14. The height-adjustment mount of claim 4, wherein the first threaded rod has a direction of rotation opposite to a direction of rotation of the second threaded rod.
15. A range hood comprising a body and a mounting bracket, wherein the mounting bracket is the height-adjustment mounting bracket of any one of claims 1-14, and the body is connected to the mounting bar.
