As shown in fig. 3 to 4B, the adjusting device 12 further comprises an inner neck shell 123 and an outer neck shell 124, wherein the inner neck shell 123 is pivotally arranged inside the outer neck shell 124, and the adjusting bolt 112 is arranged on the inner neck shell 123 of the adjusting device 12, and the inner neck shell 123 is synchronously movable with the adjusting bolt 112 of the neck brace body 10. The locking device 121 of the adjustment device 12 is fixedly arranged on the outer neck shell 124, and the external tooth unit 1212 of the locking device 121 is fixed by the outer neck shell 124.
The inner neck shell 123 of the adjusting device 12 comprises a shell body 1231 and at least one stud 1232 disposed on the shell body 1231, wherein the stud 1232 is disposed inside the shell body 1231, and the stud 1232 is drivingly connected to the internal tooth unit 1211 of the locking device 121, and when the adjusting bolt 112 drives the unlocking element 122 to unlock, the adjusting bolt 112 drives the shell body 1231 and the stud 1232 of the inner neck shell 123 to rotate synchronously. The pegs 1232 drive the internal tooth unit 1211 to circumferentially rotate to adjust the position of the internal teeth 1212 of the internal tooth unit 1211.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixing means 13 are provided on both sides of the adjusting means 12, wherein the fixing means 13 is used for fixing the neck brace to the neck of the user. The fixing device 13 further comprises a neck strap 131, a neck fixing unit 132 and a chest support 133, wherein the neck strap 131 is disposed on the neck fixing unit 132, and the neck strap 131 fixes the neck fixing unit 132 on the neck of the user by binding. Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the neck strap 131 is implemented as a hook and loop fastener or a winding strap. The neck fixing unit 132 is disposed outside the adjusting device 12, wherein the outer neck shell 124 of the adjusting device 12 is fixed to the neck fixing unit 132, and the adjusting device 12 and the chin cup 11 are fixed to the neck of the user by the fixing device 13.
The chest support 133 is disposed below the neck fixing unit 132, wherein the chest support 133 can be supported forward by the chest of the user, and the chest support 133 provides an upward supporting force for the lower jaw support 11. It will be appreciated that the chest support 133 is supported forwardly and upwardly by the chest of the user, whereby the chest support 133 provides an upward supporting force to the adjustment means 12 and the chin rest 11 to prevent the user from pressing down too much on the head when wearing the neck rest.
The chest support 133 includes a tray 1331 and two chest support frames 1332 connected to the tray 1331, wherein the chest support frames 1332 connect the tray 1331 to the cervical fixing unit 132. It should be noted that the tray 1331 and the chest support bracket 1332 of the chest support 133 form a V-shaped or U-shaped support structure, which is beneficial to support stability. The chest support bracket 1332 of the chest support 133 extends obliquely downward along the user's shoulders to the user's chest so that the user supports the tray 1331 upward and forward through the chest and provides a supporting force to the chin rest 11 through the tray 1331 and the chest support bracket 1332. It will be appreciated that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tray 1331 of the chest support 133 is positioned adjacent to the chest of the user's body to maintain the user's proper posture by the body's own support, preventing the head from being depressed too far. It is worth mentioning that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the chest support bracket 1332 of the chest support 133 is a hard bracket.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the vital signs detection system 20 comprises a heart and lung detection device 21, the heart and lung detection device 21 is disposed on the chest support 133 of the fixing device 13, wherein the heart and lung detection device 21 is used for detecting the heart rate and/or respiratory rate of the user. The cardiopulmonary detecting device 21 is disposed on the tray 1331 of the chest support 133, and the cardiopulmonary detecting device 21 is disposed on the lower end face of the tray 1331, that is, when the user wears the neck support for use, the cardiopulmonary detecting device 21 faces the chest of the user, so as to detect the heart rate and/or the respiratory rate of the user, and improve the detection accuracy.
It is worth mentioning that the vital signs detection system 20 is electrically connected to the power supply 30, and the power supply 30 provides operating power to the vital signs detection system 20. Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting wires of the cardiopulmonary detection device 21 and the power supply 30 of the vital signs detection system 20 are disposed on the chest support frame 1332 of the chest support 133.
It should be further noted that, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the neck support is worn by the user, the chest support 133 is adapted to be supported by the chest of the user, wherein the position of the heart and the lung of the user is pressed close to the chest support 133, which is beneficial to the heart lung detecting device 21 detecting the heart rate and the breathing of the user.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in other alternative embodiments of the present invention, the heart lung detecting device 21 of the physical sign detecting system 20 can also be disposed at other positions of the neck support body 10, for example, the heart lung detecting device 21 is mounted on the adjusting device 12 or the lower jaw support 11, and the heart lung detecting device 21 faces the neck of the user, so as to accurately detect the vital sign data such as heart rate and respiration. Therefore, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the position where the cardiopulmonary detection device 21 is installed is only used as an example and not a limitation.
As shown in FIG. 3, the vital signs detection system 20 further comprises a body temperature detection device 22, wherein the body temperature detection device 22 is disposed on the neck shell 123 of the adjustment device 12, and the body temperature detection device 22 is configured to detect the body temperature of the user. The temperature detection device 22 is disposed inside the shell main body 1231 of the neck shell 123. It will be appreciated that when the neck brace is worn by a user, the temperature detection means 22 is attached to the neck of the user and the temperature at which the user has progressed is detected by the temperature detection means 22. The vital signs detecting system 20 further comprises a blood pressure detecting device 23, the blood pressure detecting device 23 is configured to detect the blood pressure of the user, the blood pressure detecting device 23 is disposed inside the shell main body 1231 of the inner neck shell 23, and when the neck brace is worn by the user, the blood pressure detecting device 23 is attached to the outside of the neck of the user so as to detect the blood pressure data of the current user.
Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the body temperature detecting device 22 and the blood pressure detecting device 22 are built in the neck brace body 10, when the user wears the neck brace, the neck brace body 10 can support the body temperature detecting device 22 and/or the blood pressure detecting device 23 to detect the body temperature and/or blood pressure of the user and other physical signs of the physical sign detecting system 20.
The neck brace further comprises a processing unit 40, wherein the processing unit 40 is disposed on the neck brace body 10, and the processing unit 40 is electrically connected to the power source 30 and communicatively connected to the vital signs detection system 20. The processing unit 40 is configured to process the electrical signals transmitted and received by the vital signs detection system 20. It is worth mentioning that the processing unit 40 is configured to control the operation state of the physical sign detecting system 20, such as controlling the detecting frequency, the detecting time, the detecting switch, etc. of the body temperature detecting device 22, the blood pressure detecting device 23, or the heart lung detecting device 21 by the processing unit 40.
The neck brace further comprises a communication unit 50, wherein the communication unit 50 is provided to the neck brace body 10, and the communication unit 50 is electrically connected to the processing unit 40 and the power supply 30. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the neck brace can be connected to the external communication device through the communication unit 50 to acquire and transmit data signals to the external communication device. For example, the communication unit 50 can transmit the detection data of the physical sign detection system 20 to a user or a communication device, such as a mobile phone, a computer, a medical platform, etc., in communication therewith in real time.
Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the communication unit 50 is connected with the external communication device by wireless signal transmission, that is, the communication unit 50 is implemented as a wireless network module. The communication unit 50 may be, but is not limited to, a wifi connection device, a bluetooth connection device, a ZigBee connection device, and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the neck brace further comprises at least one distance detection device 60, wherein the distance detection device 60 is disposed on the lower jaw 11 of the neck brace body 10, and the detection direction of the distance detection device 60 is parallel to the visual angle direction of the user when the user wears the neck brace, that is, the distance detection device 60 is configured to detect the distance of an object in front of the eyes when the user wears the neck brace. The distance detecting device 60 is communicably connected to the processing unit 40 and electrically connected to the power supply 30, wherein the distance detecting device 60 detects that there is an obstacle in front, such as the distance between a book and a user when reading a book, the distance between a person or other obstacle in front of the user when walking, etc. The data information detected by the distance detection means 60 is transmitted to the communication unit 50 so that the communication unit 50 prompts the user with the detection information.
As shown in fig. 6A and 6B, the distance detecting device 60 of the neck brace can be preset with a safety distance, such as a proper reading distance H1 when reading, when the distance detecting device 60 detects that the distance between the eyes of the user and the book or the computer screen is less than H1, the distance detecting device 60 generates a prompt signal and transmits the prompt signal to the communication unit to prompt the user to adjust the viewing distance in time to avoid affecting the vision of the user.
In special circumstances, such as an outbreak, it is necessary to keep a suitable social distance between people to avoid infection by the virus. The collar may be used to alert the current user to maintain a proper social distance. For example, the processing unit 40 of the neck brace may preset the distance detection device 60 with a suitable social distance H2, and when the contact distance between the user and other human or animal is greater than the social distance H2, the user may be considered to be in a safe environment. Correspondingly, when the social distance between the user and other people or animals is smaller than the set social distance H2, the user of the neck brace is prompted to adjust the positions of the user and other people in time, so that the propagation of viruses is prevented, and the risk of virus infection is reduced.
The distance detecting device 60 further includes one or more sensing units 61, wherein the sensing unit 61 is provided at the front end of the lower jaw 11, and the sensing unit 61 detects the distance of the front end of the lower jaw 11, that is, the living body such as a human or an animal in front of the body of the user. The sensing unit 61 may be, but is not limited to, an infrared distance detector, an ultrasonic distance detector, a laser distance detector, a radar distance detector, or the like. Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the sensing units 61 of the distance detecting device 60 is two. It can be understood that by increasing the number and the disposed positions of the sensing units 61, the detection range of the distance detecting device 60 is increased and the accuracy of the detection result is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the neck brace further comprises at least one prompting device 70, wherein the prompting device 70 is electrically connected to the power source 30, and the prompting device 70 is communicatively connected to the processing unit 40, and a generated prompting signal is transmitted to the prompting device 70 by the processing unit 40 to prompt the current user. The prompting device 70 is disposed on the neck brace body 10, wherein when the detection distance between the user and the object to be detected or other person is less than the preset distance, the processing unit 40 generates a prompting signal and transmits the prompting signal to the prompting device 70, and the prompting device 70 prompts the user to adjust the body posture or the distance to other person in time.
The prompting device 70 of the posture correction system prompts the user to adjust his/her posture, such as a sedentary reminder, a close-range reading, a long-time computer facing reminder, a fatigue reminder, etc., according to the distance data and the time data detected by the distance detecting device. It is to be understood that the function of the posture correction system is described herein as exemplary only, and not limiting.
It is worth mentioning that, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the prompting device 70 gives the warning signal to the current user in the form of sound prompt, vibration prompt or light prompt. Accordingly, the prompting device 70 includes an audio prompting unit 71, wherein the audio prompting unit 71 is communicatively connected to the processing unit 40. The sound prompt unit 71 prompts the current user by emitting a warning sound prompt. Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sound prompt unit 71 is disposed on the fixing device 13 of the neck brace body 10. It is to be understood that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the position of the audible prompting unit 71 is merely taken as an example and is not limited.
The prompting device 70 further includes a vibration unit 72, wherein the vibration unit 72 is configured to prompt the current user by vibration to alert the user. The vibration unit 72 is electrically connected to the power source 30, and the vibration unit 72 is communicatively connected to the processing unit 40, with the prompt signal being transmitted by the processing unit 40 to the vibration unit 72. Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vibration unit 72 is disposed on the inner neck shell 123 of the adjusting device 12 of the neck brace body 10, and the vibration unit 72 is close to the neck of the user so as to transmit the prompt signal to the user through the neck. It will be appreciated that the prompting device 70 may also alert the current user by other prompting means, such as a warning light.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the neck brace further comprises a pressure detection device 80, the pressure detection device 80 is disposed on the lower jaw 11 of the neck brace body 10, and the pressure detection device 80 is used for detecting the pressure applied to the lower jaw of the user when the user uses the neck brace. Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressure detecting device 80 is disposed on the support body 111 of the lower jaw support 11. The pressure detection device 80 is electrically connected to the processing unit 40 and the power source 30, and the power source 30 provides operating power to the pressure detection device 80. The pressure data that the lower jaw support 11 bore that pressure detection device 80 detected are transmitted to processing unit 40, detect when pressure detection device 80 the pressure that lower jaw support 11 bore is too big, by processing unit 40 generates a tip message, in order to indicate the user in time to adjust the neck brace body 10, adjust promptly the support angle of lower jaw support 11 avoids causing the oppression to the user's health.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention as described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the present invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.
Claims (28)
1. A neck brace adapted for a wearer, comprising:
a neck brace body; and
a sign detection system, wherein said sign detection system is disposed in said neck brace body, supported by said neck brace body said sign detection system for said sign detection system to detect vital sign data of said wearer.
2. The neck brace according to claim 1, wherein said neck brace body comprises a lower jaw brace, two adjusting means disposed on both sides of said lower jaw brace, and two fixing means, wherein said fixing means are disposed on said adjusting means, said adjusting means are movably disposed on both sides of said lower jaw brace, said lower jaw brace is rotatably adjustable in a circumferential direction of said adjusting means, whereby said adjusting means locks a supporting angle of said lower jaw brace.
3. The neck brace according to claim 2, wherein said lower jaw brace includes a brace body and two adjustment bolts integrally extended from said brace body to both ends, wherein said adjustment bolts of said lower jaw brace are rotatable up and down in a circumferential direction of said adjustment means and in a head-up position, and said adjustment means can fix said adjustment bolts of said lower jaw brace within a preset angular range to lock said lower jaw brace.
4. A neck brace according to claim 3, wherein said adjustment means includes a locking means and an unlocking unit, wherein said unlocking unit is tractably movably connected to said adjustment bolt, said unlocking unit is drivingly connected to said locking means, said unlocking unit being driven by said adjustment bolt to switch said locking means between a locked state and an unlocked state.
5. A neck brace as claimed in claim 4, wherein said locking means includes an internal tooth unit and an external tooth unit which is meshingly lockable with said internal tooth unit, wherein said internal tooth unit of said locking means is drivably connected to said unlocking unit.
6. A neck brace according to claim 5, wherein said external tooth unit includes a gear ring and is further provided with a plurality of gear grooves, wherein said gear grooves are formed on the inner side of said gear ring, wherein said internal tooth unit of said lock is meshably provided to said gear ring of said external tooth unit, said internal tooth unit includes an internal tooth turntable, at least one internal tooth integrally extending from said internal tooth turntable, and at least one internal tooth pin, wherein said internal tooth pin is provided to said internal tooth, and said unlocking unit drives said internal tooth to move by said internal tooth pin so that said internal tooth is disengaged from said gear groove internal tooth pin.
7. A neck brace as claimed in claim 6, wherein the unlocking unit includes a transmission element which is drivingly connected to the adjustment pegs and at least one actuating element provided to the transmission element which is drivingly connected to the internal tooth pegs of the internal tooth unit, the transmission element being driven by the adjustment pegs to move the actuating element in synchronism, whereby the actuating element drives the internal tooth pegs of the internal tooth unit to move.
8. The neck brace according to claim 2, wherein the fixing means further comprises a neck strap and a neck fixing unit, wherein said neck strap is provided to said neck fixing unit, said adjusting means being fixed to said neck fixing unit, whereby said neck strap and said neck fixing unit fix said adjusting means and said lower jaw brace.
9. The neck brace according to claim 8, wherein said securing means further comprises a chest brace, wherein said chest brace is disposed below said neck securing unit, whereby said chest brace provides upward support force for said chin brace and said adjustment means.
10. The neck brace according to claim 9, wherein the chest brace comprises a tray and two chest brace brackets connected to the tray, wherein the chest brace brackets connect the tray to the neck fixation unit.
11. The neck brace according to claim 8, wherein said vital signs detection system includes a cardiopulmonary detection device, wherein said cardiopulmonary detection device is disposed on said chest brace of said immobilization device.
12. The neck brace according to claim 11, wherein the vital signs detection system further comprises an integral temperature detection device, wherein the body temperature detection device is disposed inside the adjustment device.
13. The neck brace according to claim 1, further comprising a power source and a processing unit, wherein said power source is disposed at said neck brace body, wherein said condition detection system is electrically connected to said power source and communicatively connected to said processing unit.
14. The neck brace according to claim 13, further comprising at least one distance detecting means, wherein said distance detecting means is provided to said chin rest of said brace body, a detecting direction of said distance detecting means being parallel to a viewing direction of a user when wearing said neck brace, whereby said distance detecting means detects a distance to an object in front of the user.
15. The neck brace according to claim 13, further comprising at least one prompting device, wherein said prompting device is electrically connected to said power source and said prompting device is communicatively connected to said processing unit, a generated prompting signal being transmitted by said processing unit to said prompting device, whereby said prompting device provides a prompting signal to a user.
16. The neck brace according to claim 1, wherein said neck brace body comprises a lower jaw brace, two adjusting means provided on both sides of said lower jaw brace, and two fixing means, wherein said fixing means is provided to said adjusting means, said adjusting means is movably provided on both sides of said lower jaw brace, said lower jaw brace is rotatably adjustable in a circumferential direction of said adjusting means, whereby said adjusting means locks a supporting angle of said lower jaw brace, wherein said lower jaw brace comprises a brace body and two adjusting bolts extending from said brace body to both ends, wherein said adjusting bolts of said lower jaw brace are rotatable up and down in a circumferential direction of said adjusting means and in a head-up position, and said adjusting means fixes said adjusting bolts of said lower jaw brace within a predetermined angular range to lock said lower jaw brace, wherein said adjusting means comprises a locking means and an unlocking unit, wherein the unlocking unit is tractably movably connected to the adjusting bolt, the unlocking unit is drivingly connected to the locking device, the unlocking unit is driven by the adjusting bolt so that the locking device can be switched between a locked state and an unlocked state, wherein the locking device comprises an internal tooth unit and an external tooth unit which is lockably engaged with the internal tooth unit, wherein the internal tooth unit of the locking device is drivingly connected to the unlocking unit, wherein the external tooth unit comprises a ring gear and is further provided with a plurality of gear grooves, wherein the gear grooves are formed inside the ring gear, wherein the internal tooth unit of the locking device is meshably provided to the ring gear of the external tooth unit, the internal tooth unit comprises an internal tooth turntable, at least one tooth integrally extending from the internal tooth turntable, and at least one internal tooth pin, wherein the internal tooth pin is provided to the internal tooth teeth, the unlocking unit drives the internal tooth teeth to move by the internal tooth pin so that the internal tooth teeth are disengaged from the gear groove internal tooth pin, wherein the unlocking unit comprises a transmission element and at least one actuating element provided to the transmission element, wherein the transmission element is drivingly connected to the adjusting pin, the actuating element is drivingly connected to the internal tooth pin of the internal tooth unit, the transmission element is driven by the adjusting pin to move the actuating element synchronously, whereby the actuating element drives the internal tooth pin of the internal tooth unit to move, wherein the fixing device further comprises a neck band and a neck fixing unit, wherein the neck band is provided to the neck fixing unit, and the adjusting device is fixed to the neck fixing unit, whereby the neckband and the neck fixing unit fix the adjustment device and the chin rest, wherein the fixing device further comprises a chest rest, wherein the chest rest is disposed under the neck fixing unit, whereby the chest rest provides upward supporting force for the chin rest and the adjustment device, wherein the chest rest comprises a tray and two chest rest supports connected to the tray, wherein the chest rest supports connect the tray to the neck fixing unit, wherein the physical signs detecting system comprises a cardiopulmonary detecting device, wherein the cardiopulmonary detecting device is disposed at the chest rest of the fixing device, wherein the physical signs detecting system further comprises a body temperature detecting device, wherein the body temperature detecting device is disposed inside the adjustment device, further comprising a power source and a processing unit, wherein the power source is disposed at the neck rest body, wherein the physical sign detection system is electrically connected to the power supply and communicatively connected to the processing unit, further comprising at least one distance detection device, wherein the distance detection device is disposed at the jaw support of the neck support body, a detection direction of the distance detection device is parallel to a viewing direction of a user when the user wears the neck support, whereby the distance detection device detects a distance to an object in front of the user, further comprising at least one prompting device, wherein the prompting device is electrically connected to the power supply and communicatively connected to the processing unit, and the processing unit transmits a generated prompting signal to the prompting device, whereby the prompting device provides a prompting signal to the user.
17. A neck brace, comprising:
a neck brace body; and
a distance detecting means, wherein the distance detecting means is provided to the neck brace body, the distance detecting means being supported by the neck brace body for the distance detecting means to detect the distance of an object existing around the neck brace body.
18. The neck brace according to claim 17, wherein said neck brace body comprises a lower jaw brace, two adjusting means disposed on both sides of said lower jaw brace, and two fixing means, wherein said fixing means are disposed on said adjusting means, said adjusting means are movably disposed on both sides of said lower jaw brace, said lower jaw brace is rotatably adjustable in a circumferential direction of said adjusting means, whereby said adjusting means locks a supporting angle of said lower jaw brace.
19. The neck brace according to claim 18, wherein said distance detecting means is provided at a front end of said chin bar of said neck brace body, and a detecting direction of said distance detecting means is parallel to a viewing direction of a user when wearing said neck brace, and said distance detecting means presets a safety distance, and when a distance detected by said distance detecting means is smaller than said safety distance, said distance detecting means generates a prompt message.
20. A neck brace according to claim 18, wherein the distance detection means further comprises one or more sensing units symmetrically disposed at the front end of the brace body.
21. The neck brace according to claim 20, wherein the sensing unit is selected from a group of detectors consisting of an infrared distance detector, an ultrasonic distance detector, a laser distance detector, or a radar distance detector.
22. A neck brace according to claim 19, further comprising a prompting device, wherein said prompting device is provided on said neck brace body and said prompting device is communicatively connected to said distance detecting device, said distance detecting device transmitting prompting information to said prompting device.
23. The neck brace according to claim 18, wherein the lower jaw brace includes a brace body and two adjustment bolts integrally extended from the brace body to both ends, wherein the adjustment bolts of the lower jaw brace are rotatable up and down in a circumferential direction of the adjustment means and in a head-up position, and the adjustment means can fix the adjustment bolts of the lower jaw brace within a preset angular range to lock the lower jaw brace.
24. A neck brace according to claim 23, wherein said adjustment means includes a locking means and an unlocking unit, wherein said unlocking unit is tractably movably connected to said adjustment bolt, said unlocking unit is drivingly connected to said locking means, said unlocking unit being driven by said adjustment bolt to switch said locking means between a locked state and an unlocked state.
25. A neck brace according to claim 24, wherein said locking means includes an internal tooth unit and an external tooth unit which is meshingly lockable with said internal tooth unit, wherein said internal tooth unit of said locking means is drivably connected to said unlocking unit.
26. A neck brace according to claim 25, wherein said external tooth unit includes a gear ring and is further provided with a plurality of gear grooves, wherein said gear grooves are formed on the inner side of said gear ring, wherein said internal tooth unit of said lock is meshably provided to said gear ring of said external tooth unit, said internal tooth unit includes an internal tooth turntable, at least one internal tooth integrally extending from said internal tooth turntable, and at least one internal tooth pin, wherein said internal tooth pin is provided to said internal tooth, and said unlocking unit drives said internal tooth to move by said internal tooth pin so that said internal tooth is disengaged from said gear grooves internal tooth pin.
27. A neck brace as claimed in claim 26, wherein the unlocking unit includes a transmission element which is drivingly connected to the adjustment pegs and at least one actuating element provided to the transmission element which is drivingly connected to the internal tooth pegs of the internal tooth unit, the transmission element being driven by the adjustment pegs to move the actuating element in synchronism, whereby the actuating element drives the internal tooth pegs of the internal tooth unit to move.
