Description

Chair frame with foot rest
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of living homes, in particular to a chair frame with a footrest.
Background
The structural design of chairs generally attaches importance to ergonomics and comfort, but most of common chairs emphasize the structural design of back support, and neglect the structural design of head and neck support.
Generally, the back of a chair with a headrest can tilt backwards, but the backrest on the chair generally utilizes a bracket to fix the headrest on the chair back, so that a user can lean the head and neck backwards to relax the muscles of the shoulder and the neck when sitting; for example, chinese patent publication No. CN209694604U discloses a seat, comprising: a lower support part for supporting the buttocks of the human body; one end of the corner connector is connected with the lower supporting part; the back support part is arranged above the lower support part and is connected with the other end of the corner connector, the back support part rotates by taking the connecting position of the back support part and the corner connector as a rotating point, and the back support part is used for supporting the back of a human body; the counterforce part is connected with the corner brace and the back support part, and provides counterforce relative to the rotating direction of the back support part when the back support part rotates; the waist pillow part is arranged above the lower supporting part and is connected with the back supporting part, the waist pillow part is driven by the back supporting part to rotate, and the waist pillow part is used for supporting the waist of the human body; and the headrest part is arranged above the back support part and is connected with the other end of the corner brace, and the headrest part is used for supporting the head of a human body. The utility model discloses a back supporting part of seat can rotate round the rotation point, and when making the people incline and face upward, the human back of laminating that back supporting part can be fine increases the comfort.
But those skilled in the art find during use: the requirement of a user for a headrest can change along with the change of the tilting angle, when the backrest does not tilt backwards, the requirement of the headrest on the headrest is smaller due to the fact that the head and neck of the user is supported by the back, at the moment, the headrest only needs to slightly protrude relative to the backrest, but along with the increase of the backward tilting angle of the backrest, the requirement of the user for the headrest is continuously increased, particularly when the tilting angle of the backrest reaches the maximum, the user needs to protrude the headrest enough relative to the backrest, and the existing headrest design is unfortunately not considered at all.

In this embodiment, in the process that the lower back frame 3 rotates backward from the initial position to the maximum rotatable state, the angle of backward rotation of the lower back frame 3 is greater than that of the backward rotation of the upper back frame 4.
As shown in fig. 9, the first link 50 includes a first section 501, a second section 502 and a third section 503 which are linear and integrally formed, wherein the first section 501 is hinged to the first fixing plate 51, the third section 503 is hinged to the second link 52, and the second section 502 is connected to the first section 501 and the third section 503 such that the bottom of the third section 503 is closer to the lower back frame 3. The arrangement is to prevent the first connecting rod 50 and the second connecting rod 52 from being locked when the hinge point of the first connecting rod 50 and the first fixing plate 51, the hinge point of the first connecting rod 50 and the second connecting rod 52, and the hinge point of the second connecting rod 52 and the upper back frame 4 are located on the same straight line, and to prevent the thickness of the chair back from being too large. In other embodiments, the first, second and third segments 501, 502, 503 may also be arc-shaped.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the left and right sides of the lower back frame 3 are both provided with first positioning holes 32, the left and right sides of the upper back frame 4 are both provided with second positioning holes 42, and when the first positioning holes 32 and the second positioning holes 42 are coaxially distributed, the included angle between the upper back frame 4 and the lower back frame 3 is 100 degrees and 180 degrees; further preferably, when the first positioning hole 32 and the second positioning hole 42 are coaxially distributed, the included angle between the upper back frame 4 and the lower back frame 3 is 180 degrees; this is so arranged because when the lower back frame 3 is not rotated backward, the lower back frame 3 and the upper back frame 4 are generally parallel, and the first positioning hole 32 and the second positioning hole 42 are also coaxially distributed; then, the positioning pin is inserted into the first positioning hole 32 and the second positioning hole 42, so that the lower back frame 3 and the upper back frame 4 are not rotatable, at this time, a four-bar mechanism is formed among the link device 5, the lower back frame 3 and the upper back frame 4, the lower back frame 3 can still rotate backwards relative to the seat frame 2, but the rotatable range is small, namely, the seat frame is suitable for users in office state, when the positioning pin is taken out, the rotatable range of the lower back frame 3 is increased, and a deck chair can be formed, namely, the seat frame is suitable for users in rest state.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, a left third fixing plate 53 and a right third fixing plate 53, a left sliding groove member 55 and a right sliding groove member 54 are further provided, the third fixing plate 53 is welded and fixed to the seat frame 2, both the sliding groove members 55 and the locking members 54 are fixedly mounted on the third fixing plate 53, and the first fixing plate 51 is inserted and mounted in the sliding groove members 55 and cooperates with the locking members 54 to form a locking structure; this arrangement allows the first fixing plate 53 to be stably mounted on the seat frame 2.
In this embodiment, the chute member 55 includes two opposite chutes, which gradually approach from top to bottom, and the third fixing plate 53 is shaped to match with the two chutes. The third fixing plate 53 is configured so as not to penetrate through the chute member 55 when inserted downward.
In the present embodiment, the chute element 55 is inserted into the locking element 54, the locking element 54 extends upward to form a V-shaped extending portion 541, the first fixing plate 51 is provided with a third positioning hole 510, and the bottom of the extending portion 541 extends into the third positioning hole 510. With such an arrangement, when the first fixing plate 51 moves from top to bottom on the sliding groove member 55, the first fixing plate 51 will first abut against the bottom of the extending portion 541 and lift the bottom of the extending portion 541, and when the first fixing plate 51 moves to the end, the bottom of the extending portion 541 is also located at the third positioning hole 510, and then extends into the third positioning hole 510 to form a fastening structure, so that the first fixing plate 53 can be stably installed on the seat frame 2.
