the secondary pressure block is arranged in the secondary blowout prevention mechanism and pressed on the sealing filler, the upper end face of the secondary pressure block is tightly propped against the pressure cap, and the pressure cap is in threaded connection with the upper port of the secondary blowout prevention mechanism.
