The range hood is an electric appliance for kitchen for purifying kitchen environment. The exhaust ventilator is arranged above a kitchen range, and can rapidly exhaust waste gas generated by combustion of the range and oil smoke harmful to human bodies generated in the cooking process, so that indoor air pollution can be reduced, air is purified, and the exhaust ventilator has the safety guarantee effects of gas defense and explosion prevention.
The process of the range hood for sucking the oil smoke completely follows the principle of air hydrodynamics: in two adjacent space regions, as long as there is a pressure difference, the gas flows from a place where the pressure is high to a place where the pressure is low. When the range hood is in a working state, air in the range hood is discharged outdoors, so that a negative pressure area is formed in the range hood, and the pressure difference between the negative pressure area and the surrounding area is large. At this time, the cooking fume is sucked into the range hood by the negative pressure region in the process of rising, so that the indoor air can be purified.
Based on this, referring to fig. 1, the range hood includes a frame 100, a fan assembly 200, a smoke exhaust assembly 300, and a smoke collection hood 400.
The housing 100 has a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape, and one side wall of the housing 100 is fixedly coupled to a wall of a kitchen so that the housing 100 can be mounted on the wall of the kitchen.

Go out cigarette subassembly 300, it locates the top of frame 100 to go out cigarette subassembly 300, and goes out the formation in cigarette subassembly 300 and go out the cigarette flue, goes out the one end of cigarette flue and the inner chamber intercommunication of frame 100, goes out the other end and public flue or outdoor intercommunication of cigarette flue.
The smoke collecting cover 400 is arranged below the machine frame 100, a smoke channel is formed in the smoke collecting cover 400 in an enclosing mode, the first end of the smoke channel is of an open structure, and the first end of the smoke channel is located right above a kitchen ware in a kitchen. The second end of the oil smoke passage is communicated with the inner cavity of the machine frame 100.
When the range hood is required to suck oil smoke, the fan assembly 200 is controlled to suck air in the inner cavity of the rack 100 to a common flue or outdoors through the smoke outlet duct, so that a negative pressure region is formed in the inner cavity of the rack 100. At this time, the cooking oil smoke generated by cooking enters the oil smoke channel through the first end of the oil smoke channel under the suction of the negative pressure region, and then enters the inner cavity of the rack 100 from the second end of the oil smoke channel, so that the fan assembly 200 sucks the oil smoke in the inner cavity of the rack 100 to the public flue or outdoors through the smoke outlet duct.
However, when the cooking fume is relatively large, the fume overflowing phenomenon may occur at the front edge of the fume collecting cover 400 or the corner of the front edge of the fume collecting cover 400, resulting in a poor fume collecting effect of the range hood.
In the prior art, in order to improve the smoke collecting efficiency of the range hood, an air curtain device is generally arranged on the smoke collecting cover 400 and is located on the front side edge of the smoke collecting cover 400. The air curtain device has an air outlet for discharging air downward, and the air outlet is provided along the front side edge of the smoke collecting cover 400. When the air curtain device 500 works, the air outlet of the air curtain device can blow air downwards, and a downward air curtain is formed at the front side of the smoke collecting hood 400. Generally, the installation position of the air curtain device 500 may be selected according to actual conditions. For example, the air curtain device 500 may be installed on an outer sidewall of the smoke collecting hood 400, and the front outlet 511 of the air curtain device 500 may be attached to a sidewall of a front edge of the smoke collecting hood 400, and the side outlet 512 of the air curtain device 500 may be attached to an outer wall of a side edge of the smoke collecting hood 400. Of course, the air curtain device 500 may be disposed on the side wall of the smoke exhaust channel of the smoke collecting hood 400, and the front air outlet 511 of the air curtain device 500 may be attached to the inner wall of the front edge of the smoke collecting hood 400, and the side air outlet 512 of the air curtain device 500 may be attached to the inner wall of the side edge of the smoke collecting hood 400.
As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 to 6, an accommodating chamber 410 with an upper opening isolated from the oil smoke channel of the exhaust fume collecting cover 400 is formed in the exhaust fume collecting cover 400, an air inlet and an avoiding opening of the exhaust fume collecting cover are formed on the exhaust fume collecting cover 400, and the air inlet and the avoiding opening of the exhaust fume collecting cover are communicated with the accommodating chamber 410. The avoiding port is arranged on the bottom plate of the smoke collecting cover 400. The air curtain device 500 is located in the accommodating cavity 410, and the avoiding opening is used for avoiding the L-shaped air outlet 510 of the air curtain device 500. At this time, the fume collecting hood inlet can make the air in the accommodating chamber 410 enter into the fume collecting hood 400, so that an adequate air source can be provided for the air curtain device 500. The avoiding port is located at the bottom of the accommodating cavity 410 and is used for avoiding the L-shaped air outlet 510 of the air curtain device 500, so that the L-shaped air curtain formed by downward air outlet of the L-shaped air outlet 510 of the air curtain device 500 can pass through the air curtain device 500, an even and stable L-shaped air curtain is formed below the smoke collecting hood 400, and the range hood is guaranteed to have a better smoke collecting effect. Meanwhile, the air curtain device 500 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 410 of the smoke collecting cover 400, so that the smoke collecting cover 400 can protect the air curtain device 500 and prevent the air curtain device 500 from being polluted by oil smoke or dust. Moreover, the air curtain device 500 does not increase the area of the range hood, so that the range hood is ensured to occupy a smaller space and also has a better smoke collecting effect. The air curtain device 500 does not affect the smoke inlet path of the oil smoke channel of the smoke collection cover 400, and ensures the smoke suction efficiency of the range hood.
Specifically, in order to avoid the oil smoke of the smoke collection hood 400 from entering the accommodating chamber 410 through the smoke collection hood air inlet, the smoke collection hood air inlet is located on the top plate of the smoke collection hood 400, so that the oil smoke can be prevented from entering the smoke collection hood 400, and the air curtain formed by the L-shaped air outlet 510 of the air curtain device 500 does not contain the oil smoke, so that the user has better use experience.
For example, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the air curtain apparatus 500 includes a fan 520 and an air curtain duct 530, the air curtain duct 530 includes a side duct 532 disposed along a side edge of the smoke collecting hood 400 and a front duct 531 disposed along a front edge of the smoke collecting hood 400, and the side duct 532 and the front duct 531 are connected to form the air curtain duct 530. The side air outlet 512 is disposed at the bottom of the side duct 532, so that the side air outlet 512 is disposed along the side edge of the exhaust fume collecting cover 400, and the side air outlet 512 is disposed to discharge air downwards to form a side air curtain. The front air outlet 511 is disposed at the bottom of the front duct 531, so that the front air outlet 511 can be disposed along the front edge of the smoke collecting cover 400, and the front air outlet 511 can discharge air downwards to form a front air curtain. The air inlet of the air curtain pipeline 530 is communicated with the air outlet of the fan 520, so that the fan 520 can compress the air in the accommodating chamber 410 of the smoke collecting hood 400, and then the air flows in the air curtain pipeline 530 can be discharged downwards through the L-shaped air outlet 510 of the air curtain device 500 to form an L-shaped air curtain by entering the air outlet of the fan 520 and the air curtain air inlet into the pipeline of the air curtain.
For example, referring to fig. 2 to 7, in order to ensure that the L-shaped air outlet 510 of the air curtain device 500 can form a more uniform and stable L-shaped air curtain below the smoke collecting hood 400, and prevent the air entering the air curtain duct 530 from directly flowing out from the L-shaped air outlet 510 near the air inlet, so that the L-shaped air outlet 510 is far away from the air inlet and cannot flow downward to form an air curtain, thereby causing the air curtain formed by the air flowing out from the L-shaped air outlet to be uneven, a baffle 540 extending along the air curtain duct 530 is disposed in the air curtain duct 530, a bottom of the baffle 540 is connected to a bottom surface of the air curtain duct 530, a gap is formed between a top of the baffle 540 and a top surface of the air curtain duct 530, and the L-shaped air outlet 510 is located between the baffle 540 and the first side wall 533 of the air curtain duct 530. At this time, when the air compressed by the fan 520 enters the air curtain pipeline 530, the air can be firstly stored and accumulated in the air curtain pipeline 530, after the air volume accumulated in the air curtain pipeline 530 exceeds the height of the baffle 540, the air flow in the air curtain pipeline 530 can be accelerated by the passage between the baffle 540 and the first side wall 533 of the air curtain pipeline 530 through the gap between the top of the baffle 540 and the top surface of the air curtain pipeline 530 under the action of the air pressure in the air curtain pipeline 530, and then the air flow is discharged through the L-shaped air outlet 510 of the air curtain device 500, so that a more uniform and stable air curtain can be obtained.
It should be noted that the baffle 540 may be a plate separately added to the air duct 530, or may be formed by bending the bottom of the air curtain duct 530 upward.
Specifically, the distance between the baffle 540 and the first sidewall 533 of the air curtain duct 530 is 1mm to 4.5 mm. At this time, the channel between the baffle 540 and the first sidewall 533 of the air curtain duct 530 can further increase the air outlet speed of the air curtain air outlet, and further can further increase the uniformity and stability of the air curtain.
Meanwhile, the ratio of the height of the air curtain housing to the height of the baffle 540 is 1.3: 1.9. At this time, sufficient air flow can be accumulated in the air curtain pipeline 530, so that uniformity and stability of the air curtain formed by downward air outlet of the air curtain air outlet can be further ensured.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 11, two L-shaped air deflectors 550 are disposed on the outer wall of the air curtain duct 530, and the two L-shaped air deflectors 550 are respectively located at two sides of the L-shaped air outlet 510. At this time, the air curtain formed by downward air outlet through the L-shaped air outlet 510 can be guided under the action of the two L-shaped air deflectors 550, so as to further ensure the uniformity and stability of the L-shaped air curtain.
The distance between the two L-shaped air deflectors 550 can be selected according to actual situations, as long as the two L-shaped air deflectors 550 can guide the air curtain formed by the L-shaped air outlet 510. For example, the distance between the two L-shaped air deflectors 550 is 1mm to 2 mm.
Meanwhile, the length of the two L-shaped air deflectors 550 extending downwards can be selected according to actual situations. In the embodiment of the present invention, the air deflectors 550 of the two L shapes extend out of the accommodating cavity 410 through avoiding the opening, and the lower edges of the air deflectors 550 of the two L shapes are flush with the lower edge of the smoke collecting hood 400, so that the air deflectors 550 of the two L shapes have better guiding effect on the L-shaped air curtain.
As an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the air inlet of the L-shaped air duct has a reduced structure. The throat structure can lead the air current that gets into to L shape wind channel for the air current that gets into in the L shape wind channel can spread along the angle of throat structure, thereby can shorten the air-out blind area between L shape air outlet 510 and the air curtain device 500 air intake, further improves the homogeneity of the L shape air curtain that L shape air outlet 510 air-out formed downwards.
Specifically, the angle of the throat of the air intake in L shape wind channel can be selected according to actual conditions, the embodiment of the utility model provides an in the L shape wind channel, the angle of the throat of the air intake in L shape wind channel is 5 ~ 20.
As an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the air curtain device 500 further includes a speed adjusting pipe 560, an air inlet of the air curtain device 500 is communicated with an air outlet of the fan 520 through the speed adjusting pipe 560, and a cross-sectional area of the speed adjusting pipe 560 is gradually reduced along an extending direction of the speed adjusting pipe 560, so that the speed adjusting pipe 560 can accelerate and pressurize an air flow formed at the air outlet of the fan 520, thereby increasing an air pressure and an air speed entering the air curtain pipe 530, and improving a working efficiency of the air curtain device 500.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 11, the air curtain device 500 further includes a rectifying duct 570, the speed adjusting duct 560 is communicated with the air inlet of the air curtain device 500 through the rectifying duct 570, and a cross-sectional area of the rectifying duct 570 is constant along an extending direction of the rectifying duct 570. At this time, the rectifying pipe 570 can rectify the accelerated and pressurized air flow, thereby preventing the air flow entering the air curtain pipe 530 from leading the air in the pipe to move, ensuring the stability of the air flow in the air curtain pipe 530, and further improving the stability of the air curtain formed by the L-shaped air outlet 510.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the air curtain device 500 of the embodiment of the present invention further includes an anion generator 580, and the anion generator 580 is installed in the speed adjusting pipe 560. The negative ion generator 580 can generate negative ions from the air flowing through the speed-adjusting pipe 560, so that the air flowing into the air curtain pipe 530 has negative ions, and further the air flowing out from the L-shaped air outlet 510 can form an air curtain with negative ions, thereby purifying the air.
As an example, referring to fig. 3, the range hood includes two sets of air curtain devices 500, and the L-shaped air outlets 510 of the two sets of air curtain devices 500 are symmetrically distributed along the front side of the smoke collecting hood 400. That is, of the two air curtain devices 500, the first air curtain device 500 is provided at the left corner of the front edge of the smoke collecting hood 400, and the side outlet 512 of the L-shaped outlet 510 of the first air curtain device 500 is located along the left edge of the smoke collecting hood 400. The second air curtain device 500 is located at a right corner of the front edge of the collection hood 400, and the side outlet 512 of the L-shaped outlet 510 of the second air curtain device 500 is provided along the right edge of the collection hood 400. At this moment, the left side corner and the right side corner on the front edge of collection petticoat pipe 400 all establish L shape air outlet 510 for two air curtain devices 500 during simultaneous operation can prevent that the oil smoke from overflowing from the left side edge of collection petticoat pipe 400, the right side edge of collection petticoat pipe 400, the front edge of collection petticoat pipe 400, the left side corner on collection petticoat pipe 400 front edge and the right side corner on collection petticoat pipe 400 front edge, and then can further improve range hood's the cigarette effect that gathers together.
Specifically, in order to further prevent the oil smoke from overflowing from the front edge of the smoke collecting hood 400, the front outlet 511 of the L-shaped outlet 510 of the first air curtain device 500 is connected with the front outlet 511 of the L-shaped outlet 510 of the second air curtain device 500. At this time, the front air outlets 511 of the two air curtain devices 500 are connected, so that the front air curtains formed by the front air outlets 511 of the two air curtain devices 500 can be connected with each other, the oil smoke can be prevented from overflowing between the two front air curtains, and the smoke collecting effect of the range hood can be further improved.
