4. The interface card and memory card retaining apparatus of claim 3, wherein the threaded fastener comprises a screw, a stud or a bolt.

The interface card and memory card retaining apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion is perpendicular to the first overlapping portion and the first main body portion, and the second connecting portion is perpendicular to the second overlapping portion and the second main body portion.

The interface card and memory card retaining apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first side retaining unit comprises at least a first connecting plate and at least a first pressing portion, the first pressing portion is connected to the first main body portion via the first connecting plate, the second side retaining unit comprises at least a second connecting plate and at least a second pressing portion, the second pressing portion is connected to the second main body portion via the second connecting plate, and the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion respectively press and retain the two fastening units.

The interface card and memory card retaining apparatus of claim 6, wherein a first connection hole is formed between the first main body portion, the first connection board and the first pressing portion, a second connection hole is formed between the second main body portion, the second connection board and the second pressing portion, and the two fastening units at two ends of the slot respectively pass through the first connection hole and the second connection hole.
8. The device as claimed in claim 7, comprising two resilient pads respectively disposed on the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion, such that the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion respectively clamp and fix the two fastening units via the resilient pads.
9. The interface card and memory card retaining apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an extension plate coupled to the other end of the second overlapping portion, such that the second coupling portion, the second overlapping portion and the extension plate form a U-shaped structure.

The interface card and memory card retaining apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first connecting portion, the second connecting portion and the extension plate have a through hole, and the threaded fastener passes through the through holes of the first connecting portion, the second connecting portion and the extension plate.
