Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a waterproof structure and a waterproof sealing box applying the same.
Implementation mode one
The inventor of the application finds that in the prior art, the adopted waterproof structure needs more fasteners, only can provide single-layer surface line contact, and is not protected in place.
In order to solve the above problem, a first embodiment of the present application provides a waterproof structure, as shown in fig. 1, including:
a first member 1 and a second member 2 fitted to each other;
the first component 1 has a groove 11, the second component 2 has a projection 201, and the projection 201 is inserted into the groove 11, so that at least two sealing contact lines are formed between the outer wall of the projection 201 and the groove wall of the groove 11.
In the embodiment of the present application, there is also provided a waterproof sealing box, which includes the waterproof structure described above, wherein the first component 1 may be disposed on a box body of the waterproof sealing box, and the second component 2 may be disposed on a cover body of the waterproof sealing box. The box body and the cover body are combined to form a complete waterproof sealing box. Of course, the first member 1 itself may be a box body of a waterproof sealing box, and the second member 2 itself may be a cover body of the waterproof sealing box.
The protruding portion 201 and the groove 11 can be made of a plastic material with certain elasticity, so that the contact area between the protruding portion and the groove is increased, and the sealing performance is improved. Based on the waterproof structure, the groove 11 can be arranged around the periphery of the first component 1, and when the shape of the second component 2 is matched with that of the first component 1, the protrusion 201 arranged around the second component 2 is embedded into the groove 11, so that the sealing between the two components can be realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the width of the groove 11 is increased gradually from the bottom of the groove 11 toward the bottom of the groove 11, so that the protrusion 201 can be sealed on both sides when it is inserted into the groove 11. In this case, the space at the bottom of the groove 11 can also serve as a buffer zone for isolating the inner and outer spaces of the waterproof sealing case.
Of course, alternatively, the width of the protrusion 201 may also gradually increase from a direction close to the tip of the protrusion 201 toward a direction away from the tip of the protrusion 201. Double-sided sealing can also be conveniently achieved when the height difference between the sidewalls of the trench 11 is not large.
Further alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the second member 2 may include a flexible sealing member 21 and a rigid pressing member 22, the flexible sealing member 21 being bent and forming a convex portion 201 while forming a force application groove on a back surface of the convex portion 201;
the rigid pressing piece 22 is inserted into the pressing groove to apply pressure to the flexible seal 21, and the protrusion 201 is inserted into the groove 11.
Referring to fig. 3, from the perspective of a waterproof sealed case, the rigid pressing member 22 in the second member 2 may be the cover itself, and the flexible sealing member 21 may be a flexible rubber pad or rubber ring attached to the rigid pressing member 22.
Further alternatively, a rigid press element 22 may be connected to the first component 1 by means of fasteners 23 to provide the pressure. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the fastener 23 may be a bolt, and the fastener 23 passes through the rigid pressing member 22 to be coupled with a screw hole provided on the first member 1, thereby tightly pressing the rigid pressing member 22 with the flexible sealing member 21 against the first member 1. Of course, the use of snap fit or magnetic attachment is also possible.
Compared with the prior art, the waterproof structure provided by the application has two or more sealing contact lines, the sealing contact lines can realize multi-layer sealing, water vapor and sand dust are effectively prevented from entering, the redundancy of the system is improved, and the probability of IP protection failure is reduced.
In addition, the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly, low cost and the like.
Second embodiment
The second embodiment of the present application also provides a waterproof structure and a waterproof seal box to which this waterproof structure is applied. The second embodiment is a further improvement of the first embodiment, and the main improvement is that, as shown in fig. 4, under the premise that the width of the groove 11 gradually increases from the direction close to the bottom of the groove 11 to the direction away from the bottom of the groove 11, a protruding eave 202 is provided on the side wall of the protrusion 201, and when the protrusion 201 is inserted into the groove 11, the protruding eave 202 abuts against the groove wall of the groove 11 to form a new third sealing contact line.
When the flexible seal member 21 is used, the ledge 202 may be made of the same material as the flexible seal member 21, and may be made of a rubber-like material. By means of the arranged convex eaves 202, two sealing contact lines are formed between the outer wall of the matching convex part 201 and the groove wall of the groove 11, so that the total waterproof sealing lines of the whole waterproof structure reach three, and the sealing performance of the waterproof structure is further improved. This will allow the watertight closure to achieve a sealing rating of IP 68.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the protruding eaves 202 may be arranged in two or more, for example, three, and the protruding eaves 202 may be arranged side by side along the height direction of the protruding portion 201, so as to form a plurality of third sealing contact lines.
The provision of a plurality of eaves 202 provides further multi-layer protection. Further, the distance between the top end of each protruding eave 202 and the side wall surface of the protruding portion 201 may increase in order from the direction close to the top end of the protruding portion 201 to the direction away from the top end of the protruding portion 201. It will be appreciated that, with the flexible seal 21 in use, each ledge 202 can form an interference fit with the wall of the groove 11 to ensure sealing, depending on the degree of flexibility of the seal. This fit can be made more orderly by adjusting the length of the eaves 202.
Third embodiment
The third embodiment of the present application also provides a waterproof structure and a waterproof seal box to which this waterproof structure is applied. The third embodiment is a further improvement of the first or second embodiment, and is mainly improved in that, as shown in fig. 5, the groove wall of the groove 11 on the side abutting against the eave 202 has a greater height than the groove wall on the other side,
wherein the part of the second component 2 forming the higher side groove wall and the first component 1 are in contact with each other and form a new fourth sealing contact line a.
That is, the second member 2 and the first member 1 will have a new seal line at this position, which can further improve the sealing performance of the waterproof structure. At the fourth sealing contact line a, a flexible gasket may be additionally arranged to improve the sealing performance, and a buckle may be arranged to make the contact between the two more tight.
