It will be appreciated that the working end face 70 is a flat surface, and when the working end face 70 is placed on the scanned medium, it will automatically form a fixed angle, which is the best scanning angle measured repeatedly during the test, and the translation effect is the best at this angle, so that the user does not need to adjust the angle of the translation device and the scanned medium by himself.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a translation equipment through being the plane with the working end face design, the working end face designs for the acute angle with the length direction's of casing contained angle, can make the user need not adjust translation equipment by oneself and by the angle of scanning the medium, improves the accuracy of discernment and translation, improves work efficiency.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the working end surface 70 and the housing 10 are at an acute angle, which is more suitable for the scanning posture during the translation operation, so that the translation result is more accurate.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the included angle E between the working end face and the length direction of the housing is 50 degrees to 70 degrees, for example, 60 degrees, which makes the image captured by the camera 22 clearer during scanning and makes the translation result more accurate.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the trigger 79 further has a first side 71 adjacent the working end face 70, and the junction of the first side 71 and the working end face 70 is rounded.
It can be understood that, when the working end face 70 is in contact with the scanned medium, the first side face 71 is also facing the scanned medium, the joint of the first side face 71 and the working end face 70 is connected by a round chamfer, and when a user needs to adjust the scanning direction, the translation device is pressed down, so that the round chamfer is in contact with the scanned medium, and the turning is smoothly realized by the universal property of the round chamfer.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the triggering member 79 further has a second side surface 72 adjacent to the working end surface 70, a normal of the second side surface 72 is perpendicular to the length direction of the housing 10, and a junction of the working end surface 70 and the second side surface 72 is provided with a chamfer.
It can be understood that the second side surface 72 and the first side surface 71 are disposed opposite to each other along the width direction of the housing 10, the normal direction of the second side surface 72 is perpendicular to the length direction of the housing 10, and the working end surface 70 and the second side surface 72 are connected by chamfering, so that the burr can be removed and the connecting section of the working end surface 70 and the second side surface 72 can be prevented from being scratched when the connecting section directly contacts the scanned medium.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the second side 72 is provided with a boss 73, the boss 73 being adjacent to the working end face 70, the boss 73 being for contact with the housing 10.
It can be understood that the portion of the second side surface 72 close to the working end surface 70 is provided with the protruding portion 73, and the protruding portion 73 is in direct contact with the housing 10, so that the protruding portion 73 can be in contact with the housing 10 for guiding, the whole second side surface 72 is prevented from being in contact with the housing 10, friction can be reduced as much as possible under the condition that the trigger 79 is ensured to be stably stretched, and abrasion can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the second side 72 is provided with a recess 74, the recess 74 being spaced apart from the projection 73, the recess 74 facing away from the working end face 70.
It can be understood that the second side surface 72 is provided with a concave portion 74 at a portion far away from the working end surface 70, the concave portion 74 and the convex portion 73 are spaced apart from each other along the shooting direction of the camera 22, and three-step stepped surfaces are formed on the second side surface 72, so as to provide a motion guide function for the extension and retraction motion of the triggering member 79.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the trigger 79 includes: trigger 75, connecting arm 76, first antenna 77 and second antenna 78.
The trigger part 75 has two trigger heads oppositely arranged along the width direction of the housing 10, the first antenna 77 and the second antenna 78 are both connected with the trigger part 75 through the connecting arm 76, the first antenna 77 and the second antenna 78 are arranged at intervals to define a scanning area, and the first antenna 77 and the second antenna 78 both extend out of the housing 10 from the working head.
It can be understood that the area between the first antenna 77 and the second antenna 78 is the scanning area of the scanned medium, therefore, the first antenna 77 and the second antenna 78 accurately define the scanning area, so that the infrared lamp 60 and the white light lamp 61 only illuminate the scanning area when being turned on, and the concentration of light can be improved, and the first antenna 77 and the second antenna 78 extend out of the housing 10 from the working head.
In some embodiments, the translation device further comprises: sensing means (not shown in the drawings).
The sensing device may be a pressure sensor or a microswitch.
Two trigger heads all support with induction system and press and be connected, and induction system is connected with mainboard 20 electricity, and mainboard 20 sets up to open according to induction system's trigger state control camera 22 and stops the state. In actual use, the first antenna 77 and the second antenna 78 contact with a scanned medium, pressure is transmitted to the sensing device through the connecting arm 76 and the trigger part 75, the sensing device generates a corresponding switching signal through feedback, the switching signal is transmitted to the main board 20, and the main board 20 controls other components to work according to the switching signal.
When the sensing device is a pressure sensor, the pressure sensor can set a pressure threshold, when the pressure of the trigger part 75 abutting against the pressure sensor exceeds the pressure threshold, a starting signal is transmitted to the mainboard 20, the translation equipment enters a translation working state, the trigger part 79 can be controlled to enter the translation working state only through pressure conduction under the condition that large displacement does not occur by setting the pressure sensor, the trigger part 79 can be prevented from displacing, and the reliability of the translation equipment is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in some embodiments, the translation device further comprises: an elastic member 80.
The elastic member 80 is elastically installed between the trigger 79 and the housing 10, and the elastic member 80 may be a coil spring, an elastic rubber or a leaf spring, and may be other materials having elasticity.
One end of the elastic piece 80 is connected with the shell 10, the other end of the elastic piece can be connected with the connecting part of the trigger piece 79, buffering can be added between the trigger piece 79 and the shell 10 by arranging the elastic piece 80 between the trigger piece 79 and the shell 10, looseness of the trigger piece 79 caused by long-term use of the trigger piece 79 is avoided, and reliability of the translation equipment is improved.
