The steerable rail device of claim 5, wherein in a direction away from the resilient restoring body, the hub is formed with first and second hub segments of successively increasing diameter, the outer surface of the first hub segment being adapted to contact the upper end surface of the rail, and a step surface facing away from the resilient restoring body is formed between the first and second hub segments, the step surface being adapted to contact the inner side surface of the rail.
7. The steerable rail device of claim 1, further comprising a lift assembly, the lift assembly comprising:
the cylinder barrel of the driving oil cylinder is used for being hinged and mounted to the lower end face of the chassis; and the number of the first and second groups,
