The existing lifting table generally adopts the structural design of completely exposing the lifting column.
However, the structure of the completely exposed lifting column is not only visually unattractive in appearance, but also has insufficient functionality (such as hidden wires, power strips and the like), poor in stability and easy to cause unnecessary bumps.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new sheet foot for an intelligent lifting table to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the technology of the present application will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments. It should be understood that the following detailed description is only for assisting those skilled in the art in understanding the present application, and is not intended to limit the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application firstly provides a sheet foot 1 for an intelligent lifting table, which is used for fixing a lifting column 2. The intelligent lifting table leg 1 comprises a plurality of side plates 10 and a base 20 shown in fig. 2, so as to form a closed space for accommodating at least a part of the lifting column 2. The lifting column 2 is a conventional lifting column in the art, having the known structure of a conventional lifting column. Therefore, the structure of the lifting column 2 will not be described herein again.
Hereinafter, a specific structure of the intelligent lifting table leg 1 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 3C.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the plurality of side plates 10 in fig. 1 includes: two first side plates 110 disposed oppositely, two second side plates 120 disposed oppositely, and a third side plate 130 disposed oppositely to the base 20. The base 20 of the sheet foot 1 for the intelligent lifting table is provided with a plurality of support feet 21.
In the present application, the plurality of legs 21 may be any suitable table leg known in the art, and may be height adjustable or non-height adjustable. For example, the support legs 21 may be mounted on the base 20 of the intelligent lifting table leg 1 through a screw rod structure, so as to adjust the extending height of the support legs 21 and the level of a table board mounted subsequently.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in the following description, in order to clearly explain the structure of the intelligent lifting table leg 1, the structures of the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 120 in the drawings are respectively described in detail. However, the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 120 shown in the drawings may be replaced with each other, that is, the first side plate 110 shown in the drawings may also be referred to as a second side plate, and the second side plate 120 shown in the drawings may also be referred to as a first side plate.
In the present application, at least two side plates of the plurality of side plates 10 shown in fig. 1 are connected to each other by a bayonet structure. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, each of the first side plates 110 and each of the second side plates 120 are connected to each other through a bayonet structure.
For convenience of description, as shown in fig. 2, a plane on which the first side plate 110 is located is a YZ plane, and a plane parallel to the plane on which the first side plate 110 is located is defined as a first plane; the plane of the second side plate 120 is an XZ plane, and a plane parallel to the plane of the second side plate 120 is defined as a second plane. That is, hereinafter, the first plane is a plane parallel to the YZ plane, and the second plane is a plane parallel to the XZ plane.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned connection between each of the first side plates 110 and each of the second side plates 120 through the bayonet structure, the structure of the first side plate 110 is described in detail with reference to fig. 3A.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3A, each of the first side plates 110 is provided with a first extending edge 111, and the first extending edge 111 has a first portion 111a and a second portion 111 b. As shown in fig. 3A, a first portion 111a of the first extending edge 111 extends from a side edge of the first side plate 110 to a side of the first side plate 110 (a front side of the first side plate 110 in fig. 3A), and an included angle α between the first portion 111a of the first extending edge 111 and the first side plate 110 is equal to or less than 90 °. In the present embodiment, the included angle α between the first portion 111a of the first extending edge 111 and the first side plate 110 is approximately equal to 90 °.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3A, the second portion 111b of the first extending edge 111 extends from the first portion 111a of the first extending edge 111 and extends in a first plane approximately parallel to the YZ plane. That is, the surface of the second portion 111b of the first extending edge 111 is parallel to the surface of the first side plate 110.
In order to form the bayonet structure, further, as shown in fig. 3A, the second portion 111b of the first extending edge 111 is provided with a plurality of first slots 112 at the edge; an opening end of the first slot 112 is located at an edge of the second portion 111b of the first extension 111, and the first slot 112 extends from the opening end to the first portion 111a of the first extension 111.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3B, each of the second side plates 120 is provided with a second extending edge 121, and the second extending edge 121 has a first portion 121a and a second portion 121B. As shown in fig. 3B, the first portion 121a of the second extending edge 121 extends from the side edge of the second side plate 120 to a side of the second side plate 120, and an included angle β between the first portion 121a of the second extending edge 121 and the second side plate 120 is smaller than or equal to 90 °. In the present embodiment, the included angle β between the first portion 121a of the second extending edge 121 and the second side plate 120 is approximately equal to 90 °.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3B, the second portion 121B of the second extension 121 extends from the first portion 121a of the second extension 121 and extends in a second plane approximately parallel to the XZ plane. That is, the surface of the second portion 121b of the second extending edge 121 is parallel to the surface of the second side plate 120.
In order to form the bayonet structure, as shown in fig. 3B, a plurality of second slots 122 are further formed on the second extending edge 121. The second slot 122 corresponds to the first slot 112 in fig. 3A, so that the second slot 122 and the first slot 112 are engaged with each other. As shown in fig. 3B, an open end of the second slot 122 is disposed at an intersection of the first portion 121a of the second extending edge 121 and the second portion 121B of the second extending edge 121, and the second slot 122 is configured to: respectively, toward the second side plate 120 (i.e., rearward in the X-axis direction in fig. 3B) and the edge of the second portion 121B of the second extended edge 121 (i.e., upward in the Z-axis direction in fig. 3B).
Therefore, the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 120 are connected to each other through the bayonet structure formed by the first extending edge 111 and the second extending edge 121, and the first slot 112 and the second slot 122 which are matched with each other.
Each of the second side panel 120 and the third side panel 130 are connected by a fastener 140 as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2 and 3C, at least one first opening 123 is disposed at an edge of each of the second side plates 120. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2 and 3D, the third side plate 130 is provided with a second opening 132 at a position corresponding to the first opening 123. In particular, as shown in fig. 3D, a third extending edge 131 is disposed on a side edge of the third side plate 130, and the third extending edge 131 extends from the side edge of the third side plate 130 to a side (downward in the Z-axis direction in fig. 3D) of the third side plate 130. Also, as shown in fig. 3D, the plane of the third side plate 130 is an XY plane, and the third extending edge 131 extends on a plane approximately perpendicular to the XY plane. The second opening 132 is preferably disposed on the third extending edge 131.
Thus, when assembled, as shown in fig. 2, the fastener 140 passes through the first opening 123 (shown in fig. 3C) formed on the second side plate 120 and the second opening 132 (shown in fig. 3D) formed on the third side plate 130, so that each of the second side plates 120 is connected to the third side plate 130. Of course, better fastening can also be achieved by adding a washer 150 when using the fastener 140. As shown in fig. 2, the gasket 150 is sandwiched between the second side plate 120 and the third side plate 130, and particularly, between the second side plate 120 and the third extending edge 131 of the third side plate 130.
Thus, the interconnection relationship among the first side plate 110, the second side plate 120 and the third side plate 130 according to the present application is described in detail by combining fig. 2 and fig. 3A to 3D. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the base 20 may be connected to the first side plate 110 and/or the second side plate 120 by any known connection method to form the intelligent lifting table blade 1.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to accommodate at least part of the lifting column 2, a first opening 133 is disposed on the third side plate 130, so that the lifting column 2 can pass through the first opening 133 and be at least partially accommodated in the closed space formed by the plurality of side plates 10 and the base. The number of the first openings 133 may be one or more. For example, as another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the intelligent lifting table foot 1 needs to accommodate two lifting columns 2, two first openings 133 may be formed on the third side plate 130. Also, one or more second openings 134 may be formed in the third side plate 130 for receiving one or more additional accessories 3. The additional accessory 3 may be a cable, or a cable and a tube or column housing the cable. For example, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the additional fitting 3 is a tube for accommodating a cable, and a wire groove is formed along an axial direction thereof.
