Background
At present, the existing mold cup process generally includes a hot pressing process, i.e., a sponge sheet is pressed on a cloth cup mold by a shaping device, and the sponge sheet is heated at a high temperature to flow into a cup shape.
In the related art, a common shaping device comprises a hollow frame, a workbench is arranged on the frame, a cylinder is arranged at the top of the frame and positioned above the workbench, heating plates are respectively arranged on the upper surface of the workbench and a piston rod of the cylinder, and the opposite surfaces of the two heating plates are respectively fixedly connected with a die through bolts; and placing the sponge sheet on the surface of the die below, and starting the cylinder to drive the die above to press downwards so as to finish hot-pressing work.
With respect to the above-described related art, the inventors consider that the following problems exist: because the sizes of the mold cups are different, when the mold cups with different sizes are processed, different molds need to be replaced, however, the mold cups are fixedly connected to the heating plate through bolts, so that when the mold cups are disassembled, assembled and replaced, a special tool such as a screwdriver needs to be used for unlocking, the process is complicated, and improvement is needed.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to improve the convenience of changing the mould, this application provides a typical installation convenient to change mould.

the fixed subassembly includes fixing bolt and supports tight nut, the surface of hot plate is provided with T type groove, fixing bolt includes nut and screw rod, the nut is located T type inslot portion, the notch in T type groove is worn out to the screw rod, the surface of gag lever post is run through and is provided with long waist hole, the screw rod runs through long waist hole, support tight nut and the surface butt cooperation that T type groove was kept away from to the gag lever post.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when needs are changed the mould, twist and move and support the tight nut, so that support the separation of tight nut and gag lever post, the pulling gag lever post, the mould is kept away from to the gag lever post, so that gag lever post and spacing groove separate, and then the spacing of gag lever post to the mould has been relieved, place new mould on the hot plate, align spacing groove and gag lever post, remove the gag lever post, so that the gag lever post insert to the spacing inslot and with the spacing groove butt, twist and move and support the tight nut, so that support the tight nut and provide the effort to the gag lever post, thereby fix the gag lever post, and then support the tight nut and remove the gag lever post through twisting and just can realize fixing the mould, thereby indirect convenience of changing the mould has been improved.
Preferably, the fixed surface of hot plate is connected with two stoppers, two the stopper is located the both sides of gag lever post respectively, two lateral walls of gag lever post slide the cooperation with the relative lateral wall of two stoppers respectively.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, two lateral walls of gag lever post slide the cooperation with the relative lateral wall of two stoppers respectively to the ascending rotation of restriction gag lever post horizontal direction, and then reduce the gag lever post and take place to rotate at the in-process of installation, and make the position of gag lever post change, thereby the condition that influences the installation effectiveness of gag lever post takes place.
Preferably, the end part of the limiting rod, which is close to the limiting groove, is provided with a chamfer.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the chamfer has the effect of guide, and when the gag lever post did not aim at the spacing groove completely, the gag lever post can be inserted along the chamfer and connect to the spacing inslot to the fault-tolerant rate that gag lever post and spacing groove are connected has indirectly been improved.
Preferably, the surface edge of the limiting rod is arranged in a round angle mode.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the fillet can reduce the sharpness at gag lever post edge, and when the staff inserted the gag lever post into the spacing groove, effectively improved the comfort level that the staff hand held the gag lever post.

Preferably, be provided with the reference column on the hot plate, the surface of mould is provided with the constant head tank, reference column and constant head tank grafting cooperation.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, reference column and constant head tank grafting cooperation to play the positioning action to the mould, and then accelerated the efficiency of die holding indirectly.

1. the mold can be fixed by screwing the abutting nut and moving the limiting rod, so that the convenience of replacing the mold is indirectly improved;
2. the chamfering can reduce the sharpness of the edge of the limiting rod, and when a worker inserts the limiting rod into the limiting groove, the comfort level of the worker for holding the limiting rod by hands is effectively improved;

Furthermore, a fixing member is provided on the heating plate 2.
Specifically, the fixing component comprises a fixing bolt 5 and a tightening nut 6, and the fixing bolt 5 is in threaded fit with the tightening nut 6. In addition, the screw 52 penetrates through the notch of the T-shaped groove 221, the long waist hole 41 is formed in the surface of the limiting rod 4 in a penetrating mode, the long waist hole 41 is formed in the length direction of the limiting rod 4, and the screw 52 penetrates through the long waist hole 41 and is matched with the long waist hole 41 in a sliding mode. Further, the screw 52 is sleeved with a gasket 7, the gasket 7 is located between the abutting nut 6 and the limiting rod 4, and two surfaces of the gasket 7 are respectively abutted to the surfaces of the abutting nut 6 and the limiting rod 4. Two surfaces of gasket 7 respectively with support tight nut 6 and gag lever post 4's surface butt to increase area of contact, reduce pressure prevents not hard up, plays certain guard action to gag lever post 4 and fixing bolt 5.
The implementation principle of the setting equipment convenient for replacing the mold 3 in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the mold 3 needs to be replaced, the abutting nut 6 is screwed, so that the abutting nut 6 is separated from the limiting rod 4, the limiting rod 4 is pulled, the limiting rod 4 is far away from the mold 3, so that the limiting rod 4 is separated from the limiting groove 32, the limitation of the limiting rod 4 on the mold 3 is removed, a new mold 3 is placed on the heating plate 2, the limiting groove 32 is aligned with the limiting rod 4, the limiting rod 4 is moved, so that the limiting rod 4 is inserted into the limiting groove 32 and is abutted to the limiting groove 32, the abutting nut 6 is screwed, so that the abutting nut 6 provides acting force for the limiting rod 4, the limiting rod 4 is fixed, the abutting nut 6 and the limiting rod 4 are screwed, the mold 3 can be fixed, and the convenience of replacing the mold 3 is indirectly improved.
