In other embodiments, the other end of the inlet pipe 51 is in communication with another electrolyte storage container (e.g., an electrolyte storage tank).
The following description will be made of an example in which a workpiece 9 to be polished is a spring, and the automatic electropolishing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention performs electropolishing on the workpiece:
a. adding the prepared electrolyte (such as 5% NaCl solution) into the electrolyte tank 2;
b. turning on the power supply of the electrolytic polishing machine 1, checking whether the pipeline and the circuit are smooth and normal, and then turning off the power supply of the electrolytic polishing machine 1;
c. covering the spring non-electrolytic polishing area with adhesive tape or paint, and exposing the electrolytic polishing area;
d. fixing the spring on the workpiece positioning tool 2a, and enabling the area to be electropolished of the spring to be opposite to the upper end outlet 32 of the short pipe part 3 b; ensuring that the first conductive wire 41 is electrically open to the spring;
e. the power supply of the electrolytic polisher 1 is turned on, and the height of the electrolyte water column sprayed out from the upper end outlet 32 of the short pipe part 3b is controlled through the water pressure regulating valve 6, so that the electrolyte water column can be fully contacted with the spring;
f. setting voltage, current and electrifying time according to polishing requirements, electrifying and electropolishing the spring.
For the workpiece with fixed shape and size, the automatic electrolytic polishing device of the embodiment does not need to manually hold the handle in the electrolytic polishing process, the tail end of the handle is pressed on the surface of the workpiece, and the electrolyte is automatically sprayed to the part of the workpiece to be polished through the handle, so that the automatic electrolytic polishing is realized.

the short pipe part and the communication pipe part are both positioned in the electrolyte tank, and an outlet at the upper end of the short pipe part is positioned below the workpiece to be polished; the upper end of the long pipe part extends out of the electrolyte tank, the liquid inlet of the handle is arranged at the upper end of the long pipe part, and an insulating handle is sleeved outside the upper end of the long pipe part.
