As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the present embodiment provides an air purifier, including: the air purifier comprises a lower shell 1 provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 11, an upper end cover 2 which covers the top of the lower shell 1 and is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes 21, a sterilization and filtration component 3 which is positioned in an air channel communicated with the air inlet holes 11 and the air outlet holes 21, and a fan 4 which is hung on the lower side of the upper end cover, wherein the fan 4 is suitable for sucking air into the lower shell 1 from the air inlet holes 11, and the air is sterilized and filtered by the sterilization and filtration component 3 and then is discharged from the air outlet holes 21.
Preferably, the sterilizing filter assembly 3 comprises an upper mounting ring 31, a lower mounting ring 32 and a plurality of support rods 33 which are uniformly distributed and connected with the upper mounting ring 31 and the lower mounting ring 32; the periphery of the annular structure formed by the support rods 33 is provided with a plurality of layers of filter screens 34, and the inner sides of the filter screens 34 are provided with sterilization pieces 35.
In this embodiment, the filter 34 may be, but not limited to, one or more of a formaldehyde filter, an activated carbon filter, and a HEPA filter.
Preferably, the sterilization member 35 comprises a substrate with a conical space spiral structure, and a sterilization material attached to the substrate; the conical spatial helical structure comprises a large-diameter end 351 which is a closed helical coil; the inner wall of the upper mounting ring 31 is circumferentially and uniformly provided with at least two hooks 311, and the large-diameter end 351 of the sterilizing piece 35 is suitable for being hung on the hooks 311, so that the sterilizing material can be conveniently replaced.
In this embodiment, optionally, the substrate is an elastomer; the base material can be compressed into a flat shape for convenient packaging and transportation, and when the packaging bag is disassembled for use, the base material can be restored into a space spiral structure due to the elasticity of the base material; the substrate may be, but not limited to, a metal material or an elastic plastic material; in addition, the sterilizing material can be prepared into powdery particles, mixed with a binder to form slurry and sprayed on a base material; the bactericidal material can be, but is not limited to, nano silver particles or catalytic material with the function of killing new coronavirus in the air.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the sterilization filter assembly 3 has sealing grooves 36 on the outer peripheries of the upper and lower mounting rings 31 and 32, and the lower housing 1 has upper and lower sealing rings 12 and 13 on the inner wall thereof, which are adapted to be inserted into the respective sealing grooves, so as to prevent air from flowing through the gap between the lower housing 1 and the upper mounting ring 31 without being filtered by the sterilization filter assembly 3.
In this embodiment, preferably, the upper sealing ring 12 and the lower sealing ring 13 are both elastic bodies, which may be, but not limited to, made of rubber, so as to facilitate the installation and removal of the sterilizing filter assembly 3.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the air inlet holes 11 are uniformly distributed along the side of the lower housing 1, and the height of the air inlet area formed by the air inlet holes 11 is adapted to the height of the sterilizing filter assembly 3, i.e. the air inlet area does not exceed the area between the upper sealing ring 12 and the lower sealing ring 13.
In this embodiment, optionally, the lower shell 1 and the upper end cover 2 are connected by a screw thread.
In conclusion, the sterilization filter component of the air purifier can filter and sterilize particulate matters and germs in the air, and is suitable for closed places with dense personnel; the filter screen 34 can be formed by compounding a formaldehyde filter screen, an active carbon filter screen and an HEPA filter screen, and has various air purification effects; air can circulate between adjacent threads of the spiral structure of the sterilizing member 35 without affecting the ventilation amount of the air purifier; the inner wall of the lower shell 1 is provided with an upper sealing ring 12 and a lower sealing ring 13 which are suitable for being embedded into corresponding sealing grooves 36, so that air is prevented from flowing through a gap between the lower shell 1 and the upper mounting ring 31 without being filtered by the sterilization filter assembly 3;
and the upper sealing ring 12 and the lower sealing ring 13 are made of elastic materials, so that the sterilization and filtration assembly 3 is convenient to mount and dismount while having sealing performance.
