Description

Steel structure magnetic coagulation clarification tank combined system with water outlet index reaching surface IV
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a town sewage treatment technical field especially relates to a go out water index and reach surperficial IV's steel construction magnetic coagulation clarification tank combined system.
Background
In recent years, the economy of China is rapidly developed, the pollution is more and more serious, and the problems of economic development and ecological environment protection are faced. Therefore, aiming at the problem of water pollution, the treatment intensity is increased unprecedentedly, the standard is improved again and again, and the surface IV type water is executed for the effluent of urban sewage treatment.
At present, the general worsening trend of the environmental conditions in China is not completely restrained, the environmental contradiction is prominent, and the pressure is continuously increased. Some key drainage basins and sea areas have serious water pollution, partial areas and cities have prominent atmospheric haze phenomena, and the discharge amount of main pollutants in many areas exceeds the environmental capacity. The pollution of the rural environment is aggravated, and the pollution of heavy metal, chemicals, persistent organic pollutants, soil, underground water and the like appears. The ecological damage in partial areas is serious, the function of an ecological system is degraded, and the ecological environment is fragile. The nuclear and radiation safety risks increase. The environmental appeal of people is continuously improved, the number of emergent environmental events is high, and the environmental problem becomes one of the important factors threatening human health, public safety and social stability. The pressure on global environmental issues such as biodiversity protection is increasing. The environmental protection law is still imperfect, the investment is still insufficient, the law enforcement force is weak, and the supervision capability is relatively lagged. Meanwhile, with the continuous increase of the population, the rapid promotion of industrialization and urbanization, the total energy consumption is continuously increased, the pollutant generation amount is continuously increased, and the environmental constraint of economic growth is gradually strengthened. Sewage is characterized by its physical, chemical and biological components. The design of sewage treatment plants requires that the quality of sewage must be accurately controlled, and the composition of sewage is extremely complex, so that the property of sewage cannot be expressed by a single index. Therefore, in various water quality indexes, the sewage is divided into two categories of suspended substances and dissolved substances according to the shape and size of impurities in the sewage, and each category can be divided into organic substances and inorganic substances according to the chemical properties of the substances; depending on whether the dissolved oxygen in the water is consumed, the water can also be classified into Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), and the like. In the design of sewage treatment systems, the quality of sewage is a necessary condition for determining the capacity and operational characteristics of treatment equipment and ensuring that treatment objectives are met, and is also important basic data for planning, designing and operating management of sewage treatment plants. The content of pollutants in municipal sewage is related to water consumption, drainage systems, climate, lifestyle and the like.
At present, the main process of town sewage treatment is an activated sludge method, which typically comprises: CASS process, AAO process, SBR process, MBR process and the like, the treatment effects of the processes are stable, but the process flow is long, the occupied area is large, the investment is large, and meanwhile, for low influent water concentration, namely COD is less than 180mg/L, BOD is less than 60, NH3-N: 20-25mg/L, TP: 2-5 mg/L; low treatment efficiency, high running cost and NH3the-N and the TP are difficult to reach the emission standard and the like.
In a specific treatment system, the magnetic coagulation clarification tank is used as a sewage treatment process for efficiently removing phosphorus and SS, has high water quality and water volume impact resistance load, good treatment effect, low comprehensive operation cost and small occupied area, and is widely used for pretreatment and advanced treatment of urban sewage treatment plants. At present, the magnetic coagulation clarification tank is mostly made of reinforced concrete, the internal structure of the magnetic coagulation clarification tank is complex, the sedimentation tank is circular, the reinforced concrete needs to be built into a square tank, then the internal chamfer forms a circular tank bottom, dead corners exist, the construction difficulty is high, the cost is high, the period is long, and the construction cost and the construction period control are not facilitated.
