A novel chain drive transmission as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the composition of crank (1) is including first connector (12), dust guard (13), handle arm (14) and second connector (15), the downside of the right-hand member of first connector (12) is provided with handle arm (14), handle arm (14) and first connector (12) are through whole casting fixed connection, the table end of both sides respectively is provided with one dust guard (13) around handle arm (14), dust guard (13) and handle arm (14) are through cup jointing and being connected, the downside of the right-hand member of handle arm (14) is provided with second connector (15), second connector (15) and handle arm (14) are through whole casting fixed connection, crank (1) is through bolt fixed connection through first connector (12) and chain wheel (2).
