Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the key includes a base 10, an upper cover 30, a pressing member 50 and a first elastic member 70; the upper cover 30 covers the base 10 and forms an accommodating cavity with the base 10 in an enclosing manner, and the base 10 forms a guide arc surface 10a in the accommodating cavity; the pressing piece 50 is arranged in the accommodating cavity in a lifting manner, and part of the pressing piece penetrates out of the upper cover 30 to the outside, the pressing piece 50 is provided with a contact part 51 in the accommodating cavity, and the contact part 51 is positioned above the guide arc surface 10 a; the first elastic member 70 is connected to the base 10 and located in the receiving cavity, a portion of the first elastic member 70 is further located between the guiding arc surface 10a and the abutting portion 51, and when the pressing member 50 is driven, the first elastic member 70 is guided by the guiding arc surface 10a to move and collide with the upper cover 30.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the base 10 is mainly used to form a containing cavity in cooperation with the upper cover 30 to contain the pressing element 50 and the first elastic element 70, so that each component of the key forms a whole and is convenient to be installed on the keyboard body of the keyboard. The connection mode of the base 10 and the keyboard body can be screw connection, magnetic connection or clamping fixation, so that the key can be detached from the keyboard body for maintenance and replacement when damaged; meanwhile, the assembling process of the keys and the keyboard body is simplified, so that the installation efficiency of the keys can be improved. And the projections of the base 10 and the upper cover 30 on the horizontal plane can be square, rectangular or circular, etc., so that the base 10 and the upper cover 30 have regular shapes and are convenient to manufacture. In order to reduce the overall quality of the keys and make the keyboard portable, the base 10 and the cover 30 may be made of plastic, for example: for example: ABS, POM, PS, PMMA, PC, PET, etc. Of course, in order to increase the strength of the keys and prolong the service life of the keyboard, the base 10 and the upper cover 30 may be made of metal materials, such as: stainless steel materials, aluminum alloy materials, copper alloy materials, iron alloy materials and the like. The pressing member 50 may be mainly used to implement a key function of the key by a pressing action to input text, symbols or numerical information. The working principle is as follows: when the pressing member 50 is driven to descend, the optical path between the optical transmitter and the optical receiver on the keyboard body of the keyboard can be blocked or conducted, and at this time, the control circuit board in the keyboard body of the keyboard can detect the blocking or conduction of the optical signal, so that the key function is realized. The following steps can be also included: when the pressing member 50 is driven to descend, it can abut against the contact switch on the keyboard body of the keyboard, and at this time, the control circuit board in the keyboard body of the keyboard can detect the trigger signal of the contact switch to realize the key function. Of course, a related light emitter, a light emitter, or a contact switch may be disposed in an accommodating cavity formed by enclosing the base 10 and the upper cover 30 of the key. Since the principle of the key function realized by pressing the key is the prior art, it is not described in detail herein. In order to facilitate the user to apply a force to the pressing member 50, a key cap is disposed at an end of the pressing member 50, which extends out of the upper cover 30 to the outside, so as to increase a contact area with the user and improve the convenience of pressing. The abutting portion 51 of the pressing member 50 is mainly used for providing a driving force to drive the first elastic member 70 to descend when the pressing member 50 is driven to descend, and meanwhile, the guiding arc surface 10a arranged on the base 10 is matched and guided to drive the first elastic member 70 to rotate correspondingly along the direction of the center of the base 10 toward the edge, so that the abutting portion 51 can bypass the first elastic member 70 without abutting against the upper surface of the first elastic member 70, and the first elastic member 70 can be reset to ascend and collide with the upper cover 30. The abutting portion 51 may be disposed on a side circumferential surface of the pressing member 50, and may be integrated with the pressing member 50 to increase a connection strength between the abutting portion 51 and the pressing member 50, so as to better drive the first elastic member 70, and the abutting portion 51 and the pressing member 50 may be integrally formed to simplify a processing process, thereby improving production efficiency. The abutting part 51 above the first elastic member 70 and the guiding arc surface 10a below the first elastic member 70 are arranged in a staggered manner, that is, the projections of the two parts on the vertical plane are not overlapped. In order to facilitate the abutting portion 51 to automatically bypass the first elastic member 70 when the pressing member 50 is lifted and returned, a guiding inclined surface 53 may be disposed on a side of the abutting portion 51 away from the first elastic member 70 to guide the first elastic member 70 to rotate again during the lifting process of the abutting portion 51 along with the pressing member 50.
The technical scheme of the utility model the button is when being pressed, and external force drive pressing piece 50 can drive the first elastic component 70 that is located the butt portion 51 below through the butt portion 51 of locating pressing piece 50 when descending and remove, and first elastic component 70 can take place corresponding rotation when descending under the guide of the direction cambered surface 10a that is located first elastic component 70 below for this first elastic component 70 can be walked around to butt portion 51. The first elastic member 70 can make the first elastic member 70 collide with the upper cover 30 when the first elastic member 70 is reset and lifted, so that the key can give out a prompt sound when being pressed. Compared with the prior art that the button cannot give out prompt sound after being pressed, the button in the scheme enables a user to timely determine whether the button is effectively pressed or not after the user presses the button. The phenomenon that the key is pressed repeatedly or is pressed neglectly is avoided, and therefore the convenience of the keyboard is improved. In addition, during the process that the first elastic member 70 is guided to rotate by the guide arc surface 10a, the contact area between the guide arc surface 10a and the first elastic member 70 can be reduced due to the arc surface, so that the friction force between the two can be reduced. At this time, the smoothness of the first elastic member 70 during rotation can be improved, and the wear of the first elastic member 70 can be reduced to prolong the service life.
Furthermore, the first elastic element 70 in this embodiment is disposed in a receiving cavity defined by the base 10 and the upper cover 30, and a portion of the pressing element 50 and the first elastic element 70 are received in the receiving cavity, so that the installation of the pressing element and the first elastic element is more compact, and the occupation of space is reduced. Meanwhile, the first elastic element 70 is protected by the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity to a certain extent, so that the possibility of damage to the first elastic element is reduced, and the service life of the key can be prolonged. In addition, the receiving cavity is formed by the base 10 and the upper cover 30 in a matching manner, so that the two can be manufactured independently and assembled into a whole after being manufactured and formed respectively.
