The cyclically-rotatable illuminated LED warning light of claim 7, wherein the control circuit board comprises a voltage step-down circuit, a main control circuit, and an LED light source control circuit connected in sequence; the voltage reduction circuit is connected to a driving power supply, and the LED light source control circuit is connected to an LED lamp bead group of the light source board; the voltage reduction circuit converts the 24V voltage input by the driving power supply into 5V voltage to be supplied to the main control circuit; the speed regulating switch is connected to the main control circuit, and the main control circuit receives a speed regulating signal input by the speed regulating switch and transmits a control signal to the LED light source control circuit; the LED light source control circuit receives the control signal transmitted by the main controller and then lights the LED lamp bead groups of the light source plates connected with the LED light source control circuit in turn.

The cyclically rotatably illuminated LED warning light of claim 8 wherein the voltage reduction circuit comprises a linear regulator integrated module U2, a power matching resistor R1, a low frequency filter capacitor C1, and high frequency filter capacitors C2 and C3; after the power matching resistor R1, the low-frequency filter capacitor C1 and the high-frequency filter capacitor C2 are connected in parallel, the positive pole and the negative pole of the power supply are respectively and correspondingly connected to the positive pole and the negative pole of the power supply input interface J2; the voltage input end Vin of the linear voltage-stabilizing integrated module U2 is connected with the positive pole of a power supply, the ground end GND is connected with the negative pole of the power supply and is grounded, the voltage output end Vout is connected with the positive pole of the high-frequency filter capacitor C3, and the negative pole of the high-frequency filter capacitor C3 is grounded.
