Description

本实用新型属实验室用仪器设备。
目前,在化学化工、医药、环保等领域的实验室中,广泛使用着各种类型的震荡器和旋转蒸发仪,但它们都存在着各种各样的不足之处。例如震荡器,只能完成震荡操作,用途有限。旋转蒸发仪也是如此,除国外极少数高档次的型号外,大多也只能进行减压蒸发操作。这不仅仅降低了这类仪器的应用范围和效率,也增加了相应的功率消耗。另外,目前的旋转蒸发仪还存在着价格高、易磨损、易漏气的缺点。
本实用新型是在原有的各类震荡器(包括往复型、园周型及8字型震荡器)的基础上的改进型。其本身由震荡器,电加热套,波纹软管及冷凝器组成。在本仪器上,盛溶液的烧瓶与冷凝器间由一根波纹软管(可选用聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或硅橡胶制成,在一些特定的场合,也可选用不锈钢或铜波纹管,其长度为100~500mm,管径φ=10~50mm)连接。其运行原理为:仪器的震荡器部份作震荡运动,置于震荡平台上的电加热套及其中的烧瓶也随之作震荡运动。而烧瓶中的溶液在震荡力的作用下,不断向瓶的整个内壁分散。这种运行方式会产生两种效果:首先,瓶中的溶液得到了良好的搅拌,使得溶液的各部份都均匀一致。再则,溶液的蒸发面积被成倍地扩大了,从而大大地增加了液相分子蒸发进入气相的机会,加速了蒸发过程。
在上述运行的方式下,仪器可具有三种功能:
(一)液体蒸发。由于本仪器具有与现有旋转蒸发仪基本相同的配置,所以可以完成对溶液的加热,减压,扩大蒸发面积及溶剂的冷凝回收。而其性能则比现有仪器更优越。见图1
(二)溶剂回流。在进行化学反应时,回流是一种常用的操作过程。在本仪器上进行这类操作时,只需将冷凝器支架旋转180°,将原来与收集瓶相连接的接口改为与波纹软管连接。这时,自烧瓶中蒸发上升的溶剂蒸气,在冷凝器中冷凝后自行流回烧瓶中,以维持烧瓶中的液体总量不变。见图2
(三)震荡功能:由于本仪器主体就是一台震荡器,所以可以进行简单的震荡操作。在这种情况下,可进行溶解,萃取及一些常温反应。
本仪器首次将上述三种功能有机地结合于一体,从而提高了仪器的使用效率,扩大了应用范围,为科学仪器领域提供了一种更有竞争力的新成员。
另外,本仪器还可十分容易地放大至各种不同的规格,从而将使用范围扩大至一定规模的工业生产。

Claims (3)

1、一种实验仪器,其特征为:本仪器由震荡器⑧,电加热套②,冷凝器④所组成,其蒸发烧瓶①与冷凝器④间用波纹软管③连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的实验仪器,其特征为波纹软管③,可以选用聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硅橡胶或各类不锈钢及铜制成。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的实验仪器,其特征为,波纹软管③的长度为100~500mm,管径φ=10~50mm。
