The heating tube 152 and the base body can be integrally formed through casting, in combination with the above content, the first battery 140 is only used for driving the steam water pump 160 to pump liquid into the heater 150 in an application scene, in this case, the heating tube 152 is electrically connected with the control circuit board 123 and the charging coupling structure, when the garment steamer body 100 is coupled with the base 200, the charging coupling structure provides electric power for the heating tube 152, and the heating tube 152 converts the electric power into heat and is absorbed and stored by the heat storage base 151 to perform the next liquid heating process. In another application scenario, the first battery 140 of the present application may also provide power for the steam water pump 160 and the heater 150 at the same time, in this case, the first heat-generating pipe 152 and the first battery 140 and the charging coupling structure may be electrically connected, when the steamer body 100 is coupled with the base 200, the heater 150 stores heat converted from the power, the first battery 140 also stores the power, and during the use, the first battery 140 provides power for the steam water pump 160 and also provides power for the heat-generating pipe 152 during the process of atomizing the liquid by the heater 150 for supplement. Through the arrangement of the scheme, the clothes can be ironed by steam after the garment steamer body 100 is separated from the machine base 200.
In some embodiments, the charging coupling structure includes an upper charging terminal (not shown) and a lower charging terminal, which can be electrically coupled, the upper charging terminal (not shown) is disposed at the bottom of the handle portion 120, and the lower charging terminal is disposed in the insertion groove 201 of the base 210. Wherein last charge end and lower charge end are the combination of public socket and female socket, set up respectively in the bottom of handle and inserting groove 201 through last charge end and the lower charge end with among the coupling structure that charges, then when the application of force makes the handle insert inserting groove 201 in garment steamer body 100, go up charge end and lower charge end and can ensure to realize electric coupling simultaneously, need not other power connection actions, and convenient to use. It is understood that in other embodiments, the charging coupling structure may also adopt a wireless charging form in addition to the wired contact type charging coupling structure in the above, that is, the upper charging terminal and the lower charging terminal may also be replaced by two wireless charging coils with upper and lower opposite ends.
In some embodiments, the refill coupling structure 212 includes a water inlet disposed in one of the bottom of the handle 120 and the insertion slot 201 of the base 210, and a water inlet disposed in the other of the bottom of the handle 120 and the insertion slot 201, wherein the water inlet and the water inlet are in butt joint when the handle 120 is inserted into the insertion slot 201, so that the refill coupling structure 212 is in butt joint communication with the first water tank 130.
In some embodiments, the base 210 is further provided with a power plug 213 for connecting with an external power source, and the power plug 213 is electrically connected with the lower charging terminal, or a second battery is further provided in the base 210 and supplies power to the lower charging terminal. That is, the hand-held garment steamer 300 of the present application can be connected to an external power source for power supply through the power plug 213, and can also be powered by a second battery arranged in the base 210, so that the whole machine is convenient to carry, and can also be applied to an environment without an external power source. Further, a power switch for controlling the charging process and the water adding process is also disposed on the base 210.
The above is only the optional embodiment of the present invention, and not the scope of the present invention is limited thereby, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields is included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
