Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a drawer cabinet, including a cabinet 10, a drawer 20 disposed in the cabinet 10, an ultraviolet lamp 30, and a first baffle 40; the top of the drawer 20 is provided with an opening 201 for taking and placing articles; the ultraviolet lamp 30 is arranged on the inner surface of the top of the cabinet body 10; the first baffle 40 is arranged at the top of the drawer 20, and the upper surface of the first baffle 40 is provided with a shielding component; wherein the shielding component shields ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet lamp 30 when the drawer 20 is pulled out.
Under the condition that drawer 20 and cabinet 10 are closed, ultraviolet lamp 30 disinfects the drawer 20 inner space, takes out under the condition of cabinet 10 at drawer 20, shelters from ultraviolet lamp 30 through the subassembly that shelters from on the first baffle 40, prevents that ultraviolet light that ultraviolet lamp 30 takes place from shining the human body. In the process of using the drawer cabinet, an additional switch is not needed, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is not needed to be switched on or off, the structure is simple, and the cost is reduced. In addition, the use convenience is improved, and the use experience of the user is also improved.
The top, bottom and three sides of the cabinet 10 define a space for accommodating the drawer 20. The top of the drawer 20 is opened with an opening 201 for taking and placing articles. The drawer 20 is slidably connected in the cabinet 10, and by horizontally drawing the drawer 20, the opening 201 is exposed outside the cabinet 10, and a user can access the articles through the opening 201.
The ultraviolet lamp 30 is disposed on the top inner surface of the cabinet 10. Optionally, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is embedded in the top interior surface of the cabinet 10. The ultraviolet lamp 30 and the external power source can be electrically connected through a lead wire arranged at the back of the cabinet body 10. Wherein, the conducting wire positioned in the cabinet body 10 is arranged by being attached to the inner surface of the cabinet body 10. Thus, in use, the back of the cabinet 10 is not facing the user, and generally faces the wall, and the wires are routed through the back to help keep the cabinet 10 clean and beautiful. The wire sets up in the internal surface of cabinet 10, on the one hand helps the neat and artistic outward appearance of cabinet 10, on the one hand, prevents that the wire from causing the interference hindrance to drawer 20 at drawer 20 pull slip in-process.
Optionally, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is elongated. Wherein, the axial direction of the ultraviolet lamp 30 can be parallel to the plane of the space opening of the cabinet 10. Or, the axial direction of the ultraviolet lamp 30 is perpendicular to the plane of the space opening of the cabinet 10. Optionally, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is drop-shaped. Optionally, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is circular. Wherein, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is located at the middle of the top of the cabinet 10 or near the back of the cabinet 10. Optionally, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is partially or fully embedded in the top interior surface of the cabinet 10.
The first flap 40 overlaps the top of the drawer 20. The first flap 40 has a first end 401 that overhangs and a second end 402 that overlaps the top of the drawer 20. Wherein the first barrier 40 may be attached to the top of the drawer 20 by fasteners. The first baffle 40 is detachably connected or fixedly connected with the drawer 20.
The shielding assembly is embedded in the upper surface of the first blocking plate 40. Optionally, portions of the shutter assembly are embedded in the inner surface of the first baffle 40. In practical applications, a set gap exists between the upper surface of the top of the first baffle 40 and the inner surface, i.e., the lower surface, of the top of the cabinet 10. The top surface of the shield assembly is in interference fit with the inner surface of the top of the cabinet 10. Thus, in the case where the drawer 20 is drawn out, the light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 30 can be prevented from being emitted from the gap by the shielding member.
In practical applications, with the drawer 20 and the cabinet 10 in a closed state, the ultraviolet lamp 30 irradiates the inner space of the drawer 20 through the top opening 201 of the drawer 20, thereby sterilizing and disinfecting the stored articles in the drawer 20. At this time, the shielding assembly is located at one side of the ultraviolet lamp 30. In the case where the drawer 20 is drawn outwardly, the shielding assembly gradually approaches the uv lamp 30, passes over the uv lamp 30, and finally is located at the other side of the uv lamp 30. At this time, the ultraviolet lamp 30 and the inner space of the drawer 20 are blocked by the first blocking plate 40, and are blocked from the external environment by the blocking assembly, so that the ultraviolet light is prevented from damaging the user.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a drawer and a cabinet in a closed state.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of the interaction of the first shade with the uv lamp during outward withdrawal of the drawer.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the first shield passing over the uv lamp during outward withdrawal of the drawer, the uv lamp being located between the first shield and the second shield.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing that the first shielding member and the second shielding member both cross the uv lamp and shield ultraviolet light rays through the second shielding member during the drawer being drawn outwards.
Optionally, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is spaced from the back of the cabinet 10 by a distance greater than the width of the first baffle 40. Like this, under the condition that drawer 20 and cabinet body 10 are the closed condition, can guarantee that ultraviolet lamp 30 shines inside drawer 20 through the open-top 201 of drawer 20, not sheltered from by first baffle 40 and sheltering from the subassembly, avoid influencing the disinfection and sterilization effect of ultraviolet lamp 30 to the inside article of drawer 20. Here, the "width of the first baffle 40" may be understood as a distance from the first end 401 to the second end 402.
In addition, the "spacing of the ultraviolet lamp 30 from the back of the cabinet 10" may be understood herein as the minimum distance between the ultraviolet lamp 30 and the back of the cabinet 10. For example, the distance between the side of the ultraviolet lamp 30 facing the back of the cabinet 10 and the inner surface of the back of the cabinet 10.
Optionally, the first baffle 40 includes opposite first and second ends 401, 402, the first end 401 facing the opening 201; wherein the shutter assembly includes a first shutter 50 disposed at the first end 401.
Through the first shielding member 50 arranged at the first end 401 of the first baffle 40, in the process of drawing the drawer 20 outwards, the ultraviolet lamp 30 can be rapidly crossed by the first shielding member 50, and ultraviolet light rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp 30 are shielded from leaking out from the top opening 201 of the drawer 20 and the gap between the drawer 20 and the top of the cabinet 10. The first end 401 of the first baffle 40 is suspended from the top of the drawer 20, and the second end 402 is mounted on the top of the drawer 20.
Optionally, the first shade 50 defines a space for blocking ultraviolet light emitted from the UV lamp 30. The first shielding member 50 has a square shape, wherein the square first shielding member 50 has an interior defining a space. The first shutter 50 includes opposing first and second sides 501, 502, wherein the first side 501 is proximate to the opening 201 of the drawer 20. When the first side 501 of the first shielding member 50 passes over the ultraviolet lamp 30, the ultraviolet lamp 30 is located in the enclosure space, and the ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp is shielded by the square first shielding member 50 and can only irradiate the enclosure space.
Alternatively, the first shade 50 is elongated, arcuate, or concave.
Optionally, the cabinet further includes a second barrier 70, and the second barrier 70 is disposed at the top of the drawer 20 and opposite to the first barrier 40. Wherein the second flap 70, the first flap 40 and the side walls of the drawer 20 enclose an opening 201. In the case where the drawer 20 is drawn outward and the first blocking member 50 does not pass over the uv lamp 30, the uv light leaking through the opening 201 of the drawer 20 is blocked by the second blocking plate 70, preventing the uv light from irradiating the user.
One end of the second shutter 70 is detachably connected or fixedly connected to the top of the drawer 20. The other end is suspended. The first baffle 40 and the second baffle 70 are disposed on the same plane. The second panel 70, the first panel 40 and two sidewalls of the drawer 20 together define an opening 201 at the top of the drawer 20.
Optionally, the second barrier 70 is disposed on the top surface of the top of the drawer 20, or on the side wall of the top of the drawer 20. In practice, the second flap 70 is located on the side of the drawer 20 facing the user and the first flap 40 is located on the side of the drawer 20 facing away from the user. For ease of understanding and description, the "user facing side of the drawer 20" is defined as the front panel 202 of the drawer 20, and the "user facing side of the drawer 20" is defined as the back panel 203 of the drawer 20. In the case where the upper surface of the front panel 202 of the drawer 20 is higher than the inner surface of the top of the cabinet 10, the second barrier 70 is provided to the sidewall of the top of the drawer 20.
Optionally, the first shutter 50 is spaced from the ultraviolet lamp 30 by a distance less than or equal to the width of the second shutter 70 with the drawer 20 and the cabinet 10 closed. Thus, in the case where the first blocking member 50 does not block ultraviolet rays across the ultraviolet lamp 30 during the outward drawing of the drawer 20, the ultraviolet rays blocked by the second blocking plate 70 are leaked from the top opening 201 of the drawer 20. With the first shutter 50 passing over the ultraviolet lamps 30 and shielding the ultraviolet lamps 30, the second shutter 70 is entirely exposed to the outside, and the top opening 201 of the drawer 20 is partially or entirely exposed to the outside, thereby facilitating the user to access the articles.

In practical applications, the first shutter 50 has an elongated shape, and the axis of the elongated first shutter 50 may be disposed parallel to the first end 401 of the first shutter 40. Alternatively, the first shutter 50 may be provided to be bent on the upper surface of the first shutter 40. Wherein, under the condition that the first shielding member 50 is arranged on the upper surface of the first baffle 40 in a bending way, two ends of the first shielding member 50 are respectively flush with the third end and the fourth end, and the length of the first shielding member 50 is larger than that of the first baffle 40.
Optionally, the shutter assembly further comprises a second shutter 60, the second shutter 60 being disposed at the second end 402 of the first baffle 40. Thus, in the case where the drawer 20 is drawn outward and the first shielding member 50 is exposed to the outside, the ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 30 is shielded from leaking out from the gap between the drawer 20 and the top of the cabinet 10 by the second shielding member 60 passing over the ultraviolet lamp 30. The second shutter 60 has the same structure as the first shutter 50.
Optionally, the second blinder 60 is partially embedded in the second end 402 of the first shutter 40. Alternatively, the second shutter 60 may be detachably attached or fixedly attached to the upper surface of the first shutter 40.
