The different positions of the rotary seat 2 relative to the containing seat 1 determine different positions of the middle bundle core 3 relative to the containing seat 1, so as to realize the shielding (refer to fig. 1) or the opening (refer to fig. 2) of the middle bundle core 3. The stopper projection 13 prevents the slide pin 21 from passing through this position by narrowing the opening of the stopper groove 12. Therefore, when the rotating base 2 is located at the closing position, the limiting bulge 13 can prevent the rotating base 2 from being opened accidentally; when the rotating base 2 is located at the open position, the limiting bulge 13 can prevent the rotating base 2 from being accidentally closed. Accordingly, however, the provision of the stopper projection 13 increases the resistance of the rotary holder 2 to the open position, and the user may need a large driving force to drive the slide pin 21 to the second end portion 122. In the insertion form of the rotary base 2 and the pivot core, in an embodiment, the rotary base 2 further includes an insertion base 23, the middle bundle core 3 is connected with the rotary base 2 through the insertion base 23, the insertion base 23 is hollow to receive a part of the middle bundle core 3, a clamping protrusion 231 extending in the insertion direction of the middle bundle core 3 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the insertion base 23, and the bottom of the middle bundle core 3 is engaged with the clamping protrusion 231.
The core 3 has different requirements for positioning in different states. In the socket 23, the middle bundle core 3 needs to ensure stable connection with the socket 23; when a user needs to use the middle core 3, the middle core 3 needs to be separated from the socket 23 conveniently. In order to fulfill the above requirements, it is necessary to ensure high matching precision of the middle bundle core 3 and the socket 23. The socket 23 and the rotary base 2 are separately designed, so that the production cost can be reduced under the condition of ensuring the precision. The design of the clamping convex block 231 can realize high positioning precision on the middle bundle core 3 and simultaneously avoid large-area contact with the bottom of the middle bundle core 3, so that the insertion and extraction resistance of the middle bundle core 3 is reduced, and the hand feeling is improved. Only one clamping projection 231 is exemplarily shown in the drawings, and in an actual product, in order to ensure the positioning accuracy of the middle bundle core 3, a plurality of clamping projections 231 may be provided on the inner circumferential surface of the socket 23, thereby ensuring the positioning of the middle bundle core 3.
In the matching between the socket 23 and the rotary base 2, in an embodiment, the rotary base 2 is a semi-enclosed structure and has an opening facing the receptacle 1, the outer side of the sidewall of the rotary base 2 is provided with a rotation pin 22 matching with the positioning hole 11, the inner side of the sidewall is provided with a sliding slot 24 matching with the socket 23, and the outer side of the socket 23 is provided with a positioning protrusion 232 matching with the sliding slot 24; the slide groove 24 extends in the direction of the receptacle 1.
In the detail of the arrangement of the slide groove 24, in an embodiment, the extending direction of the slide groove 24 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the clamping projection 231. During the process of inserting and pulling the middle bundle core 3, the middle bundle core 3 generates an acting force on the socket 23 through the clamping protrusion 231, and if the extending direction of the sliding slot 24 is not perpendicular to the extending direction of the clamping protrusion 231, the acting force of inserting and pulling the middle bundle core 3 generates a movement component force in the extending direction of the sliding slot 24, thereby causing a movement tendency of the socket 23 relative to the rotating base 2. In an actual product, the extending direction of the sliding groove 24 and the extending direction of the clamping protrusion 231 are not necessarily strictly perpendicular, because the above-mentioned motion component force, such as a limiting structure, friction force inside the sliding groove 24, and the like, can be overcome by other designs.
In terms of the appearance of the whole product, in one embodiment, the periphery of the containing seat 1 is further provided with an appearance shell 4 wrapping the whole containing seat 1, and the containing seat 1 and the appearance shell 4 are glued or buckled; the top of the appearance shell 4 is opened to release the rotary base 2, the rotary base 2 comprises a cover plate 25 with a shape corresponding to the top of the appearance shell 4, the rotary base 2 is located at the closed position, and the cover plate 25 closes the top of the appearance shell 4.
The containing seat 1 is installed inside the appearance shell 4, so that the supporting function can be provided for the whole product, and the different appearances of the matching can be conveniently realized. In the details of the cooperation of the receptacle 1 and the appearance shell 4, in an embodiment, the bottom of the receptacle 1 is provided with a support structure 15, the support structure 15 being used to secure a reserved area (not numbered) of the bottom of the receptacle 1 and the bottom of the appearance shell 4 for releasing the rotation path of the rotary base 2.
The rotary base 2 may protrude from the bottom of the receptacle 1 during the rotation (refer to fig. 2 and 3), which may be accomplished by reducing the size of the rotary base 2, but accordingly, the strength of the rotary base 2 may be reduced. In order to meet both requirements, in the present embodiment, a reserved area is provided at the bottom of the receptacle 1 and the bottom of the appearance shell 4. Meanwhile, the supporting structure 15 can also provide the function of increasing the bonding area and eliminating errors of the containing seat 1 and the appearance shell 4 in the gluing process.
In order to further avoid the accidental opening of the rotary base 2, in an embodiment, the edge of the cover plate 25 away from the rotation axis is provided with a positioning buckle 251, and the positioning buckle 251 is matched with the edge of the top of the appearance shell 4.
The positioning opening on the cover plate 25 can realize the buckling with the appearance shell 4 after the middle bundle core 3 is installed, and the possibility of free movement is reduced in the using process. In this embodiment, the storage seat 1 is provided with the avoiding opening 16 for avoiding the positioning buckle 251, and the avoiding opening 16 designed on the storage seat 1 can realize the tight fit of the rest part on the cover plate 25, so that the two-way protection of the appearance shell 4 and the storage seat 1 on the periphery of the alignment core 3 is realized, and the dustproof and foreign matter prevention performance is improved.

The flip cosmetic package of claim 1 wherein the receptacle has opposite lengthwise and widthwise directions, the swivel axis of rotation being at one end of the receptacle lengthwise direction, one of the swivel and the receptacle being provided with a limit groove extending around the swivel axis of rotation, the other being provided with a sliding pin cooperating with the limit groove to limit the rotational travel of the swivel relative to the receptacle.
3. The flip cosmetic package of claim 2 wherein the sliding pin is located at a first end of the retaining slot when the swivel base is in the closed position; when the rotating seat is located at the opening position, the sliding pin is located at the second end part of the limiting groove; the limiting groove is provided with a limiting bulge near the first end, and the limiting bulge extends from the side wall of the limiting groove to reduce the opening of the limiting groove.

The flip-type cosmetic package of claim 3 characterized in that one side of the limiting groove is provided with a stress releasing hole corresponding to the position of the limiting protrusion, and the stress releasing hole is used for releasing the stress of the limiting protrusion relative to the deformation of the limiting groove.
