[ technical field ]
The utility model relates to a washing machine belongs to domestic appliance technical field.
[ background art ]
Washing machines, especially those with a drum disposed horizontally or obliquely in the axial direction, generally wash laundry by rotating the drum to lift and beat the laundry. Compared with the traditional top-opening impeller washing machine, the mechanical strength in the washing process is lower, the clothes can be well protected, and the washing efficiency is slightly deficient for the clothes with stubborn stains. Meanwhile, after the washing machine dries the clothes at high speed, some cotton clothes are easy to cling to the inner wall of the middle drum, and omission is possibly caused, or the subsequent possible drying process is influenced.
Some washing machines attempt to improve the above problem, for example, a drum washing machine is provided with a stirring member inside to rotate relative to the drum, so as to increase the mechanical force for washing the laundry during the washing process, thereby improving the washing efficiency. Meanwhile, after the clothes are dried, the clothes can be better stirred in the loosening process, and the clothes attached to the inner wall of the central drum can fall off with a larger machine.
In order to connect and drive the stirring element, known prior art solutions include adding a further set of drive and transmission systems to the original drum drive system, connected to the stirring element. Or a transmission system is added on the original driving system, and the added transmission system comprises a bearing seat axially arranged along the driving shaft and a transmission device arranged in the bearing seat.
Both solutions are not only mechanically complex, but also take up further axial space, already very limited by the washing machine itself, thus squeezing the washing space of the drum.

FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the bracket assembly, stirring member and drum rear wall;
FIG. 3 is a partial perspective view of the bracket assembly in an assembled state;
FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the bearing, internal gear and stirring member support;
fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the motion principle of the transmission.
[ detailed description of the invention ]
As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine includes a drum 1 that is axially horizontally or obliquely disposed. The drum 1 comprises a cylindrical side wall 11, an annular front wall 12 connected to one end of the cylindrical side wall 11, and a rear wall 13 connected to the other end of the cylindrical side wall 11. Wherein "front" and "rear" are merely for distinguishing relative positional relationships. For example, the front wall 12 is closer to the user's operating position during use of the washing machine, and the rear wall 13 is farther from the user's operating position relative to the front wall 12.
A plurality of lifting ribs 2 are arranged in the side wall 11 along the axial direction. It is more common to have three lifting ribs 2. During the operation of the washing program, the drum 1 rotates, the lifting ribs 2 push up the clothes close to the drum, and when the clothes reach a certain angle, the clothes fall from a higher position under the action of gravity, inertia and the like, so that the beating effect is realized, and the clothes are washed. The lifting ribs 2 can also be used to agitate the laundry and wash water to accelerate stain separation during some washing stages or conditions.
The bracket assembly 3 is disposed at an axial end of the drum 1, is located outside the rear wall 13, and is fixedly connected to the drum 1. Wherein the bracket assembly 3 comprises a bracket 31 and a drive shaft 32 fixedly connected to each other. The driving module 4 is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 32, so as to drive the driving shaft 32, and then the bracket 31 and the roller 1 to rotate. Wherein the driving module 4 may comprise a motor 41, a transmission belt 42 and a pulley 43. The driving module 4 may also include various other combinations and structures for implementing the driving function. For example, a direct drive motor or a reduction clutch may be used in conjunction with the motor.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the bracket 31 includes a plurality of radially extending arm portions 311. The radial ends of the arm portions 311 are integrally connected to form a connecting portion 312. The side of the connection portion 312 facing the drum 1 is integrally formed with a mounting seat 313. The mounting seat 313 includes an annular peripheral wall 314, and a cavity 315 formed surrounded by the peripheral wall 314.
The transmission device 33 is arranged in the cavity 315 of the mounting seat 313 and is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 32 and the stirring piece 5 extending into the roller 1. The transmission device 33 includes an internal gear 331 disposed coaxially with the driving shaft 32 and rotatably mounted in the mounting seat 313, a set of planetary gears 332 respectively engaged with the end 321 of the driving shaft 32 having teeth and the internal gear 331, and a stirring member holder 333 fixedly connected to the internal gear 331. The stirring part 5 is fixedly connected with the stirring part bracket 333. Specifically, the internal gear 331 is fitted over the end 321 of the drive shaft 32 having teeth, with a gap therebetween in the radial direction. The planetary gear 332 is provided in the gap, and connects the end 321 provided with teeth of the drive shaft 32 and the internal gear 331.
The stirring member holder 333 is fixedly connected to an axial end face of the internal gear 331. Specifically, the stirring member support 333 includes a plurality of radially and uniformly distributed support legs 3330. The outer ends of the supporting legs 3330 are fixedly connected to the axial end surfaces of the inner gears 331, respectively. Thus, the pulsator 5 may be stably connected to the inner gear 331 through the pulsator support 333.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the mounting seat 313 houses the bearing 6. The oil seal 7 protects the bearing 6 and prevents the bearing 6 from rusting and corroding. The bearing 6 includes an outer peripheral wall 61 fixedly connected to the mount 313 and an inner peripheral wall 62 fixedly connected to the inner gear 331. In a particular embodiment, the two fixed connections may be achieved by an interference fit. The outer circumferential wall 61 is non-fixedly connected with the inner circumferential wall 62, and an annular accommodating cavity 63 is contained between the outer circumferential wall and the inner circumferential wall. The receiving chamber 63 houses a plurality of balls 64, thereby allowing the inner circumferential wall 62 to rotate relative to the outer circumferential wall 61. Thus allowing the inner gear 331 to rotate relative to the mount 313.
As shown in fig. 5, when the drive shaft 32 rotates in the first direction a, the planetary gears 332 are rotated in the second direction B opposite thereto. The rotation of the planetary gear 332 further drives the internal gear 331 to rotate in the same direction as the planetary gear 332, i.e. in the second direction B. The internal gear 331 drives the stirring member support 333 and the stirring member 5 fixedly connected thereto to rotate in the second direction B. Since the driving shaft 32, the bracket 31 and the drum 1 are fixedly connected, respectively, the drum 1 rotates in the same direction as the driving shaft 32, i.e. the drum rotates in the first direction a. It can be seen that the stirring members 5 are rotated in the opposite direction to the drum 1 by the rotation of the driving shaft 32.
Wherein fig. 5 is merely a schematic representation to assist in explaining the motion principle of the transmission. The structure and the assembly relationship of the parts are subject to the other drawings and the text explanation of the specification.
The stirring bar 5 may be a disk shape having a concave-convex design on the surface as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and may be close to the rear wall 13 of the drum 1. In the washing process of the washing machine, the stirring member 5 helps to stir the laundry and the washing water, improve the washing effect and accelerate the process, and meanwhile, in the process of shaking the laundry, the stirring member 5 rotating in the reverse direction can better loosen the laundry and has a greater chance of dropping the laundry stuck in the drum 1.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
