The working principle is as follows:

The oil-water mixture in the mixed medium enters the oil return device 9, and oil-water stratification occurs in the oil return device 9 due to the fact that the densities of oil and water are different; the oil layer in the oil return device 9 can enter the mixing and transportation pump 6 through the oil return pipeline 26, and plays a role in lubricating the mixing and transportation pump 6. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the temperature of oil, a fan 12 and a radiator 13 are added, so that the cooling function is realized.
In actual use, the problem that the oil quality in the oil return device 9 is low exists, and the mixing and conveying pump 6 cannot be lubricated, so that the oil station 8 is connected through the tee joint 7, and a small amount of oil in the oil station 8 is input into the mixing and conveying pump 6, so that the mixing and conveying pump 6 is conveniently lubricated in an auxiliary mode.
When the liquid level in the oil return device 9 is too high, the drain valve 24 is opened and simultaneously the on-off valve (not shown) on the exhaust pipeline 28 is closed, and the water layer inside is discharged through the suction pump 19.
The impurities in the oil return device 9 are discharged through the oil return device blow-down valve 21.
The pressure condition, the flow and the temperature of each pipeline are monitored in real time through the corresponding detection units, relevant parameters are set according to the actual requirements of the oil field site, and the running state of the pump is adjusted through automatic control, so that unattended operation and remote control are realized.
