In some cases, however, the same gauge of endodontic instrument requires both manual and machine operation during a treatment procedure. Because the handle of the machine-used instrument is too small to be directly operated manually, the hand-held instrument and the machine-used instrument need to be prepared simultaneously during operation, thereby improving the treatment cost and increasing the workload of instrument preparation.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
An additional handle of an endodontic instrument comprises a first half 21 and a second half 31, wherein a convex platform 22 for matching with a platform 11 of a mechanical instrument handle is arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the first half 21 so as to avoid the slippage of the mechanical instrument in the additional handle 2 and ensure the transmission of torque; the upper part of the inner side of the second half part 31 is provided with an annular bulge 32 which is used for matching with the annular groove 12 of the mechanical handle, so that the mechanical instrument is prevented from falling off the additional handle 2, and the operation safety is improved. The first half 21 and the second half 31 are snapped together, forming a cavity therebetween for connection to the machine tool handle 1. Specifically, first half 21 is equipped with bellied joint spare 23, second half 31 is equipped with and corresponds complex draw-in groove 33 with joint spare 23.
The inner side of the upper end of the first half part 21 is provided with a first step 24, the inner side of the upper end of the second half part 31 is provided with a second step 34, the first step 24 and the second step 34 are arranged oppositely, and a gap is formed between the first step 24 and the second step 34.
When the mechanical instrument handle is used, the platform 11 of the mechanical instrument handle 1 and the convex platform 22 of the first half part 21 are correspondingly placed in the first half part 21, the annular protrusion 32 of the second half part 31 corresponds to the annular groove 12 of the mechanical instrument handle, then the first half part 21 and the second half part 31 are applied with extrusion force, the clamping pieces 23 and the clamping grooves 33 on the left half part and the right half part are combined, the first half part 21 and the second half part 31 of the additional handle 2 are firmly and mechanically connected, the mechanical instrument handle 1 is firmly fixed in the middle of the additional handle 2, and the additional handle 2 and the mechanical instrument handle are combined, so that the additional handle 2 is added outside the mechanical instrument handle, the conversion from the mechanical instrument to the handheld instrument is realized, and the result after the installation is shown in fig. 3.
When the additional handle 2 is required to be separated from the machine tool, the first half part 21 and the second half part 31 of the additional handle 2 can be separated only by applying reverse force at the gap formed between the first step 24 and the second step 34, and the separation and the disassembly of the machine tool from the additional handle 2 are realized.
The additional handle of the instrument for the root canal machine has the following advantages:
firstly, a left-right split structure and a clamping structure are adopted, so that the machine instrument and the additional handle 2 can be conveniently matched and installed, and the machine instrument and the additional handle 2 can be combined only by correspondingly arranging the handle of the machine instrument in the additional handle 2 and simply extruding the handle.
Secondly, the convex platform 22 and the annular bulge are arranged in the additional handle 2, so that the loss and falling of torque of the machine instrument in use can be effectively prevented, and the use safety and reliability are effectively improved.
Thirdly, the upper end of the additional handle 2 is provided with the first step 24 and the second step 34, a gap is formed after the additional handle is matched with a machine instrument for installation, the additional handle 2 can be separated from the machine instrument only by applying reverse acting force at the gap during disassembly, and the disassembly is simple and convenient.
In conclusion, by adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment, the conversion from the root canal machine instrument to the hand instrument can be conveniently realized, the installation and the disassembly are simple and convenient, the use efficiency of the instrument is effectively improved, and the use safety and the reliability of the instrument are ensured.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the upper ends of the first half 21 and the second half 31 are provided with a first through hole 25 and a second through hole 35 for passing a wire therethrough. By adopting the technical scheme, the wire can pass through the through hole to form the wire ring and is sleeved on the fingers of an operator, so that the instrument is prevented from falling into the mouth of a patient, and the device is safer and more reliable.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4, one side of the first half 21 and one side of the second half 31 are connected by a flexible hinge 3, so that the first half 21 and the second half 31 are connected into a whole for convenient use.
