The cutting blade 221 is disposed below the placing hole 210, and one end thereof is rotatably connected to the cover body 200, and the other end thereof extends out of the cover body 200 through the sliding groove 230. The shearing blade 221 is horizontally disposed in the radial direction of the cap body 200 and rotates in the sliding groove 230. The sliding groove 230 can support the shearing knife 221 to a certain extent, so that the abrasion speed of the rotary joint of the cover body 200 and the shearing knife 221 is reduced, the shearing knife 221 is loosened and swings up and down, and the infusion tube is not easy to cut off.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the handle portion 222 may be disposed to be received in a cross section of the cutting blade 221.
Sharps boxes are typically used by being placed on a tray, which has limited space. The handle portion 222 may extend too far, which may take up space and may cause a crowded space for the tray, or may interfere with the access of other items. The handle portion 222 is foldable along the cross section of the cutting blade 221, i.e., along the flat surface of the cutting blade 221. For example, the handle 222 is rotatably connected to the cutting blade 221, and the handle 222 is provided with a groove matching the thickness of the cutting blade 221. When closed, the handle portion 222 bends and surrounds a portion of the cutting blade 221, thereby reducing the overall length and space. The handle 222 or the cutting blade 221 may be provided with a snap mechanism or a blocking portion, when the handle 222 is unfolded to a proper position, the handle 222 is fixed, and the overall length of the handle 222 and the cutting blade 221 is restored, so as to facilitate the operation.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the handle portion 222 may be accommodated in a direction opposite to the cutting direction of the cutting blade 221. This design allows the shear knife 221 to exert a large force during shearing, and also does not allow the shear knife 221 to fold up. If the two directions are the same, the handle 222 may be folded and folded when the shear knife 221 is pushed to move, which may cause inconvenience in use.

The spreading portion 224 may be a cylindrical structure, the spreading portion 224 extends upward and beyond the cover body 200, the spreading portion 224 may be pulled from the cover body 200 to spread the handle portion 222, and then the handle portion 222 is pushed to control the cutting knife 221 to perform the cutting operation. Of course, after the handle portion 222 is unfolded, the unfolding portion 224 is pushed to move to drive the cutting blade 221 to perform the cutting operation.
Optionally, the cutting blade 221 is further provided with a return spring connected to the cover 200.
The return spring may return the shearing blade 221. The return spring may have one end connected to the back of the cutting blade 221 and the other end connected to the cap 200. When the shearing knife 221 is pushed to cut off the infusion tube, the return spring is stretched. When the pushing force disappears, the return spring retracts to return the cutter 221. The reset spring can automatically reset the shearing knife 221, thereby enhancing the use hand feeling. Meanwhile, the reset spring also enables the shearing knife 221 to move when a certain external force is needed, so that certain limitation is formed on the shearing knife 221, and the possibility of injury caused by mistakenly touching the shearing knife 221 to move can be avoided.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the placing hole 210 is provided with an anvil portion 211 extending downward away from the side wall of the cutting blade 221 for engaging with the cutting blade 221.
The anvil portion 211 increases the contact area between the infusion tube and the placement hole 210, and abuts against the infusion tube, thereby facilitating the cutting of the infusion tube by the cutting knife 221.
Optionally, the anvil portion 211 is provided with a slot adapted to the infusion tube. The design makes the infusion tube not easy to roll on the chopping block part 211, and the infusion tube can be cut off better.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the placement hole 210 is close to the edge of the cover body 200, and the pivotal connection point of the cutting blade 221 is located at the middle of the cover body 200.
Compared with the placement hole 210 disposed at the center of the cover 200, the force arm of the cutting blade 221 is longer, and the infusion tube can be cut off only by moving a longer distance. The placing hole 210 is close to the edge of the cover body 200, and the arrangement position of the shearing knife 221 corresponds to the placing hole, so that the rotating connection point of the shearing knife 221 is positioned in the middle of the cover body 200, the force arm of the shearing knife 221 is short, the infusion tube can be cut off by the short movement distance of the shearing knife 221, and the shearing speed is increased.
Optionally, the box 100 is rotatably connected to the cover 200 and has a cover plate for closing the placing hole 210 when the cover is rotated to be closed. This design facilitates the closing of the cap 200, thereby preventing the sharps from falling off.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
