Detailed Description
The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the description of the embodiments herein is for purposes of illustration and explanation only and is not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a refueling system for a steam generator, as shown in fig. 1, the refueling system includes a steam generator oil tank 11, a liquid level sensor 12, an oil pump device 13, a chassis diesel tank 14 and a controller 15. Wherein, level sensor 12 is used for detecting the liquid level of steam generator oil tank 11, and when the liquid level of steam generator oil tank 11 changes, level sensor 12 converts the liquid level that detects into corresponding signal of telecommunication. Chassis diesel tank 14 and steam generation device oil tank 11 are through defeated oil pipe way 10 intercommunication, and oil pump unit 13 is located defeated oil pipe way 10, and oil pump unit 13's oil inlet is connected to chassis diesel tank 14, and oil pump unit 13's oil-out is connected to steam generation device oil tank 11, and oil pump unit 13 can accelerate the speed that the oil was supplied with, promotes the efficiency of refueling. The controller 15 is electrically connected to the liquid level sensor 12, and is configured to receive a liquid level signal sent by the liquid level sensor 12. Meanwhile, the controller 15 is electrically connected to the oil pump device 13, and controls the oil pump device 13 to perform corresponding operations according to the received liquid level signal of the liquid level sensor 12.
The filling system that fig. 1 shows detects the liquid level of oil in steam generator tank 11 through level sensor 12, and level sensor 12 sends liquid level signal for controller 15 simultaneously, and controller 15 is according to liquid level signal, and corresponding operation is carried out to control oil pump unit 13 for the oil of chassis diesel tank 14 is carried to steam generator tank 11, realizes automatic oiling, need not artificial intervention, has practiced thrift the cost of labor greatly, improves the efficiency of refueling.
In one embodiment, the vapor generator tank 11 includes a first set level and a second set level, the first set level being lower than the second set level. In order to realize automatic oiling, the oiling system detects the liquid level of the oil tank 11 of the steam generating device through a liquid level sensor 12. The respective liquid level is set such that the liquid level sensor 12 sends a liquid level signal to the controller 15 for the respective liquid level. In this embodiment, the first set liquid level can be understood as a low liquid level, that is, the liquid level corresponding to the oil filling system requiring the oil filling when the oil in the oil tank 11 of the steam generating device is insufficient. The second set liquid level can be understood as a high liquid level, i.e., the liquid level corresponding to the full filling of the oil in the oil tank 11 of the steam generating device and the filling system does not need to fill with oil. Thus, when the liquid level sensor 12 detects the first set liquid level and the second set liquid level, the liquid level sensor 12 sends the liquid level signal corresponding to the first set liquid level and the second set liquid level to the controller 15, and the controller 15 controls the oil pump device 13 to perform corresponding operations.
Specifically, when the liquid level sensor 12 detects a first set liquid level, that is, the oil in the oil tank 11 of the steam generator is at the first set liquid level, the liquid level sensor 12 converts the first set liquid level into a corresponding liquid level signal, and sends the corresponding liquid level signal to the controller 15. The controller 15 receives a liquid level signal corresponding to the first set liquid level, determines that the oil tank 11 of the steam generation device is in a low liquid level state and the oil is insufficient, and accordingly controls the oil pump device 13 to be started. The oil pump device 13 sucks out oil in the chassis diesel tank 14, and conveys the sucked-out oil to the steam generator tank 11 through the oil delivery pipe 10 by pressurization or the like. The oil is supplied with to steam generation device oil tank 11, and the liquid level in the oil tank risees, and when level sensor 12 detected the second and sets for the liquid level, the oil in steam generation device oil tank 11 was in the second and sets for the liquid level promptly, and level sensor 12 sets for the liquid level with the second and changes corresponding liquid level signal transmission to controller 15 into. The controller 15 receives the liquid level signal corresponding to the second set liquid level, and determines that the oil tank 11 of the steam generation device is in a high liquid level state and the oil is full, so as to control the oil pump device 13 to stop working, that is, the oil pump device 13 stops sucking oil from the diesel oil tank 14 of the chassis and stops conveying the oil to the oil tank 11 of the steam generation device.
The liquid level sensor 12 can accurately detect the liquid level in the oil tank 11 of the steam generating device, convert the detected liquid level into a corresponding electric signal and send the electric signal to the controller 15, and the controller 15 can control the oil pump device 13 to execute corresponding operation according to the received electric signal.
In an embodiment, the liquid level sensor 12 may be one of a ball float type liquid level sensor, a static pressure type liquid level sensor, etc., the liquid level sensor 12 is used for detecting the liquid level of the oil tank of the steam generating device, and a user may select a suitable type of liquid level sensor according to the detection requirement, such as the detection precision of the liquid level, the use environment, or other functional requirements, which is not particularly limited herein.
