the top groove and the bottom groove limit the electric wire wound along the outer surface of the frame body; and
a hook connected to the top frame back sheet in a ball-hinged manner such that the hook is free to rotate relative to the top frame.
2. The retractable handheld light fixture of claim 1 wherein the side frame includes a side bar, a top connecting strip attached to a top of the side bar, and a bottom connecting strip attached to a bottom of the side bar, the top connecting strip being disposed in the top recess and engaging and securing with the top frame connecting piece, the bottom connecting strip being disposed in the bottom recess and engaging and securing with the bottom frame connecting piece.
3. The retractable handheld light fixture of claim 2 wherein the two top tie bars of a pair of said side frames are butt-jointed at their ends and the two bottom tie bars of a pair of said side frames are butt-jointed at their ends.
4. A retractable handheld light fixture as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the lamp body is provided with threaded holes on both sides; the side edge strips are provided with through holes; and the frame body and the lamp body are fixed by the bolts with T-shaped sections penetrating through the through holes and screwed in the threaded holes.
5. The retractable handheld light fixture as claimed in claim 4, wherein the portion of the side bar having the through hole is recessed into the frame to form a recess, the portion of the bolt having a larger diameter is received in the recess of the recess, and the depth of the recess is adapted to the thickness of the portion of the bolt having a larger diameter.
6. A retractable handheld light fixture as claimed in claim 4 further comprising a spacer block supported between said side bars and said body.
7. The retractable handheld light fixture of claim 4 further comprising a support frame having two side supporting bars, wherein the bolt is inserted through and connected to one end of the side supporting bars, so that the support frame can rotate relative to the frame body about a straight line of the bolt as a rotation axis and stop at any angle.
8. The retractable handheld lamp as claimed in claim 7, wherein the support frame further comprises a horizontal support bar connecting the other ends of the two side support bars, and the horizontal support bar is provided with at least two slotted holes.
9. The retractable handheld light fixture of claim 8 wherein the distance from the connection of the side support bar to the bolt is greater than the distance from the connection of the side bar to the bolt to the bottom connecting bar and the distance from the connection of the side support bar to the bolt is less than the distance from the connection of the side bar to the bolt to the top connecting bar.
10. The retractable handheld light fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top frame back surface has a receiving groove, the receiving groove has a depth adapted to the thickness of the hook, and at least a portion of the edge of the receiving groove has a shape adapted to the hook.
