In the current mode, when the current pad 20 is in contact with the heat sink 50, the heat sink 50 itself is made of a metal material that is well energized and is lower than the human hand resistance, and therefore, a closed circuit formed by the hand is not formed, which may cause the failure of the current massage function itself or the reduction of the massage effect. In order to solve such a problem, in the present embodiment, when the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50 are in contact in the current mode, an alarm sound such as a buzzer is generated to release the current mode.
As shown in fig. 4, when the current mode button 13b is selected in a state where the inner side portion 22 of the current pad 20 is not in contact with the heat sink 50, the hand of the user comes into contact with the outer side portion 21 of the current pad 20, and the beauty pad 14 comes into contact with the skin of the user, a closed circuit current mode is formed by the battery 60, the current pad 20, the hand, the skin, and the beauty pad 14, so that the user can perform current massage using the beauty pad 14.
As shown in fig. 5, when the cold/warm mode button 13c is selected to separate the fixing rod 30 from the fixing groove 24 and the user applies a certain degree of external force with the hand through the outer portion 21 of the current pad 20 to bring the inner portion 22 of the current pad 20 into contact with the heat sink 50, the heat generated in the thermoelectric element 40 is transferred to the current pad 20 through the heat sink 50 and dissipated to the outside during the cold/warm massage.
The fixing bar 30 is provided in a manner corresponding to the fixing groove 24 of the current pad 20. When the inner side portion 22 of the current pad 20 is separated from the heat sink 50, the fixing rod 30 is inserted into the fixing groove 24 and fixed in order to maintain its state.
The fixing bar 30 may limit the movement of the current pad 20 to prevent the current pad 20 from being accidentally brought into contact with the heat sink 50 during the current massage by the user in the current mode.
In addition, the fixing bar 30 may release the current pad 20 from the restriction state to function as a heat sink by contacting the current pad 20 with the heat sink 50 in the cold mode.
That is, the fixing bar 30 may perform a key function of controlling the movement of the current pad 20.
For example, the fixing lever 30 may be configured as a button structure including: the current pad 20 is kept inserted into the anchor groove 24 while an external force of not more than a certain degree is applied thereto, and is separated from the anchor groove 24 when an external force of not less than a certain degree is applied thereto. Such a fixing lever 30 is a button structure that is not operated by a user's operation, but is operated by an external force of the current pad 20.
As another example, the fixing lever 30 is configured as a button structure including: in the state of being inserted into the holding groove 24, the sheet is separated from the holding groove 24 when pressed once, and is kept inserted into the holding groove 24 when pressed once again.
As described above, the current pad 20 and the fixing bar 30 are closely operated so that the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50 are in contact or non-contact with each other, and this will be described below.
When the current mode button 13b is selected in a state where the cosmetic apparatus 1 is activated (ON) by the power button 13a, the cosmetic apparatus 1 executes the current massage function. At this time, the current pad 20 is fixed by the fixing bar 30 in a state of non-contact with the heat sink 50. Thereafter, when the cold temperature mode button 13c is selected, the beauty instrument 1 performs a cold temperature massage function, and at this time, the current pad 20 is fixed by the fixing lever 30, whereby the current pad 20 does not perform a heat radiation plate function. The heat sink of the current pad 20 functions as follows: the user operates the fixing lever 30 to release the restriction state of the current pad 20, and applies an external force to the current pad 20 to contact the heat sink 50.
When the cold/warm mode button 13c is selected in a state where the beauty instrument 1 is activated (ON) by the power button 13a, the beauty instrument 1 can execute the cold/warm massage function. At this time, the current pad 20 is fixed and maintained in a non-contact state with the heat sink 50 by the fixing bar 30, whereby the current pad 20 does not perform a heat dissipation plate function. The heat sink of the current pad 20 functions as follows: as described above, the user operates the fixing lever 30 to release the restriction state of the current pad 20, and applies an external force to the current pad 20 to contact the heat sink 50. When the external force applied to the current pad 20 is released, the current pad 20 is restored to the original state of being out of contact with the heat sink 50 and fixed by the fixing lever 30, and in this state, the current mode button 13b is selected to cause the beauty instrument 1 to perform the current massage function.
On the other hand, in the case of the button structure in which the fixing rod 30 is inserted into the fixing groove 24 while an external force of a certain degree or less is applied to the current pad 20 and is separated from the fixing groove 24 when an external force of a certain degree or more is applied, the fixing rod 30 is not directly driven by a user, and the heat dissipation function of the current pad 20 is achieved by applying an external force of a certain degree or more to the current pad 20.
The thermoelectric element 40 is provided inside the handle 10 in a state of being in contact with the cosmetic pad 14, and transmits a cold temperature or a hot temperature to the cosmetic pad 14.
The thermoelectric element 40 is electrically connected to the cold/hot temperature selection portion 73 of the circuit board 70 to generate a cold temperature or a hot temperature in the cold/hot mode.
The thermoelectric element 40 converts a cooling and heating direction according to a current direction of a power supply, and as a heat pump performing a heat generating operation and a heat absorbing operation, the thermoelectric element 40 absorbs heat at one side surface and radiates heat to an opposite surface, thereby performing a heat transfer function, that is, a temperature of the side where heat is absorbed is decreased to be cooled, and a temperature of the side where heat is radiated is increased to be heated.
When the cold/hot mode is selected by the cold/hot mode button 13c of the operation unit 13, the surface of the thermoelectric element 40 that is in contact with the beauty pad 14 is cooled and the cold temperature is transmitted to the beauty pad 14, thereby performing cold/hot massage using the beauty pad 14. At this time, the surface of the thermoelectric element 40 in contact with the heat sink 50 is heated, and the heat temperature is transmitted to the heat sink 50. The heat sink 50 heated by transferring the hot temperature is cooled by radiating heat to the outside through the current pad 20.
The heat sink 50 is provided inside the handle 10 in a state of being in contact with the thermoelectric element 40 on the opposite side of the beauty pad 14, and dissipates heat generated in the thermoelectric element 40 to prevent components constituting the beauty instrument 1 from being heated.
In the case of the beauty instrument 1 for hot and cold massage, the radiator 50 is a water-cooled radiator having a waterproof function and facilitating design and noise elimination, and water is filled in a tank made of a metal material so as to radiate heat transmitted from the thermoelectric element 40.
In the case where the beauty instrument 1 is designed to have a waterproof function, since the heat sink 50 is sealed inside the handle 10, there is a limit in radiating heat generated from the thermoelectric element 40 to the outside, and as described above, the heat sink 50 is provided adjacent to the current pad 20 in the present embodiment so as to use the current pad 20 as a cold plate in the cold mode.
The battery 60 is provided inside the handle 10. The battery 60 supplies power to the components such as the circuit board 70 that require power.
The circuit board 70 is provided inside the handle 10, and can be activated (a state in which the operation of the cosmetic device 1 is started) or deactivated (a state in which the operation of the cosmetic device 1 is turned off) when the power button 13a of the operation unit 13 is pressed.
As shown in fig. 6, the circuit board 70 includes a main control unit 71, a micro-current generating unit 72, and a cold/hot temperature selecting unit 73, so that the beauty instrument 1 can perform a current massage function and a cold/hot massage function.
The main control unit 71 transmits and receives mode signal information selected from the operation unit 13 according to a preset program, and controls the micro-current generating unit 72 and the cold/hot temperature selecting unit 73 according to the transmitted and received mode signal information.
When the main control unit 71 selects the current mode using the current mode button 13b of the operation part 13, current mode signal information is transmitted to the micro-current generation part 72 to control the micro-current generation part 72.
When the cold mode or the hot mode is selected by the main control unit 71 using the cold/hot mode button 13c of the operation unit 13, the cold mode signal information or the hot mode signal information is transmitted to the cold/hot selection unit 73 to control the cold/hot selection unit 73.
The micro-current generating unit 72 can generate a micro-current and is activated according to the current mode signal information transmitted from the main control unit 71, so that the beauty instrument 1 can execute a current mode.
In the micro-current generating unit 72, when the hand of the user touches the current pad 20 and the cosmetic pad 14 touches the skin of the user, the battery 60, the current pad 20, the hand, the skin, and the cosmetic pad 14 form a closed circuit, and in this state, the micro-current is transmitted to the skin through the cosmetic pad 14 to perform current massage.
At this time, the current pad 20 is maintained in a non-contact state with the heat sink 50, and as described above, an electrode function is performed in the current mode. If the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50 are in contact in the current mode, the main control unit 71 sounds an alarm such as a buzzer, thereby controlling to release the current mode.
The cold/hot temperature selector 73 can select whether the thermoelectric element 40 transmits the cold temperature or the hot temperature to the beauty pad 14, and the beauty apparatus 1 is activated based on the cold temperature mode signal information or the hot temperature mode signal information transmitted from the main control unit 71 to execute the cold temperature mode or the hot temperature mode.
When receiving the cold/warm mode signal information from the main control unit 71, the cold/warm selection unit 73 cools the surface in contact with the beauty pad 14, thereby transmitting the cold temperature to the beauty pad 14, thereby performing cold/warm massage with the beauty pad 14.
At this time, the current pad 20 is brought into contact with the heat sink 50, thereby performing a heat radiation plate function.
When receiving the hot temperature mode signal information from the main control unit 71, the cold/hot temperature selector 73 heats the surface in contact with the beauty pad 14, and transmits the hot temperature to the beauty pad 14, thereby performing hot temperature massage on the beauty pad 14.
In the above, the cosmetic apparatus 1 is activated by pressing the power button 13a of the operation unit 13, and then the cosmetic apparatus 1 is set to the current mode, the cold mode or the hot mode by selecting the current mode button 13b or the cold/hot mode button 13c, and the current pad 20 is brought into contact with the heat sink 50 in a state where the locked state of the current pad 20 is released by the fixing lever 30 at the time of the cold mode, so that the current pad 20 performs a heat radiation plate function of cooling heat of the heat sink 50, but the present embodiment may be automatically changed to the current mode and the cold mode depending on the contact or non-contact of the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50, which will be described below.
The beauty instrument 1 having both the cold/hot mode and the current mode of the present invention can be automatically changed to the current mode or the cold/hot mode regardless of whether the current mode button 13b or the cold/hot mode button 13c is selected or not in the activated state by pressing the power button 13a of the operation unit 13.
As an example, the beauty instrument 1 is activated when the power button 13a is pressed once, and the automatic change mode is realized when the power button 13a is pressed twice in succession, and the automatic change mode can be realized simultaneously with the activation of the power button 13 a.
When the current mode button 13b or the hot/cold mode button 13c is selected in the automatic change mode, the function selected by the buttons 13b and 13c as described above can be executed.
Specifically, in a state where the beauty instrument 1 is deactivated, the current pad 20 is locked by the fixing lever 30 and is kept in a state of being not in contact with the heat sink 50. When the power button 13a of the operation unit 13 is pressed to activate the beauty treatment apparatus 1 and the automatic change mode is selected, the beauty treatment apparatus 1 automatically executes the current mode in a state where the current pad 20 is not in contact with the heat sink 50, and thereby the user performs the current massage.
In the current mode state, when a user applies an external force to the current pad 20 to a certain degree or more, the fixing lever 20 is operated to release the locked state of the current pad 20, and the current pad 20 is brought into contact with the heat sink 50. When the current pad 20 contacts the heat sink 50, the beauty treatment apparatus 1 automatically switches from the current mode to the cold/warm mode and operates, and thereby the user performs a cold/warm massage. While operating in the cold-warm mode, the current pad 20 is used as a heat radiation plate for cooling heat of the heat sink 50.
When the user releases the external force in the cold/warm mode, the current pad 20 is restored to the original state and fixed by the fixing lever 30, and the beauty treatment apparatus 1 is automatically switched from the cold/warm mode to the current mode to operate, and the user performs the current massage again.
As described above, the fixing lever 30 is preferably configured as a button structure that operates as follows: when the current pad 20 is automatically changed to the current mode or the cold-warm mode by applying or releasing an external force to or from the current pad 20, the fixing rod 30 is inserted into the fixing groove 24 while the external force is applied to or from the current pad 20, and is separated from the fixing groove 24 when the external force is applied to or from the current pad 20.
As described above, in the beauty treatment apparatus having both the cold/hot mode and the electric current mode, the electric current pad 20 is used as an electrode when the electric current pad 20 is not in contact with the heat sink 50 in the electric current mode, the electric current pad 20 is used as a heat radiating plate for cooling heat of the heat sink 50 when the electric current pad 20 is in contact with the heat sink 50 in the cold/hot mode, or the electric current mode is automatically executed when the electric current pad 20 is not in contact with the heat sink 50, the electric current mode is automatically switched from the electric current mode to the cold/hot mode when the electric current pad 20 is in contact with the heat sink 50, and the electric current pad 20 is used as a heat radiating plate for cooling heat of the heat sink 50 when the cold/hot mode is executed, so that not only the waterproof function can be embodied, but also the heat of the heat sink 50 can be easily released to the outside, whereby.
In addition, the present embodiment includes the fixing bar 30 so that the current pad 20, which serves as an electrode in the current mode, is not in contact with the heat sink 50, thereby preventing an electrical short (short) phenomenon between the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50, and thus improving reliability of the product.
Fig. 1a and 1b are a plan view and a front view of a beauty instrument according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the beauty instrument according to a second embodiment of the present invention, fig. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the beauty instrument according to a second embodiment of the present invention, fig. 9 is an assembled perspective view of a heat sink and a heat dissipating member/insulating member of fig. 8, fig. 10 is an assembled perspective view of the heat sink, the heat dissipating member/insulating member, and a current pad of the present invention, and fig. 11 is a graph comparing temperatures of the heat sink and the beauty pad of the beauty instrument according to the second embodiment of the present invention and a conventional beauty instrument.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7 to 11, a beauty instrument 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention performs a current massage function and a warm/cold massage function to achieve skin elasticity, moisture retention, and whitening, and includes a handle 10, a current pad 20, a thermoelectric element 40, a heat sink 50, a battery 60, a circuit board 70, and a heat dissipation member/insulating member 80.
The second embodiment of the present invention can add a heat radiating member/insulating member 80 compared to the first embodiment, thereby omitting the fixing rod 30 of the first embodiment and changing the peripheral structure of the current pad 20.
The heat sink member/insulating member 80 of the second embodiment is also applicable to the first embodiment, in which case the heat sink member/insulating member 80 is provided on the surface of the inner side portion 22 of the current pad 20 opposite the heat sink 50 or on the surface of the heat sink 50 opposite the inner side portion 22 of the current pad 20. By applying the heat dissipating member/insulating member 80 in this manner, the heat conductivity can be improved as compared with when the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50 are directly opposed to each other, because the heat dissipating member/insulating member 80 can improve the close contact between the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50.
Except for the different configurations described above, the other constituent elements 10, 40, 50, 60, and 70 are the same as those of the first embodiment described above. Therefore, in order to avoid redundant description, detailed description of the same constituent elements is omitted, and only the heat dissipation member/insulating member 80 and the different portions resulting therefrom are specifically described.
The heat sink/insulating member 80 is provided between the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50. In this case, the current pad 20 is not moved in contact with or out of contact with the heat sink 50 by the elastic portion 23, the fixing groove 24, and the fixing rod 30 as in the first embodiment, but is closely fixed to the heat radiating member/insulating member 80.
That is, the outer portion 21 of the current pad 20 is positioned on the same line as the surface of the handle 10, and the inner portion 22 having a large surface area is closely fixed to the heat sink/insulating member 80.
The heat sink/insulating member 80 of the present embodiment performs a function of functioning as an electrode in a state where the current pad 20 is insulated from the heat sink 50 in the current mode, and the current pad 20 receives heat of the heat sink 50 and is discharged to the outside in the cold-warm mode. Since the electrical short-circuit phenomenon occurs when the current pad 20 serving as an electrode is in contact with the heat sink 50 in the current mode, the heat dissipation member/insulating member 80 is formed to be wider than at least the surface area of the inner portion 22 of the current pad 20.
The heat dissipation member/insulating member 80 is made of a material having excellent heat resistance, heat conductivity, and electric resistance (insulation), for example, a thermal pad (thermal pad) or the like, and performs the above-described function.
Thus, the present embodiment provides the heat dissipating member/insulating member 80 between the current pad 20 and the heat sink 50, thereby using the current pad 20 as an electrode in a state of being insulated from the heat sink 50 by the heat dissipating member/insulating member 80 in the current mode, and using the current pad 20 as a heat dissipating plate that receives heat of the heat sink 50 through the heat dissipating member/insulating member 80 and discharges the heat to the outside in the cold mode.
In addition, since the current pad 20, the heat dissipation member/insulating member 80, and the heat sink 50 are always in close contact with each other, the heat transfer efficiency by the heat dissipation member/insulating member 80 can be maximized in the cold mode, which will be described with reference to fig. 11.
Fig. 11 is a graph showing comparison between the temperatures of the heat sink 50 and the beauty pad 14 in the cold-warm mode in the beauty treatment apparatus 1 of the present invention including the heat radiating member/insulating member 80 and the conventional beauty treatment apparatus having the cold-warm massage function.
The temperature detection conditions were detected at 4 points in total including the center of the upper end of the heat sink 50, the center of the cosmetic pad 14, and the center of the current pads 20 provided on the left and right sides, respectively, at each time, and the detection was completed at 900 seconds.
As shown in the graph of fig. 11, the same is applied to the start, but at the end of the time, the heat sink 50 of the present invention is detected as 38 ℃, the heat sink 50 of the prior art is detected as 42.3 ℃, and the heat sink 50 of the present invention is 4.3 ℃ lower.
In addition, although the same is applied to the beginning, at the end time point, the cosmetic pad 14 of the present invention is detected as 11.8 ℃, the cosmetic pad of the prior art is detected as 14.1 ℃, and the heat sink 50 of the present invention is 2.3 ℃ lower.
As can be seen from the above experiment, the beauty treatment apparatus 1 of the present invention including the heat radiating member/insulating member 80 in the cold mode has improved heat radiating efficiency of the heat radiator 50 compared to the conventional beauty treatment apparatus, and has excellent cooling effect of the beauty pad 14.
The present invention has been described above mainly with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can apply various combinations, modifications, and applications not illustrated in the embodiments without departing from the scope of the essential technical contents of the present embodiment. Therefore, the technical contents related to the application and the deformation easily derived from the embodiment of the present invention are included in the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A beauty instrument having a cold temperature mode, a hot temperature mode, and a current mode, the beauty instrument comprising:
a heat sink provided inside the handle, for dissipating heat generated in the cold mode to the outside;
a current pad, a part of which is in contact with the handle and which functions as an electrode in the current mode; and
and a heat dissipation member/insulating member provided between the heat sink and the current pad.
2. The cosmetic instrument of claim 1,
in the current mode, the heat sink/insulating member insulates the current pad from the heat sink,
in the cold mode, the heat sink/insulating member receives heat from the heat sink and transfers the heat to the current pad.
3. The cosmetic instrument of claim 1,
the heat dissipation member/insulating member is made of a material having heat resistance, heat conductivity, and electric resistance, and the electric resistance represents insulation.
4. The cosmetic instrument of claim 1,
the current pad is operated in a contact or non-contact manner with the heat sink by an external force,
in the current mode, when the current pad is not in contact with the heat sink, the current pad serves as an electrode,
in the cold temperature mode, the current pad serves as a heat radiating plate when the current pad is in contact with the heat sink.
5. The cosmetic instrument of claim 4,
the above-mentioned current pad includes:
an outer portion exposed to the outside of the handle and configured to be touched by a hand of a user;
an inner part integrated with the outer part and provided inside the handle, and contacting or not contacting the heat sink by an external force;
an elastic part which automatically separates the inner part from the heat sink when external force applied to the outer part is released; and
and a fixing groove formed at a portion of the inner portion, into which a fixing rod for maintaining the state of the inner portion is inserted and fixed when the inner portion is separated from the heat sink.
6. The cosmetic instrument of claim 5,
the current pad is configured as a button structure that operates as follows: when pressed once, the contact state with the radiator is kept, and when pressed again, the non-contact state with the radiator is kept.
7. The cosmetic instrument of claim 5,
the fixing lever is configured as a button structure which operates as follows: the current pad is inserted into the fixing groove while an external force is applied to the current pad to a certain degree or less, and is separated from the fixing groove when an external force is applied to the current pad to a certain degree or more.
8. The cosmetic instrument of claim 5,
the current pad is configured to operate as follows: the heat sink is in contact with the heat sink during the period when the external force is applied, and is kept in a non-contact state when the external force is released.
9. The cosmetic instrument of claim 5,
the fixing lever is configured as a button structure which operates as follows: when the pressing tool is pressed once in the state of being inserted into the fixing groove, the pressing tool is separated from the fixing groove, and when the pressing tool is pressed again, the pressing tool is kept inserted into the fixing groove.
10. The cosmetic instrument of claim 4,
in the current mode, the current mode is released when the current pad is in contact with the heat sink.
11. The cosmetic instrument of claim 5,
when a current mode button or a cold/hot mode button is selected in a state activated by pressing a power button, the current mode, the cold/hot mode or the hot mode is implemented,
in the cold temperature mode, when the current pad is brought into contact with the heat sink in a state where the locked state of the current pad is released by the fixing lever, the current pad functions as a heat radiation plate for cooling heat of the heat sink.
12. The cosmetic instrument of claim 5,
when the power button is pressed to activate, the current pad operates in the current mode in a state of non-contact with the heat sink,
in the current mode state, when an external force of a certain degree or more is applied to the current pad to contact the heat sink, the current pad is operated from the current mode to a cold mode, and the current pad is used as a heat sink during the operation in the cold mode.
13. The cosmetic instrument of claim 1,
the radiator is a water-cooled radiator.
14. The cosmetic instrument of claim 1,
the handle is made of heat-conducting plastic.
