The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific situations by those skilled in the art.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a visual laryngeal mask with a bending function, which includes a flexible ventilation tube 1, a mask portion 2 formed at a distal end of the flexible ventilation tube, and a visual device; the vent pipe defines a vent cavity extending from a proximal end to a distal end, and a spring 3 is arranged inside the pipe wall of the flexible vent pipe 1 so as to enable the vent pipe to bend and deform; so, can adapt to some special diagnosis and treatment patient's situations through the position of placing and the bend angle that change flexible breather pipe 1, for example to facial operation patient, because of the operation needs, need move the breather pipe to mouth angle or other positions under the condition that the gasbag position does not shift, traditional moulding breather pipe can't realize the displacement, and the breather pipe that this embodiment provided has then effectively solved above-mentioned technical problem. Referring to fig. 3, the cover 2 includes a bowl 21 and a bladder 22 disposed on the bowl 21, the bowl 21 extends from a proximal end 21a to a distal end 21b, the bowl has opposite ventral surfaces 21c and a back surface (not shown), the ventral surface 21c of the bowl has a hole 211 formed therein for communicating with the vent pipe 1;
the visual device comprises a first camera shooting assembly 5 arranged on the ventral surface of the bowl body, a second camera shooting assembly 6 arranged at the far end of the bowl body and a display piece 7 for displaying the images of the first camera shooting assembly and the second camera shooting assembly, and it can be understood that the number of the display pieces 7 can be 1 or 2; the first camera component 5 arranged on the ventral surface of the bowl body is used for acquiring images of the laryngeal part of the throat of a patient, assists a doctor to complete the insertion of the laryngeal mask airway in an operation, accurately covers and seals the capsule body around the glottis, monitors the position of the capsule body in real time, and ensures that the capsule body does not have the bad phenomena of displacement, reverse folding and the like; meanwhile, a second camera module 6 arranged at the far end of the bowl body is used for acquiring stomach images so that doctors can monitor and know the reflux condition of stomach liquid in real time; the first camera shooting assembly and the second camera shooting assembly realize a visual function, can observe the implantation process and the conditions in the body of a patient after implantation in real time, can realize the storage of images and videos, and helps doctors to diagnose and form reports. Meanwhile, the drainage channel is arranged to extract the gastric contents, so as to prevent backflow and aspiration.
In this embodiment, the visual laryngeal mask further includes a drainage tube 8, a drainage hole 81 communicated with the drainage tube 8 is formed at the distal end of the bowl body 21, and the second camera module 6 is arranged near the drainage hole 81, so that the reflux condition of stomach liquid can be known in time through the second camera module at the distal end, gastric contents can be extracted in time, and reflux aspiration can be prevented, in this embodiment, the second camera module 6 is arranged at the upper end of the drainage hole 81;
in some embodiments, the first camera module 5 and the second camera module 6 are wirelessly connected to the display 7, and can be wirelessly connected to the display 7, such as a display screen, through a wireless communication, such as bluetooth, so that the display 7 can display an image of the patient, and at this time, the first camera module 5 and the second camera module 6 are directly and directly fixed to the ventral surface or the distal end of the bowl body 21, and such an assembly enables the first camera module 5 and the second camera module 6 to be integrated with the bowl body 21 itself, which is too costly as a disposable product; furthermore, the visual device is not needed by all patients, but is used in a situation where the laryngeal mask itself is not inserted well, in which case every patient must force the device to be used, and it is unnecessary, resulting in waste of resources.
In other embodiments, the first camera module 5, the second camera module 6 and the display 7 are electrically connected to each other through a first connection line 55 and a second connection line (not shown), that is, the first camera module 5, the second camera module 6 and the display 7 are connected by wires, in which case, the camera module and the connection lines may be embedded in the visual laryngeal mask or may be detachably provided; when it is embedded in the ventilation pipe 1, it is integrated with the bowl body 2 itself, which is too costly as a disposable product; furthermore, the visual device is not needed by all patients, but is used in a situation where the laryngeal mask itself is not inserted well, in which case every patient must force the device to be used, and it is unnecessary, resulting in waste of resources.
Based on this, the present embodiment is improved by that the visual laryngeal mask includes a first visual channel 9 and a second visual channel 10, the first visual channel 9 extends from the proximal end of the ventilation tube to the ventral surface 21c of the bowl body, the second visual channel 10 extends from the proximal end 1a of the ventilation tube to the distal end 21b of the bowl body, and the distal ends of the first visual channel 9 and the second visual channel 10 respectively have a first observation window and a second observation window; the first connecting line 55 passes through the first visual channel 9 to send the first camera module 5 to the first observation window, and the second connecting line passes through the second visual channel to send the second camera module to the second observation window, so that the first camera module 5 and the second camera module 6 can obtain images; specifically, the first camera shooting assembly 5 and the second camera shooting assembly 6 are respectively matched with the first visual channel 9 and the second visual channel 10 in a pluggable manner through the belt guides of the first connecting wire and the second connecting wire, so that the connecting wires can be used as the electric connecting pieces and also used as the guide pieces to guide the first camera shooting assembly and the second camera shooting assembly to be pulled out of the visual channels, and the visual device can be used only when the visual device is needed;
