In such an embodiment, through the matching of the D-shaped shaft and the C-shaped bearing bush, the shaft 3 can be locked in the bearing bush 4 at the first position to realize the sealing between the door body assembly 2 and the box body 1, and can be separated from the bearing bush 4 at the second position to realize the separation of the door body assembly 2 and the box body 1, so that the cleaning is convenient, the structure is simple, and the performance is stable.
