The cap adapter (10) according to claim 1, wherein: the conductive outer ring sleeve (11) is provided with a first outer opening end (113) and a second outer opening end (114) which are oppositely arranged and used for the lamp holder (21) to sequentially penetrate through, the inner ring sleeve (12) is provided with a first inner opening end (122) and a second inner opening end (123) which are oppositely arranged, the end part of the second outer opening end (114) is turned towards the inner ring sleeve (12) to form a connecting part (115), the end part of the connecting part (115) is turned along the axial direction of the inner ring sleeve (12) and extends to the inner wall surface of the second inner opening end (123) in a fit mode to form the electric contact part (112), and the position, between the electric contact part (112) and the first inner opening end (122), of the inner ring sleeve (12) is suitable for being in interference fit connection with the lamp holder (21) through threads.

The cap adapter (10) according to claim 2, wherein: the end surface of the first inner opening end (122) is folded outwards along the radial direction of the inner ring sleeve (12) to form a rim part (124), and the end surface of the first outer opening end (113) is abutted against the rim part (124).

A cap adapter (10) according to claim 3, wherein: a step part (125) is further formed at the position where the inner ring sleeve (12) is connected with the edge part (124), and the position, between the electric contact part (112) and the step part (125), of the inner ring sleeve (12) is suitable for being matched and connected with the lamp cap (21).
5. A cap adapter (10) according to claim 3, wherein: the first inner open end (122) is chamfered to form a guide ramp (126).
6. The cap adapter (10) according to claim 4, wherein: the step part (125) is provided with a concave hole (127) for inserting a disassembling tool along the axial direction of the inner ring sleeve (12).
7. A lamp cap adapter (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the inner ring sleeve (12) is provided with an internal thread (121) at the part where the lamp holder (21) is matched and connected.
8. A lamp cap adapter (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the inner annular sleeve (12) is made of elastic or rigid rubber or plastic material.
9. A lamp cap adapter (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the inner ring sleeve (12) is an integrally formed structure taking the conductive outer ring sleeve (11) as an insert.

A lamp comprising a screw socket, a screw bulb (20) and a cap adapter (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the screw socket being in mating connection with the external thread (111) of the cap adapter (10); the lamp holder (21) of the screw lamp bulb (20) is connected with the inner ring sleeve (12) of the lamp holder adapter (10) in a matching mode.
