Claims (11)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a cooking body including a cooking container and a heating device for heating the cooking container;
the cover body assembly is arranged on the cooking main body to open and close the cooking container and define a cooking cavity with the cooking container, and a rotatable first fan is arranged on one side of the cover body assembly, which faces the cooking main body;
the air frying head is arranged on the cover body assembly and comprises a motor, a motor shaft of the motor is connected with the first fan to drive the first fan to rotate,
the cooking appliance includes a first cooking mode in which the cooking container is heated by the heating means and a second cooking mode in which hot air is generated by the heating means and the rotation of the first fan to form convection cooking in the cooking cavity.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the cover assembly is provided with a through hole, and the motor shaft extends from the through hole to a side of the cover assembly facing the cooking body to be connected to the first fan.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein a sealing ring is disposed at the through hole, and the motor shaft is in sealing engagement with the hole edge of the through hole through the sealing ring.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the cover assembly comprises a metal cover, the metal cover is provided with cover teeth, the cover assembly is buckled with the cooking container through the cover teeth, and the through hole is formed in the metal cover.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the blank fryer head is removably attached to the cover assembly, and wherein a removable closure is provided at the through-hole for opening and closing the through-hole.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein one of the blank frying head and the lid assembly has a locating recess and the other of the blank frying head and the lid assembly has a locating projection that mates with the locating recess.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the blank frying head is disposed on a side of the cover assembly facing away from the cooking body, the positioning recess is disposed on a top surface of the cover assembly, and the positioning protrusion is disposed within the positioning recess.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising a mounting shaft removably coupled to the motor shaft, the first fan being rotatably mounted to the mounting shaft.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 8, wherein the mounting shaft is provided with a bearing and a stop, the first fan is rotatably disposed on the mounting shaft via the bearing, and the stop axially stops the bearing.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 8, further comprising a shield disposed on the mounting shaft such that the first fan is positioned between the shield and the cover assembly.
11. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 1-10, further comprising a fry receptacle disposed within the cooking receptacle that is allowed to separate from the cooking receptacle when the cooking appliance is in the first cooking mode, the fry receptacle being disposed within the cooking receptacle when the cooking appliance is in the second cooking mode, the fry receptacle defining an air exit passage between the fry receptacle and the cooking receptacle,
the heating device is positioned at the bottom of the cooking container, the middle part of the bottom wall of the air-frying container is provided with an air passing hole, other wall surfaces of the bottom wall surface of the air-frying container except the air passing hole are closed surfaces, and the air channel is communicated with the inner cavity of the air-frying container through the air passing hole under the state that the air-frying container is placed in the cooking container.
