The abutment surface 422 preferably abuts against a lower portion of the load 110, such as the side of a support foot or column of the instrument. Referring to FIG. 8B, in one embodiment, the fitting 4221 can be locked to the abutting surface 422, so that the abutting surface 422 can abut against the side surface and the top surface of the lower portion of the shipping article 110 at the same time, but is not limited thereto. The setting surface 424 is disposed on the first surface 314, and the slit 426 of the setting surface 424 is at least partially aligned with the hole 312, so that the fixing member 430 can pass through the slit 426 and the hole 312 to set the abutting plate 420 on the first surface 314.
Referring to fig. 9, the fixing member 430 includes a thread portion 432 and a beam portion 434, and the beam portion 432 and the thread portion 434 are preferably vertically disposed, but not limited thereto. Wherein the crossbar portion 434 abuts the second face 316 of the plate member 310 and the thread portion 432 passes through one of the holes 312 and the slot 426 and is keyed to the first face 314. The fixing member 430 is preferably made of a material having high rigidity, such as metal, but not limited thereto. The fixing member 430 may have a bent angle, such as an L-shape or a T-shape. And the length L1 of the crossbar 434 is preferably greater than the diameter of the hole 312. Specifically, the length L1 of the beam 334 is greater than the aperture of the hole 312, but the length L1 of the beam 334 still allows the beam 434 to pass through the through hole 312 in one side and then pass through the other side. As shown in fig. 10A and 10B, the cross bar 434 has a long end 4341 and a short end 4342, such that the long end 4341 can be inserted through the slit 426 and the hole 312 first, and then the short end 4342 can be inserted through the slit 426 and the hole 312, such that the cross bar 434 can abut against the second surface 316 to lock and fix the abutting plate 420 on the first surface 314. The fastener 430 is preferably installed by passing the beam portion 434 through the slot 426 and the hole 312 from the first face 314 toward the second face 316 to the second face 316. However, without limitation, the fixing member 430 may also pass the screw portion 432 through the hole 312 and the slit 426 via the second surface 316 and be locked on the first surface 314.
In addition, it should be noted that the number of the fixing posts 320 and the abutting plates 420 is not limited, and can be adjusted according to the installation condition of the loading object 110. And the fixing post 320 and the abutting plate 420 may be provided on the same plate 310. The fixing post 320 is matched with the supporting plate 420 and the holes 312 and 332 on the plates 310 and 330, so that the efficiency of fixing the loading object 110 is improved, the consumption of manpower and material resources is reduced, the site limitation is reduced, and the loading operation cost is reduced.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only exemplary of the implementation of the present invention. It must be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. On the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
