One end of the connecting rod 211 penetrating through the sliding chute 111 is welded with a clamping block 212, the clamping block 212 abuts against the side wall of the blanking pipe 11, and when the air cylinder 33 works, the clamping block 212 is in sliding fit with the blanking pipe 11 along the length direction of the sliding chute 111.
An annular partition plate 213 is arranged between the bottom of the inner blanking pipe 21 and the inner wall of the blanking pipe 11, one end of the partition plate 213 is welded on the circumferential outer wall of the bottom of the inner blanking pipe 21, one end of the partition plate 213, which is far away from the inner blanking pipe 21, faces the blanking pipe 11 horizontally, and one end of the partition plate 213, which is far away from the blanking pipe 11, is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the blanking pipe 11.

When a small amount of raw materials remain in the inner funnel 2, the driving motor 51 is turned on to drive the blocking piece 54 and the lower blocking piece 55 to rotate around the axis of the shaft rod 52, so that the residual raw materials on the inner walls of the inner funnel 2 and the inner discharging pipe 21 are cleaned, and the possibility of scaling of the inner walls of the inner funnel 2 and the inner discharging pipe 21 is reduced.
