Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it is desirable to provide an environment acquisition device that has a simple structure and can support multiple installation modes and is suitable for different installation scenarios.
The application provides an environment acquisition device suitable for different installation scenes, which comprises an acquisition device body, at least one hoisting block and a fixed support;
the bottom of the collecting device body is provided with a first mounting seat, and the hoisting block is mounted on the first mounting seat; the bottom of the first mounting seat is provided with a second mounting seat, and the bottom of the second mounting seat is provided with a plurality of insertion holes; the fixed bracket is fixedly connected with the second mounting seat through the insertion hole.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the fixed support comprises a vertical rod, a connecting rod and a sleeve; the top of the upright rod is provided with an installation platform, an insertion rod is arranged on the installation platform along the vertical direction, and the insertion rod can be inserted into the insertion hole;
one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the side wall of the upright rod, the other end of the connecting rod is inserted into the sleeve, and the mounting seat is arranged at one end, far away from the connecting rod, of the sleeve.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the side wall of the sleeve is provided with a sliding hole, and the side wall of the connecting rod is provided with a threaded hole; and a fastening hand wheel is installed on the sleeve, and the connecting end of the fastening hand wheel penetrates through the sliding hole to be in threaded connection with the threaded hole.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the number of the insertion holes and the number of the insertion rods are four.
According to the technical scheme that this application embodiment provided, the one end of mount pad have be used for with sleeve pipe fixed connection's fixed part, the other end of mount pad has the installation department that is used for with exterior structure fixed connection.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the mounting part comprises a mounting plate, a hose clamp and an L-shaped bracket; the mounting plate is mounted on one side, away from the sleeve, of the fixing part; the throat hoop is arranged on the side wall of the mounting plate, which is far away from one side of the fixing part; the two L-shaped brackets are arranged on the mounting plate and are positioned on two sides of the hose clamp.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the top end of the collecting device body is provided with the fixed seat.
According to the technical scheme that this application embodiment provided, collection device body top is equipped with the installation pole, the installation pole is kept away from collection device body one side is installed the baffle.
The beneficial effect of this application lies in: based on the technical scheme recorded in the application, as the bottom of the acquisition device body is provided with the first mounting seat, the hoisting block is arranged on the first mounting seat; the bottom of the first mounting seat is provided with a second mounting seat, and the bottom of the second mounting seat is provided with a plurality of insertion holes; the fixed bracket is fixedly connected with the second mounting seat through the insertion hole. In the using process, a hoisting rope or a hoisting rod can be used for being installed in the hoisting block, and the environment acquisition device is installed in a suspension mode; one end of the fixing bracket can be inserted into the insertion hole, and the other end of the fixing bracket is fixed on a wall surface or an upright post; the installation mode can be adopted simultaneously, so that the installation structure is more stable.
The application provides a pair of environment collection system suitable for different installation scenes, simple structure, compatible multiple mounting means can adapt to different application scenes, and the fixed mounting of being convenient for has improved the work efficiency in the installation.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of an environment acquisition device suitable for different installation scenarios provided by the present application, and the environment acquisition device includes an acquisition device body 1, at least one hoisting block 2 and a fixing bracket;
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first mounting seat 3 is arranged at the bottom of the collecting device body 1, and the hoisting block 2 is mounted on the first mounting seat 3; a second mounting seat 4 is arranged at the bottom of the first mounting seat 3, and a plurality of insertion holes 5 are formed in the bottom surface of the second mounting seat 4; the fixing bracket is fixedly connected with the second mounting seat 4 through the insertion hole 5.
Specifically, the number of the hoisting blocks 2 is at least one, namely one, two or more, preferably, the number of the hoisting blocks 2 is three, and the three hoisting blocks 2 are arranged on the first mounting seat 3 in a regular triangular distribution.
Specifically, the number of the insertion holes 5 may be several, that is, one, two or more.
The working principle is as follows: the first mounting seat 3 is provided with the hoisting block 2, so that a hoisting rope or a hoisting rod can be used for being mounted in the hoisting block 2, and the environment acquisition device is mounted in a suspension manner; because the bottom surface of the second mounting seat 4 is provided with a plurality of insertion holes 5, a fixed bracket can be inserted into the second mounting seat 4 through the insertion holes 5, and the other end of the fixed bracket is fixedly mounted on a wall surface or an upright rod; meanwhile, the installation mode can be adopted simultaneously, so that the installation structure is more stable.

Wherein, in a preferred embodiment of the fixed bracket, the fixed bracket comprises a vertical rod 6, a connecting rod 7 and a sleeve 8; the top of the upright rod 6 is provided with an installation platform 9, an insertion rod 10 is arranged on the installation platform 9 along the vertical direction, and the insertion rod 10 can be inserted into the insertion hole 5;
one end of the connecting rod 7 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the vertical rod 6, the other end of the connecting rod 7 is inserted into the sleeve 8, and the sleeve 8 is far away from one end of the connecting rod 7 and is provided with a mounting seat 11.
In particular, the connecting rod 7 can be inserted into the sleeve 8, so that the connecting rod 7 can slide inside the sleeve 8.
Specifically, the number of the insertion rods may be several, that is, one, two or more.
Preferably, one end of the connecting rod 7 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the upright rod 6 far away from one end of the mounting platform 9.
In a preferred embodiment of the sleeve 8, a sliding hole 12 is formed in a side wall of the sleeve 8, and a threaded hole 16 is formed in a side wall of the connecting rod 7; and a fastening hand wheel 17 is installed on the sleeve 8, and the connecting end of the fastening hand wheel 17 penetrates through the sliding hole 12 and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 16.
In particular, the connecting end of the tightening handwheel 17 has an external thread.
When the device is used, the position of the connecting rod 7 in the sleeve 8 is adjusted, and the connecting end of the fastening hand wheel 17 penetrates through the sliding hole 12 to be in threaded connection with the threaded hole 16, so that the fastening hand wheel 17, the connecting rod 7 and the sleeve 8 can be fixed into a whole. Through the structure, the horizontal installation position can be adjusted, and the installation device is suitable for different installation environments.
In the preferred embodiment of the insertion hole 5, the number of the insertion holes 5 and the number of the insertion rods 10 are four. Preferably, the outer surface of the insert rod 10 may be provided with a rubber layer so that the insert rod 10 can be securely inserted into the insert hole 5.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting seat 11, as shown in fig. 3, one end of the mounting seat 11 has a fixing portion 18 for fixedly connecting with the bushing 8, and the other end of the mounting seat 11 has a mounting portion 19 for fixedly connecting with an external structure.
Specifically, the fixing portion 18 may be screwed or welded to the sleeve 8.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting portion 19, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the mounting portion 19 includes a mounting plate 20, a throat hoop 21, and an L-shaped bracket 22; the mounting plate 20 is mounted on the side of the fixing part 18 away from the sleeve 8; the throat hoop 21 is arranged on the side wall of the mounting plate 20 far away from the fixed part 18; two L-shaped brackets 22 are mounted on the mounting plate 20 and located on both sides of the throat hoop 21.
In the using process, when the environment acquisition device is required to be installed on an upright pole or an electric pole, the hose clamp 21 between the two L-shaped brackets 22 can be clamped and fixed on the upright pole or the electric pole, so that the fixed installation is realized; when the environment collection device needs to be installed on a wall surface or an irregular vertical plane, the environment collection device can be fixedly connected through the two L-shaped brackets 22.
In a preferred embodiment of the collecting device body 1, a fixing seat 13 is arranged at the top end of the collecting device body 1.
The fixed base 13 can be used for mounting a sensor, such as an ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor.
In a preferred embodiment of the collecting device body 1, a mounting rod 14 is arranged at the top end of the collecting device body 1, and a baffle 15 is mounted on one side, far away from the collecting device body 1, of the mounting rod 14.
Specifically, the baffle 15 can play a waterproof and protective role in the acquisition device body 1. Meanwhile, a sensor, such as a photosynthetic sensor and a photosynthetically active radiation sensor, can be externally connected to the baffle 15.
