Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides a pant-type sanitary article 100 comprising: a pant body 10, a first absorbent 20 and an auxiliary pad 30.
The trousers body 10 comprises an inner surface and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, the inner surface is a surface contacting with a human body, and the middle part of the trousers body 10 is a crotch part. One end of the trousers body 10 is an abdomen, the other end of the trousers body 10 is a back, and the back and the abdomen are connected together and fixed at the waist of a human body.
As shown in FIG. 2, the first absorbent 20 is disposed in the interior of the pant body 10 and is positioned in the middle of the pant body 10.
The auxiliary pad 30 is provided on the inner surface and is positioned at the middle of the trousers body 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the auxiliary pad 30 includes: a top sheet 31, a wrapping 33, and a second absorbent 32.
The surface layer 31 is intended to be in contact with the human body. The material of the surface layer 31 is soft and skin-friendly because the surface layer 31 is in contact with the human body.
The wrapping layer 33 is connected with the surface layer 31 and encloses an accommodating space, and the wrapping layer 33 is connected with the trousers body 10. The wrapping layer 33 is a hydrophilic non-woven fabric, so that the surface of the auxiliary pad 30 is soft like cloth and has a good water absorption effect. The non-woven fabric has the characteristics of moisture resistance, air permeability, flexibility, light weight, no toxicity, no irritation, low price and the like. The hydrophilic non-woven fabric is produced by adding a hydrophilic agent in the production process of the non-woven fabric or adding the hydrophilic agent on fibers in the production process of the fibers. The nonwoven fabric may be made of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or ES fiber (Ethylene-Propylene Side By Side).
As shown in fig. 3, the second absorber 32 is disposed in the accommodating space. The second absorber 32 includes: a first layer 321, a second layer 323, a first liquid absorbent layer 322, a third layer 325, and a second liquid absorbent layer 324.
The edge of the second layer 323 is sealingly connected to the edge of the first layer 321 and encloses a first cavity; a first liquid absorbent layer 322 is disposed within the first chamber.
The edge of the third layer 325 is sealingly connected to the edge of the second layer 323 and encloses a second cavity.
A second liquid absorbent layer 324 is disposed within the second chamber.
The present application provides a pants-type sanitary product 100 in which an auxiliary pad 30 is provided corresponding to a first absorbent member 20 and a second absorbent member 32 includes two absorbent layers, so that the liquid absorption amount of the pants-type sanitary product is increased, that is, high absorbency of the pants-type sanitary product is ensured, thereby ensuring dryness of the pants-type sanitary product 100 and increasing market competitiveness of the product. When a user is inconvenient to replace the pants-type sanitary product 100 due to environmental factors (for example, the user takes a vehicle for a long time), the auxiliary pad 30 can be fixed on the pants body 10, so that the absorption amount of the pants-type sanitary product 100 can be increased, the use duration of the pants-type sanitary product 100 is prolonged, and the use range of the product is increased.
In addition, the second absorbent 32 includes a plurality of liquid absorption layers, which increases the liquid absorption amount of the second absorbent 32, i.e., ensures high absorbency of the second absorbent 32, and enables the second absorbent 32 to achieve an instant absorption effect, thereby ensuring dryness of the pants-type sanitary product 100 and increasing market competitiveness of the product.
In one embodiment of the present application, the second layer is a bulky nonwoven fabric, and the first liquid absorbent layer and the second liquid absorbent layer are made of high molecular water absorbent resin particles, which are located between fibers of the bulky nonwoven fabric. After the high polymer water-absorbent resin particles absorb water and expand, the distance between the particles is reduced, and because the fibers of the fluffy non-woven fabric are supported between the adjacent high polymer water-absorbent resin particles, a liquid channel can be ensured to be arranged between the expanded high polymer water-absorbent resin particles, the influence on the permeability of liquid due to the fact that no gap exists between the particles caused by the expansion of the water-absorbed high polymer water-absorbent resin particles is avoided, therefore, the fibers of the fluffy non-woven fabric are positioned between the high polymer water-absorbent resin particles, the liquid absorption capacity of an absorber can be effectively ensured, namely, the high absorption performance of the pants-type sanitary product is ensured, the dryness and the competitiveness of the market of the product is increased. In a particular embodiment of the present application, both the first and third layers may be nonwoven or dust free paper. In some embodiments of the present application, the gram weight of the polymeric water-absorbent resin particles is 10-300g/m2, the particle size of the polymeric water-absorbent resin particles is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity of the polymeric water-absorbent resin particles is not less than 25g/g, the liquid passing capacity of the polymeric water-absorbent resin particles is not less than 0.5mL/min, and the polymeric water-absorbent resin particles satisfy the above parameters, so that the second absorber can be ensured to have good liquid absorption effect.
The first liquid absorbing layer and the second liquid absorbing layer are sodium polyacrylate high-molecular water-absorbent resin, starch grafted high-molecular water-absorbent resin or cellulose grafted high-molecular water-absorbent resin. The high molecular water-absorbing resin is insoluble in water and organic solvent, and has good absorption performance and water retention capacity; the absorption capacity of the high molecular water-absorbing resin is high, can reach more than thousand times of the self weight, and has strong water retention property, and the water is not easy to lose even under the conditions of heating and pressurizing; has good stability to light, heat and acid and alkali, no toxicity and odor, and good biodegradability. In some embodiments of the present application, the first absorbent comprises polymeric water-absorbent resin particles.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment of the present application, a plurality of through holes 311 are provided on the surface layer 31. In the process that the auxiliary pad 30 absorbs the liquid, the water flows from the outer surface of the surface layer to the inner surface of the surface layer through the through holes 311, so that the liquid quickly flows onto the second absorption body 32, the water absorption speed of the second absorption body 32 is ensured, the second absorption body 32 realizes the instant absorption effect, and the dryness and comfort of the pants-type sanitary product 100 are further ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment of the present application, the aperture of through-hole 311 is gradually reduced in the direction from skin 31 to wrapping 33. In the water absorption process of the pants-type sanitary product, water flows from the outer surface of the surface layer 31 to the inner surface of the surface layer 31 through the through holes 311, the larger pore diameter part of the through holes 311 is an inlet of the water, and the smaller pore diameter part of the through holes 311 is an outlet of the water; the water is easy to enter the through hole 311 due to the larger aperture of the inlet, so that the water absorption speed of the absorber is ensured; in addition, because the aperture of the through hole 311 at the outlet is small, the water precipitated from the surface layer 31 is not easy to enter the through hole 311 from the outlet, so that the second absorption body 32 effectively locks the liquid absorbed by the second absorption body, and the probability of reverse osmosis is reduced.
In one embodiment of the present application, the surface layer is a mesh-shaped PE (polyethylene) mesh, and the mesh of the PE mesh is a through hole. The PE net has a simple structure, is easy to process and manufacture, and can effectively fix the second absorbent member.
As shown in figure 5, in one embodiment of the present application, channels 34 are provided in the second absorbent 32 and positioned adjacent the inner surface of the pant body 10. The diversion grooves 34 can conduct diversion, so that liquid can be rapidly dispersed to each part of the second absorption body 32, and on one hand, the liquid can be rapidly and sufficiently absorbed by the second absorption body 32; on the other hand, the product utilization rate of the whole second absorbent 32 can be improved, the second absorbent 32 can absorb liquid more uniformly, the overall absorption capacity of the second absorbent 32 is improved, and the leakage risk caused by limited local absorption capacity is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present application, the width D of the guiding groove 34 is 1mm to 50 mm. The arrangement integrates the flow guiding capability of the flow guiding groove 34 and the strength and tear resistance of the second absorber 32, and the flow guiding groove 34 with the width of 1 mm-50 mm is a better scheme. In a preferred embodiment of the present application, one or more guide grooves 34 are formed in the auxiliary mat 30, and the guide grooves 34 are formed along the length direction of the auxiliary mat 30.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment of the present application, the edges of wrapping layer 33 are bent toward the middle of wrapping layer 33 to form a connection portion 331, and skin layer 31 is connected to connection portion 331. The connecting part 331 increases the connecting area between the wrapping layer 33 and the surface layer 31, thereby improving the connecting strength between the wrapping layer 33 and the surface layer 31, improving the use reliability of the pants-type sanitary product 100 and increasing the market competitiveness of the product.
Example two
As shown in fig. 7, the second embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment, and the same parts are not repeated herein, except that: the auxiliary pad 30 includes: surface layer 31, wrapping layer 33 and water-absorbent polymer particles.
The surface layer 31 is intended to be in contact with the human body.
The wrapping layer 33 is connected with the surface layer 31 and encloses an accommodating space, and the wrapping layer 33 is connected with the trousers body 10.
The high-molecular water-absorbent resin particles are arranged in the accommodating space.
