Detailed Description
In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, the following will describe the filler support and the aeration tank using the same in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 1 to 3 show a filler holder 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a holder main body 1 for supporting and fixing biological fillers 7 and a guiding and positioning device 2 disposed at a side of the holder main body, as shown in fig. 2, the guiding and positioning device 2 is configured to enable the holder main body 1 to be guided and positioned in the external accommodating base 5 along a predetermined track in the external accommodating base 5 under an external force, and enable the holder main body 1 to be guided and pulled out of the external accommodating base 5 along the predetermined track in the external accommodating base 5 under the external force.

The biological filler 7 can be selected from rope type filler, elastic filler or combined filler, and the common characteristic is that the rope type structure is conveniently suspended between two fixing beams 116 of adjacent filler fixing parts 111. The suspended fixation of the biological fillers 7 can be parallel or staggered, preferably parallel.
The support main part 1 can adopt stainless steel material, has the high corrosion-resistant characteristics of one-level of intensity, has longer life, and is applicable in the sewage pond.
As shown in fig. 1, the pillar stand 11 may include four pillars 112, each of the filler fixing portions 111 may be fixed between the four pillars 112, and adjacent filler fixing portions 111 may be disposed in parallel, and the guiding and positioning device 2 may be respectively fixed on the side surfaces of each of the pillars 112. By making the positions of the guiding and positioning means 2 correspond to the positions of the opposite sides of the external accommodating base 5 by this arrangement, it is possible to stably guide the stand main body 1 into the external accommodating base 5 or pull out to the outside of the external accommodating base 5 along a predetermined trajectory in the external accommodating base 5
Preferably, the number of the filler fixing parts 111 is two to match the rope structure of the bio-filler 7, and both ends of the bio-filler 7 are connected to the fixing beams 116 of the two filler fixing parts 111, respectively.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the pillar brace 11 may further include fixing plates 113 formed on opposite sides of a cube formed by the four pillars 112, and the guiding and positioning device 2 may be respectively fixed to the fixing plates 113. This arrangement provides the guiding and positioning device 2 with a stable mounting base (i.e., the fixing plate 113) that does not easily fall off when the guiding and positioning device 2 moves along a predetermined trajectory in the external receiving base 5. As shown in fig. 1, the guiding and positioning means 2 may be provided in six, three on each of two opposite sides, and uniformly arranged at both ends and in the middle of the fixing plate 113.
According to the packing support 100 of the present embodiment, the top and/or bottom of the four pillars 112 may be formed with the reinforcement member 114 for reinforcing the structural stability of the pillar support 11. The aeration device 3 is a device for converting gas-phase oxygen into liquid-phase oxygen, and is called an "aeration tank" (the external accommodating base 5 shown in fig. 2 and 3 can be an aeration tank) in a sewage tank provided with the device, as shown in fig. 2, the aeration device 3 needs to be connected with an aeration pipeline 31, one end of the aeration pipeline 31 is provided with a flange connected with an external aeration tank system air pipe, and the other end of the aeration pipeline 31 is also connected with the aeration device 3 through the flange, so that oxygen in the aeration tank can provide conditions for survival of microorganisms on the biological filler 7, can also make sludge in sewage more active, and has better effect of treating harmful substances. In addition, in the aeration tank, the biofilm gradually starts to deteriorate as the thickness of the biofilm adhered to the biofilm carrier 7 increases, and the internal adhesion force decreases, and at this time, the deteriorated biofilm can be peeled off by the turbulent ascending air flow generated by the aeration apparatus 3, and the biofilm can be renewed.
Preferably, the aeration device 3 can adopt a rotational flow aeration device; the aeration pipeline 31 can be made of stainless steel and has the advantage of corrosion resistance.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the support body 11 may further include a sling portion 4 fixedly connected to the support body 11, and the sling portion 4 may be used to connect to an external lifting device to guide and position the support body 11 into and out of the external accommodating base 5. This arrangement facilitates the entry of the holder main body 11 into the external receiving base 5 or the pulling out of the external receiving base 5.
Preferably, the sling 4 can be configured as a connection hole at the top end of the four upright posts 112 or a lifting lug connected to the top end of the four upright posts 112, and the lifting lug can be configured with a connection hole.
According to the filler support 100 of the embodiment, the guiding and positioning device 2 may be a slide rail or a slideway fixed on the side surface of the support body 11, and the slide rail or the slideway is used for matching with a slide rail or a slide rail in the external accommodating base 5; alternatively, the guiding and positioning device 2 may be a pulley or a sliding groove fixed on the side of the bracket body 11, and the pulley or the sliding groove is used for matching with a sliding groove or a pulley in the external accommodating base 5.
