It is understood that the guiding plate 391 and the partition 38 may be fixedly connected to the inner surface of the arc-shaped casing 32 and may be integrally formed with at least a portion of the arc-shaped casing 32, but it is not excluded that the guiding plate and the partition may be separately formed from the arc-shaped casing 32 and then fixed to the arc-shaped casing 32 by gluing, thermal welding or other fixing elements.
Specifically, the arc-shaped casing 32 may be divided into a first portion 323 and a second portion 324 opposite to the first portion 323, the first portion 323 and the second portion 324 are respectively used for being located at two sides of the neck of the human body, the receiving cavity 320 includes a first receiving cavity 320a located in the first portion 323 and a second receiving cavity 320b located in the second portion 324, the at least three sets of fan assemblies 34 include at least two sets of first fan assemblies 341 and at least two sets of second fan assemblies 342, the partition 36 includes a first partition 361 and a second partition 362, the first partition 361 is located in the first receiving cavity 320a and divides the first receiving cavity 320a into at least two first receiving portions 329a, the second partition 322 is located in the second receiving cavity 320b and divides the second receiving cavity 320b into at least two second receiving portions 329b, the at least two first receiving portions 329a are disposed along the extending direction of the first portion 323 and respectively receive the at least two sets of first fan components 341, and the at least two second receiving portions 329b3 are disposed along the extending direction of the second portion 324 and respectively receive the at least two sets of second fan components. It can be understood that, through setting up first accomodate the part with the second accomodates part and corresponding first fan unit 341 and second fan unit 342, not only can avoid the air-out too concentrated, and then the air-out is comfortable, also can improve whole air output, reaches better cooling, enjoys the cool effect.
A first receiving portion 329a of the first receiving cavity 320a adjacent to the second receiving cavity 320b may communicate with a second receiving portion 329b of the second receiving cavity 320b adjacent to the first receiving cavity 320 a. It can be understood that the first receiving portion 329a adjacent to the nape of the human body communicates with the second receiving portion 329b, so that the wind inlet and outlet at the nape is more uniform. Further, the guide plates 391 in the two communicating housing parts 329a and 329b may also be connected together, so that the overall strength is better.
Further, the first partition 361 includes at least two, at least two of the first partitions 361 dividing the first receiving chamber 320a into three first receiving portions 329 a; the second partition 362 includes at least two, and the second receiving chamber 320b is divided into three second receiving portions 329b by the at least two second partitions 362. It can be understood that the design of the first partition 361, the second partition 362, the first storage portion 329a and the second storage portion 329b in the above number is beneficial to the higher air output and the more uniform air output of the whole hanging neck type fan 30, and the balance weight, so as to improve the wearing comfort.
It is to be understood that, in the present embodiment, the number of the first partitions 361 is three, and in addition to two first partitions 361 located between two adjacent first receiving portions 329a, one first partition 361 is further provided in the first receiving chamber 320a adjacent to the end of the arc housing 32. It is to be understood that, in the present embodiment, the number of the second partitions 362 is three, and one second partition 362 is provided in the second receiving chamber 320b adjacent to the end of the arc-shaped housing 32 in addition to two second partitions 362 located between adjacent two of the second receiving portions 329 b.
In some embodiments, the first partition 361 may be an arc-shaped partition that is bent toward an end of the first portion 323 away from the second portion 324; the second baffle 362 may also be an arcuate baffle that curves toward the end of the second portion 324 distal from the first portion 323. It can be understood that the arc-shaped partition plate is also helpful for achieving the effects of effectively guiding the air to enter and exit, reducing noise, uniformly discharging air and the like.
It is understood that the first portion 323 and the second portion 324 may include three receiving portions 329a and 329b, and each receiving portion 329a and 329b receives one fan assembly 34, so that the first portion 323 and the second portion 324 can receive three sets of fan assemblies 34, in this embodiment, the number of the fan assemblies 34 may be six, three sets of fan assemblies are located in the three first receiving portions 329a of the first portion 323, and three other sets of fan assemblies 324 are located in the three second receiving portions 329b of the second portion 324. However, in other embodiments, each receiving portion 329a and 329b may receive a different number of fan assemblies 34, and is not limited to the above.
In some embodiments, the fan structures of the first fan assembly 341 are the same as the fan structures of the second fan assembly 342, and the fan structures of the first fan assembly 341 rotate in the opposite direction to the fan structures of the second fan assembly 342. It can be understood that, since the first fan assembly 341 and the second fan assembly 342 are disposed opposite to each other and are respectively located at two sides of the neck of the human body, the fan blades have the same structure but different rotation directions, which is not only convenient for assembly, but also enables the air flow in the two receiving portions 329a and 329b to be substantially symmetrical and to face the neck of the human body, thereby achieving the technical effect of more uniform air outlet.
In other embodiments, the fan blade structures of the first fan assembly and the second fan assembly are disposed in an axisymmetrical manner (not shown), and the rotation directions of the fan blade structures of the first fan assembly and the second fan assembly are the same. It can be understood that, because first fan assembly with second fan assembly sets up relatively and is located the both sides of human neck respectively, and flabellum structure symmetry direction of rotation is the same, can facilitate the use of the same different flabellum structures of motor drive, still can make two wind currents of accomodating in the part 329a, 329b roughly symmetrical and towards human neck, reach the technological effect of comparatively even air-out.
Each fan assembly 34 includes a mounting shaft 34a and fan blades 34b mounted on the mounting shaft 34a, and the mounting shaft 34a of the fan assembly 34 extends in the same direction as the thickness of the arc-shaped casing 32. It can be understood that, by the extending direction of the mounting shaft 34a being consistent with the thickness direction of the arc-shaped casing 32, the thickness of the arc-shaped casing 32 is reduced, and the wearing comfort is improved.
In addition, the fan assembly 34 is a turbofan assembly, and it can be understood that the turbofan assembly has the effects of uniform air outlet, low noise and the like, and the air inlet and outlet 321, 322 and the receiving portion 329 are matched to achieve a better air outlet effect. The air outlet 321 is disposed on a side of the top wall 32d adjacent to the neck of the human body. Further, the air outlet 322 disposed on the top wall 32d is matched to achieve the effects of high air outlet efficiency, large air volume and the like. Furthermore, the switch and/or the rotation speed of each fan assembly 34 in each receiving portion 329 can be independently adjusted, so that a user can control the switch and the air volume of the fan assembly 34 at a corresponding position according to needs, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, the first portion 323 and the second portion 324 of the arc-shaped casing 32 each include an inner side wall 32a for approaching the neck of a human body, an outer side wall 32b located on the back side of the inner side wall 32a, a bottom wall 32c connected to the inner side wall 32a and the outer side wall 32b, and a top wall 32d connected between the inner side wall 32a and the outer side wall 32b and opposite to the bottom wall 32c, wherein the inner side wall 32a, the outer side wall 32b, the bottom wall 32c, and the top wall 32d enclose the receiving cavity 320, the receiving cavity 320 extends along the extending direction of the arc-shaped casing 32, the air inlet 321 is disposed on the outer side wall 32b, and the air outlet 322 is disposed on a side of the top wall 32d adjacent to the neck of the human. It can be understood that, through the air inlet 321 of the outer side wall 32b and the air outlet 322 of the top wall 32d, the fan assembly 34 directly rotates to guide the air from the air inlet 321 into the air outlet 322 for discharging, so that the air duct is shorter, the air volume loss is smaller, and the wind power efficiency is higher.
It can be understood that the number of the air inlets 321 is plural, and the plural air inlets 321 are arranged in the extending direction of the arc-shaped housing 32. It can be understood that the plurality of air inlets 321 can make the air inlet range larger and the wind power efficiency higher. Further, the plurality of air inlets 321 are uniformly distributed, so that air outlet is more uniform. The number of the air inlets 321 corresponding to each fan assembly 34 is the same, so that the air outlet is more uniform.
Further, in some embodiments, the air inlet 321 includes at least two adjacently disposed air inlet portions 321 a; the outer sidewall 32b includes a sidewall body 321c having an opening region 321b and a connecting portion 321d located in the opening region 321b and connected to the sidewall body 321c, wherein the at least two air inlet portions 321a are formed between the connecting portion 321d and the sidewall body 321 c. It can be understood that the air inlet part 321a is formed in the above manner, the uniformity of inlet air can be improved, the uniformity of outlet air can be improved, and the structure is simple and easy to manufacture, so that the cost is not increased easily. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 321d is substantially cross-shaped, and the air inlet 321 is divided into four air inlet portions 321a by the connecting portion 321d, but it can be understood that the shape of the connecting portion 321d is not limited to the cross-shaped, and the number of the air inlet portions 321a is not limited to four.
Further, the outer sidewall 32b is further provided with an air inlet blocking plate 392, and the air inlet blocking plate 392 is installed corresponding to the opening region 321b, so that the wind can enter the receiving cavity 320 through the area between the air inlet blocking plate 392 and the sidewall body 321c and the air inlet portion 321 a. It can be understood that, through the air inlet baffle 392, not only can the safety of air inlet and outlet be improved, but also the appearance is beautiful and comfortable.
Further, in some embodiments, the number of the air outlets 322 is multiple, and the multiple air outlets 322 are arranged in the extending direction of the arc-shaped housing 32. It can be understood that the air outlets 322 make the air outlet more uniform. Further, the plurality of air outlets are 322 a plurality of strip-shaped air outlets parallel to each other, and the extending direction of the strip-shaped air outlets 322 intersects (e.g., approximately perpendicularly intersects) the extending direction of the arc-shaped housing 32. It can be understood that the above design of the air outlet 322 in the extending direction can achieve better air guiding effect by matching the fan assembly 34 with the extending direction of the mounting shaft 34a along the thickness direction of the arc-shaped housing 32. Furthermore, the air outlets 322 are uniformly arranged; the plurality of air outlets 322 are arranged in a U-shape. It can be understood that the U-shaped outlets 322 make the covering range of the outlets of the hanging neck fan 30 larger, the air output is better, and the uneven air output can be improved. In addition, a plurality of air outlet 322 evenly arranges for the air-out is more even.
In the muffler type fan 30, the outer surface of the bottom wall 32c away from the top wall 32d may be an arc surface 3203 concave toward the receiving cavity 320; in a direction from one end of the arc-shaped housing 32 to the middle portion of the arc-shaped housing 32, the concave curvature of the arc-shaped surface 3203 gradually increases and then gradually decreases, so that the bottom walls 32c of the first portion 323 and the second portion 324 are both approximately high at the middle and low at both sides. It can be understood that the design of the curvature can be more suitable for the curve of the shoulder and the neck of the human body, and the effect of wearing comfort is achieved.
Further, the outer surface 3204 of the top wall 32d away from the bottom wall 32c may be in the same shape as the arc surface 3203 and parallel to each other, and the outer surface 3204 of the top wall 32d is also high in the middle and low on both sides. It can be understood that the design of the curvature can be more suitable for the curve of the shoulder and the neck of the human body, and the effect of wearing comfort is achieved. In addition, the hanging neck type fan 30 further includes a switch key 381, a power indicator 382, a circuit board 383 and a battery 384, wherein the switch key 381 is disposed on the outer sidewall 32b and adjacent to an end of the arc-shaped casing 32. The operation of a user can be facilitated, and the air inlet and the air outlet are not influenced. The power indicator 382 is disposed adjacent to the switch key 381 and on the outer sidewall 32 b. The circuit board 383 may be adjacent to the switch key 381 and located in the receiving portion 329. The battery 384 may also be located in the receiving portion 329 and between the two fan assemblies 34. It is understood that the above design can facilitate the installation and routing of the switch key 381, the corresponding power indicator 382, the circuit board 383 and the battery 384. However, in a modified embodiment, the power indicator lamp 382 may be omitted.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (18)

1. The utility model provides a hang neck formula fan which characterized in that: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
the arc-shaped shell can be worn at the neck of a human body, the arc-shaped shell is provided with a containing cavity, an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet and the air outlet are communicated with the containing cavity, at least two partition plates are further arranged in the containing cavity, the containing cavity is divided into at least three containing parts sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the arc-shaped shell through the at least two partition plates, and each containing part corresponds to a part of the air inlet and a part of the air outlet; and
at least three sets of fan components, the at least three sets of fan components are respectively located in the at least three receiving parts, and the fan components are used for guiding the wind of the wind inlets corresponding to the receiving parts to the wind outlets corresponding to the receiving parts and blowing out the wind.
2. The hanging neck fan of claim 1, wherein: and when viewed from the cross section perpendicular to the extension direction of the arc-shaped shell, the thickness of the two ends of the arc-shaped shell is smaller than the width of the two ends of the arc-shaped shell.
3. The hanging neck type fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein: and when viewed from the cross section perpendicular to the extension direction of the arc-shaped shell, the thickness of the middle part of the arc-shaped shell is smaller than the width of the middle part of the arc-shaped shell and/or the width of the middle part of the arc-shaped shell is smaller than the widths of two ends of the arc-shaped shell.

The hanging neck fan of claim 1, wherein: the accommodating part is also provided with a guide plate, the guide plate divides the accommodating part into an air inlet area corresponding to the air inlet and an air outlet area corresponding to the air outlet, and the fan assembly is positioned between the air inlet area and the air outlet area; the guide panel includes an arc portion protruding toward the air intake area.
5. The hanging neck fan of claim 1, wherein: the arc-shaped shell comprises a first part and a second part arranged opposite to the first part, the first part and the second part are respectively used for being positioned at two sides of the neck of a human body, the containing cavities comprise a first containing cavity positioned in the first part and a second containing cavity positioned in the second part, the at least three groups of fan components comprise at least two groups of first fan components and at least two groups of second fan components, the partition plates comprise a first partition plate and a second partition plate, the first partition plate is positioned in the first containing cavity and divides the first containing cavity into at least two first containing parts, the second partition plate is positioned in the second containing cavity and divides the second containing cavity into at least two second containing parts, and the at least two first containing parts are arranged along the extending direction of the first part and respectively contain the at least two groups of first fan components, the at least two second receiving portions are arranged along the extending direction of the second portions and respectively receive the at least two groups of second fan assemblies.
6. The hanging neck fan of claim 5, wherein: a first receiving portion of the first receiving cavity adjacent to the second receiving cavity communicates with a second receiving portion of the second receiving cavity adjacent to the first receiving cavity.
7. The hanging neck fan of claim 5, wherein: the first partition plate comprises at least two, and the first receiving cavity is divided into three first receiving parts by the at least two first partition plates; the second partition plate includes at least two, and the at least two second partition plates divide the second receiving chamber into three second receiving portions.
8. The hanging neck fan of claim 5, wherein: the first baffle is an arc-shaped baffle bent towards the end part of the first part far away from the second part; the second baffle is an arc-shaped baffle bent towards the end of the second part away from the first part.
9. The hanging neck fan of claim 5, wherein: the fan blade structure of the first fan assembly is the same as that of the second fan assembly, and the rotating directions of the fan blade structure of the first fan assembly and that of the fan blade structure of the second fan assembly are opposite.
10. The hanging neck fan of claim 5, wherein: the fan blade structure of the first fan component and the fan blade structure of the second fan component are arranged in an axial symmetry mode, and the rotating directions of the fan blade structure of the first fan component and the fan blade structure of the second fan component are the same.
11. The hanging neck fan of claim 1, wherein: each fan assembly comprises an installation shaft and fan blades installed on the installation shaft, and the extending direction of the installation shaft of the fan assembly is consistent with the direction of the thickness of the arc-shaped shell.

The hanging neck fan of claim 12, wherein: the hanging neck type fan further comprises a switch key, and the switch key is arranged on the outer side wall and is adjacent to the end part of the arc-shaped shell; the hanging neck type fan further comprises a power indicator light, and the power indicator light is adjacent to the switch key and arranged on the outer side wall; the fan assembly is a turbofan assembly; the air outlet is arranged on one side of the top wall, which is adjacent to the neck of the human body.
18. The hanging neck fan of claim 1, wherein: the switch and/or the rotating speed of each fan assembly in each receiving part can be independently adjusted.
