Abstract

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a kitchen ware purifying device. This kitchen utensils and appliances purifier includes: a box body, wherein a cavity with a single-side opening is formed inside the box body; the door body assembly is pivoted to the opening of the box body and used for sealing the box body; the door body assembly is provided with a shaft which can be pivoted on the box body, the box body is provided with a bearing bush matched with the shaft, and the shaft is clamped in the bearing bush and can be switched between a first position and a second position in the pivoting process; when the shaft is located at a first position in the bearing bush, the door body assembly is in a closed state, and the door body assembly seals the box body; when the shaft is at a second position in the bearing bush, the door body assembly is in an open state, and the shaft can be separated from the bearing bush. Technical Field

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to the field of sterilization technology, and more particularly, to a kitchenware purification apparatus.

Background

In daily life, bowls, plates, chopping boards, cutters, chopsticks and the like are frequently used by people, and a lot of kitchen utensils can be hung on a wall or directly placed on a table top, so that dust or oil stains easily fall on the kitchen utensils after a long time, sanitation is affected, and bacteria are easily bred. Along with the improvement of the requirements of people on the living quality, particularly, more and more attention is paid to the diet health, and the effective storage and sterilization of the kitchenware are important means for ensuring the diet sanitation.

Some families purchase disinfection cabinets, and the kitchen ware and the like are placed in the disinfection cabinets for sterilization and drying, but the disinfection cabinet has larger volume and is not suitable for families of common compact kitchens; and also have among the prior art to be equipped with the storage device who disinfects the mechanism, can realize the taking in and disinfecting of meal kitchen utensils and appliances, but this kind of device can't break away from lid or the door body and get off, and the corner department in the device can not wash, and whole device's washing is inconvenient, unhygienic.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In order to at least partially solve the above and other potential problems, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a kitchen ware purifying apparatus, which is configured to facilitate cleaning of a door assembly and a box body by engaging a shaft with a bearing bush, wherein when the shaft is located at a second position in the bearing bush, the shaft can be disengaged from the bearing bush to separate the door assembly from the box body; when the shaft is positioned at the first position in the bearing bush, the door body assembly seals the box body, so that the kitchen ware can be stored and sterilized, and meanwhile, the shaft is dustproof, insect-proof and oil-proof; the whole device has simple and compact structure, no space occupation, good sterilization effect and lower cost.

In a first aspect of the present disclosure, a kitchenware purification apparatus is provided. This kitchen utensils and appliances purifier includes: a box body, wherein a cavity with a single-side opening is formed inside the box body; the door body assembly is pivoted to the opening of the box body and used for sealing the box body; the door body assembly is provided with a shaft which can be pivoted on the box body, the box body is provided with a bearing bush matched with the shaft, and the shaft is clamped in the bearing bush and can be switched between a first position and a second position in the pivoting process; when the shaft is located at a first position in the bearing bush, the door body assembly is in a closed state, and the door body assembly seals the box body; when the shaft is at a second position in the bearing bush, the door body assembly is in an open state, and the shaft can be separated from the bearing bush.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, through the matching of the shaft and the bearing bush, when the shaft is located at the second position in the bearing bush, the shaft can be separated from the bearing bush to realize the separation of the door body assembly and the box body, so that the door body assembly and the box body can be conveniently cleaned; when the shaft is positioned at the first position in the bearing bush, the door body assembly seals the box body, so that the kitchen ware can be stored and sterilized, and meanwhile, the shaft is dustproof, insect-proof and oil-proof; the whole device has simple and compact structure, no space occupation, good sterilization effect and lower cost.

In some embodiments, the shaft is a D-shaped shaft and the bearing shells are C-shaped bearing shells, wherein the short diameter end of the shaft is disengageable from the gap of the bearing shells when the shaft is in the second position in the bearing shells.

In this way, through the cooperation of D shape axle and C shape axle bush, the axle can realize the sealed between door body group spare and the box body in the locking of first position department in the axle bush, can break away from out again in the axle bush in the second position department and realize the separation of door body group spare and box body, is convenient for wash, and simple structure, stable performance.

In some embodiments, the shaft is disposed at an inner side of the gravity center of the door assembly away from the opening of the box body, and is configured such that when the door assembly is in an open state, the box body does not lose balance due to the movement of the gravity center of the door assembly.

In this way, through setting up the axle in door body group spare focus and keeping away from the open-ended inboard of box body, when the user gives the instruction of opening the door, door body group spare can open automatically under the action of gravity, prevents simultaneously that door body group spare is opening the in-process or under the open mode, leads to whole device to topple over because of the improper of focus skew.

In some embodiments, the door body assembly is provided with a storage space for accommodating kitchenware. In some embodiments, the kitchenware purification device further comprises a switch assembly arranged on the box body and/or the door body assembly and configured to drive the position of the shaft in the bearing bush to be switched so as to realize the opening and closing of the door body assembly.

In this way, through setting up switch module, realize automatic or semi-automatic switch door, convenience of customers takes the meal kitchen utensils and appliances, improves user's experience sense and life convenience.

In some embodiments, the switch assembly includes a buckle disposed at the top of the door assembly, a movable jaw disposed at a corresponding position of the box body and engaged with the buckle, and a button disposed on the box body and used for driving the buckle to disengage from the movable jaw.

In this way, the locking of door body group spare and box body is realized through the cooperation of buckle and activity jack catch structure, and the user only needs to press the button and can realize opening of door body group spare, simple structure, and the stable performance, the cost is lower.

In some embodiments, a sterilization device is arranged in the box body, and is configured to sterilize the kitchenware in the cavity when the door body assembly is in the closed state. In this way, through addding sterilizing equipment, can realize accomodating and dual effect of disinfecting.

In some embodiments, the sterilization device is one or more of a heating device, an ultraviolet generating device, an ion generating device and an ozone generating device. In this way, the sterilization function is realized by at least one sterilization mode; the sterilization effect can be enhanced through the matching of various sterilization devices.

In some embodiments, the sterilization device is a heating device disposed in the box body, and a blower assembly is further disposed in the box body and configured to blow air heated by the heating device to the storage space.

In this way, through setting up heating device in order to heat in advance to the inspiratory air of fan subassembly, the air after the heating can realize the stoving of kitchen utensils and appliances and the function of disinfecting of a certain degree.

In some embodiments, the sterilization device is an ultraviolet ray generation device disposed in the box body, and a reflective tile is further disposed in the box body and configured to reflect ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet ray generation device to the storage space.

In this way, produce the ultraviolet ray through ultraviolet generating device and realize the function of disinfecting, increase the reflection tile structure, reflect the ultraviolet ray to each position of putting the object space, enlarge the scope that disinfects the cover, reinforcing bactericidal effect.

Detailed Description

The present disclosure will now be described with reference to several example embodiments. It should be understood that these examples are described only for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand and thereby enable the present disclosure, and are not intended to set forth any limitations on the scope of the technical solutions of the present disclosure.

As used herein, the term "include" and its variants are to be read as open-ended terms meaning "including, but not limited to. The term "embodiment" should be understood as "at least one embodiment". Other explicit and implicit definitions may be included below. The definitions of the terms are consistent throughout the specification unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a kitchenware purification device 100 to solve, or at least partially solve, the above-mentioned problems of conventional kitchenware purification devices. Some example embodiments will now be described with reference to fig. 1-3.

In general, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the kitchen ware purifying apparatus 100 disclosed herein includes a case 1 and a door assembly 2. A cavity with an opening on the side surface is formed inside the box body 1; the door body assembly 2 is pivoted to the box body 1 and used for sealing the opening of the box body 1; the door body assembly 2 is provided with a shaft 3 which can be pivoted on the box body 1, the box body 1 is provided with a bearing bush 4 matched with the shaft 3, and the shaft 3 is clamped in the bearing bush 4 and can be switched between a first position and a second position in the pivoting process; as shown in fig. 1, when the shaft 3 is at the first position in the bearing bush 4, the door assembly 2 is in a closed state, and the door assembly 2 seals the box body 1; as shown in fig. 2, when the shaft 3 is at the second position in the bush 4, the door body assembly 2 is in the open state, and the shaft 3 can be disengaged from the bush 4.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, through the matching of the shaft 3 and the bearing bush 4, when the shaft 3 is located at the second position in the bearing bush 4, the shaft 3 can be separated from the bearing bush 4 to separate the door body assembly 2 from the box body 1, so that the door body assembly 2 and the box body 1 can be cleaned conveniently; when the shaft 3 is positioned at the first position in the bearing bush 4, the door body assembly 2 seals the box body 1, so that the kitchen ware can be stored and sterilized, and meanwhile, the dust, insect and oil pollution can be prevented; the whole device has simple and compact structure, no space occupation, good sterilization effect and lower cost.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the shaft 3 is a D-shaped shaft and the bearing pads 4 are C-shaped bearing pads, wherein the short diameter end of the shaft 3 can be disengaged from the notch of the bearing pads 4 when the shaft 3 is in the second position in the bearing pads 4.

In such an embodiment, through the matching of the D-shaped shaft and the C-shaped bearing bush, the shaft 3 can be locked in the bearing bush 4 at the first position to realize the sealing between the door body assembly 2 and the box body 1, and can be separated from the bearing bush 4 at the second position to realize the separation of the door body assembly 2 and the box body 1, so that the cleaning is convenient, the structure is simple, and the performance is stable.

It should be understood that the shapes of the shaft 3 and the bearing shell 4 described above are merely exemplary and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Alternatively, the shape of the shaft 3 may be triangular, square or other irregular shapes, etc., and the shape of the bearing bush 4 is a shape matched with the shaft 3, so long as the shaft 3 can be separated from the bearing bush 4 when the shaft 3 is placed in the bearing bush 4 at the second position, and the shaft 3 can not be separated from the bearing bush 4 when the shaft 3 is placed in the bearing bush 4 at the first position, which is within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the shaft 3 is disposed at the inner side of the gravity center of the door assembly 2 far away from the opening of the box body 1, and is configured such that when the door assembly 2 is in the open state, the box body 1 does not lose balance due to the movement of the gravity center of the door assembly 2.

In such an embodiment, by disposing the shaft 3 at the inner side of the door assembly 2 where the center of gravity is far away from the opening of the case 1, when the user gives an instruction to open the door, the door assembly 2 can be automatically opened under the action of gravity, and meanwhile, the door assembly 2 is prevented from toppling over due to improper center of gravity shift in the opening process or the opening state.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the door body assembly 2 is provided with an accommodating space 21 for accommodating the kitchen ware. In such an embodiment, by providing the storage space 21 on the door assembly 2, when the user opens the door assembly, the storage space 21 pivots out simultaneously with the door assembly 2

Therefore, the storage space 21 with a certain inclination angle is more convenient for users to take and place the kitchen ware.

It should be understood that the storage space 21 may be one or more of various storage devices such as a storage rack, a storage box, a storage basket, etc., and the storage space 21 may have only one space or may be divided into a plurality of spaces, for example, a combination of a storage rack and a storage basket, etc., which all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure. One or more of regular kitchen appliances such as chopping boards, bowls, plates and dishes can be placed in the storage space 21, and one or more of irregular kitchen appliances such as knives, tableware, chopsticks, forks and spoons can also be placed in the storage space, which belongs to the protection scope of the disclosure.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the kitchen ware purifying apparatus 100 further includes a switch assembly 5 configured to switch the position of the driving shaft 3 in the bearing bush 4 to realize the opening and closing of the door body assembly 2; the switch assembly 5 comprises a buckle 51 arranged at the top of the door body assembly 2, a movable jaw 52 arranged at a corresponding position of the box body 1 and matched with the buckle 51, and a button 53 arranged on the box body 1 and used for driving the buckle 51 to be separated from the movable jaw 52.

In such embodiment, through setting up switch module 5, realize automatic or semi-automatic switch door, convenience of customers takes the kitchen utensils and appliances of meal, improves user's experience and life convenience. The locking of the door body assembly 2 and the box body 1 is realized through the matching of the structures of the buckle 51 and the movable clamping jaw 52, and a user can open the door body assembly 2 only by pressing the button 53, so that the structure is simple, the performance is stable, and the cost is lower.

It should be understood that the switch assembly 5 may be disposed on at least one of the case 1 or the door assembly 2, and the opening and closing of the switch assembly 5 by the latch 51 and the movable jaw 52 is only exemplary and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Alternatively, the switch assembly 5 may also be a magnetic structure, and the like, all of which belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a sterilization device 6 is disposed inside the box body 1, and the sterilization device 6 is configured to sterilize the kitchenware in the cavity when the door body assembly 2 is in the closed state. The sterilizing device 6 is one or more of a heating device, an ultraviolet generating device, an ion generating device and an ozone generating device.

In such an embodiment, the sterilization function is realized by additionally arranging the sterilization device 6 with at least one sterilization mode, so that double effects of containing and sterilizing can be realized simultaneously; the sterilization effect can be enhanced by matching a plurality of sterilization devices 6.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the sterilization device 6 is a heating device 61 disposed in the box body 1, and a blower assembly 62 is further disposed in the box body 1 and configured to blow air heated by the heating device 61 toward the storage space 21.

In such an embodiment, by adding the heating device 61 to pre-heat the air sucked by the fan assembly 62, the heated air can realize the drying and a certain sterilization function of the kitchen ware.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the sterilization device 6 is an ultraviolet ray generation device 63 disposed in the box body 1, and a reflection tile 64 is further disposed in the box body 1 and configured to reflect ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet ray generation device 63 to the storage space 21.

In such an embodiment, the ultraviolet ray generator 63 generates ultraviolet rays to realize a sterilization function, and the reflection tile 64 is added to reflect the ultraviolet rays to each position of the storage space 21, thereby expanding the sterilization coverage and enhancing the sterilization effect.

Claims (10)

1. A kitchen utensil purifying device, comprising:

a box body (1) with a cavity with a single-side opening formed inside;

the door body assembly (2) is pivoted to the box body (1) and used for sealing the opening of the box body (1);

the door body assembly (2) is provided with a shaft (3) which can be pivoted on the box body (1), the box body (1) is provided with a bearing bush (4) matched with the shaft (3), and the shaft (3) is clamped in the bearing bush (4) and can be switched between a first position and a second position in the pivoting process;

when the shaft (3) is located at a first position in the bearing bush (4), the door body assembly (2) is in a closed state, and the door body assembly (2) seals the box body (1);

when the shaft (3) is at the second position in the bearing bush (4), the door body assembly (2) is in an open state, and the shaft (3) can be separated from the bearing bush (4).

2. A kitchen appliance purification arrangement as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the shaft (3) is a D-shaped shaft and the bearing shell (4) is a C-shaped bearing shell, wherein the short diameter end of the shaft (3) is disengageable from the gap of the bearing shell (4) when the shaft (3) is in the second position in the bearing shell (4).

The kitchen purifying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the shaft (3) is disposed at the inner side of the gravity center of the door assembly (2) far from the opening of the box body (1), and is configured such that the box body (1) is not unbalanced due to the movement of the gravity center of the door assembly (2) when the door assembly (2) is in the open state.

4. The kitchen ware purifying device according to claim 1, characterized in that the door body assembly (2) is provided with a storage space (21) for accommodating kitchen ware.

The kitchenware purification device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a switch assembly (5) disposed on the box body (1) and/or the door body assembly (2), and configured to drive the shaft (3) to switch positions in the bearing bush (4) to realize the opening and closing of the door body assembly (2).

The kitchen purifying device according to claim 5, characterized in that the switch assembly (5) comprises a buckle (51) arranged on the top of the door body assembly (2), a movable claw (52) arranged at a corresponding position of the box body (1) and matched with the buckle (51), and a button (53) arranged on the box body (1) and used for driving the buckle (51) to be separated from the movable claw (52).

7. The kitchen ware purification device according to claim 4, characterized in that a sterilization device (6) is arranged in the box body (1), and the sterilization device (6) is configured to sterilize the kitchen ware in the cavity when the door body assembly (2) is in a closed state.

8. The kitchen purifying device according to claim 7, characterized in that the sterilizing device (6) is one or more of a heating device, an ultraviolet generating device, an ion generating device and an ozone generating device.

The kitchen purifying apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the sterilizing device (6) is a heating device (61) disposed in the box body (1), and a blower assembly (62) is further disposed in the box body (1) and configured to blow air heated by the heating device (61) toward the storage space (21).

The kitchen purifying apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the sterilizing device (6) is an ultraviolet generating device (63) disposed in the box body (1), and a reflective tile (64) is further disposed in the box body (1) and configured to reflect the ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet generating device (63) to the storage space (21).
