Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to recycle the excess oil-water mixture, the two mounting plates 30 are mounted with the return plates 4 on the side walls thereof adjacent to each other, and the two return plates 4 are mounted in an inclined manner. In addition, the return ports 40 are formed at the lowest positions of the two return plates 4, and return pipes 41 are communicated between the return ports 40 and the reservoir 301.
When the chemical fiber spinning device works, part of the oil-water mixture sprayed from the spray head 300 enters the filament containing barrel 1 along with the chemical fiber spinning 5, and the other part of the oil-water mixture slides to the backflow port 40 along the backflow plate 4 and finally flows back to the storage tank 301 again through the drainage of the backflow pipe 41, so that the purpose of recycling the oil-water mixture is achieved.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, in order to further improve the stability of the mounting plates 30, the two side walls of one of the mounting plates 30 are both provided with a connecting groove 32, and the two connecting grooves 32 are respectively provided at two sides of the mounting plate 30 in the length direction, and meanwhile, the two side walls of the other mounting plate 30 are provided with flanges 33, and the two flanges 33 are respectively provided at two sides of the other mounting plate 30 in the length direction. When the shower head 300 is installed, the two convex edges 33 on one of the installation plates 30 can be directly inserted into the two connecting grooves 32 on the other connecting plate, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the spraying stability of the shower head 300.
