block.

The towel sterilizer of any one of claims 1-6, wherein: each support is provided with a supporting section and a vertical section for supporting a wall body, the lower end of the vertical section is fixedly connected with the rear end of the supporting section, the end part of the hanging rod is supported on the corresponding supporting section, and the upper end of the vertical section is fixedly connected with the rear side of the casing.
8. The towel sterilizer of claim 7, wherein: the supporting section is arranged in a downward inclination mode from the rear side of the machine shell to the front side of the machine shell.
9. The towel sterilizer of claim 7, wherein: the hanging rack further comprises a supporting rod, and two ends of the supporting rod are respectively supported at the front ends of the two supporting sections.

The towel sterilizer of any one of claims 1-6, wherein: the host machine further comprises a heater arranged in the shell and a fan arranged in the shell, an air outlet is formed in the bottom of the shell corresponding to an outlet of the fan, an air inlet is formed in the bottom of the shell, and the heater is arranged on an airflow path of the fan.
