6. The improved case history folder as recited in claim 1, wherein a pen cap is attached to the case history folder body on a side opposite to the locking post for securing a pen.

The improved case history folder according to claim 1, wherein an accommodating groove is formed in one side of the case history folder body where the clamping plate is arranged, and the case history folder body is hinged with a cover plate which can be rotationally clamped to open and close the accommodating groove.
8. The improved case clip of claim 7, wherein said cover plate has a snap hole for a finger to pass through.
